i saw this picture above while i was browsing pictures of SNSD... i felt shocked and amazed...
i wonder what jessica of SNSD did to make her legs and thighs as sexy as she has now on this second picture...
i think my legs and thighs are like the first picture.. i really love SNSD's legs and thighs... they look very toned... do you know how to work out to have the legs and thighs as sexy as SNSD's??

3. First pic is paparazzi candid. Angle is from bottom up - which is a BAD angle, it usually makes people look fatter.
Second pic is released studio photo. with the aid of lightning, posing and heavy use of PHOTOSHOP.
4. People get smaller legs by the amazing and arcane procedure of losing weight and exercising.

well besides from losing A LOT of weight, that after picture is also photoshopped. i also think she looked way better before she lost all that weight. cardio to burn off all the fat since you are already toned.

I don't know if this is true but I heard they get shots on their legs so the muscles don't get big.
I'm not sure if this is true. I just heard it from couple friends who just came from Korea.

i actually don't like her legs now. i think they're a tad too skinny. besides, that second pic is filled with photoshop...i think only sooyoung's legs are really like that.

They always take pictures from below in Korea to give the illusion that their legs are longer than they really are.
I guess diet and injections. I know I got bashed last time for saying that there are these muscle reducing injections in Korea...but ummm...it's true. They inject Botox in Asia to make leg muscles smaller. And with all the dancing those girls do they should have some strong leg muscles, but they clearly don't ...anymore.
Anyways, I'm not bashing them, they look great and if I could do it I'd be injecting myself! k k

I don't think Jessica was never fat to begin with! She looked healthier before, but now she lost a lot of weight it seems.

They're celebrities , obviously they have trainers to get them fit.
Btw, Jessica did loose weight (somewhat a lot) ever since you see her int he comeback for Gee. She was never fat, or chubby, but her legs weren't skinny like now. You can obviously tell.. if you look at her predebut --> Kissing You (especially Kissing You times), her legs were pretty thick.

i don't get what people think when they say "fat" nowadays.
her legs were never fat -.- when you do cardio your legs don't get stick skinny like her gee days, they get build & thick. She went on a diet & of course photoshop was used.
people who are naturally skinny vs. people who run

As some of you might know, she revealed her professional weight trainer in Star king, it was probably all due to his help. Oh, and you can't forget dieting, camera angle, photoshopping, etc.

Jessica and another SNSD member appeared on Star King with their body managers and they showed 2 exercises there. There's a thread here in this section about the exercise they showed on StarKing on how to achieve their legs.
I'm sure their exercises work (same as about any leg exercise, since any kind of exercise is better than just hanging on the couch) but I wouldn't doubt that their intense dance practices do a part in those legs.

i dont think they'd inject those botox things into their legs
but with alot of toning exercises it should make you get slim legs .. maybe they do yoga cos i know that helps alot

Also try getting someone to take a photo of you and your legs from underneath like that. Believe me, your shins and thighs will look so much larger than what you see in the mirror.

They look like they have a lot of muscle with maybe a bit of fat on top.
Err from my own personal non-professional experience, looking slimmer (overall) just comes from lying around and not-eating so much.
She was probably somewhat athletic before she debuted, doing sports and such which led her to gain muscle then when she become much more famous her schedule probably became hectic and didn't have as much time to do sports and eat. So she became skinnier.

Girls, it's not photoshop. She ACTUALLY HAS that skinny of a leg now.
She LOST alot of weight, but it being SM, people guessed she probably got some shots (to get rid of fat on her thighs, and some shots on the calves to stop muscles from growing)
which makes sense because legs... You can't really do anything about if you naturally have thicker legs.
If those calf shots have no side effects i would SO get it. But since I don't know about the side effects... urr no.
She was never fat, she was normal. Now she's really skinny......
is it really bad I actually like that skinny? haha I can't ever get there because of health issues but :/

Can you guys not see she just lost weight in general? With the dance practices, and eating less, and exercise occasionally DOES make you loose weight. Not only did her legs look slimmer but her body as well. Im sure people who follow SNSD knows this.

You CAN'T lose calf muscles. If you have naturally large calf muscles, unless you don't walk around for like a month they don't go away. I know this because i have friggin huge calves and no matter how much weight I lost, they were still there.

She never had huge calves, but they also dramatically shrunk in size. With all of her dance practices?
And... it's SM. why is it stupid to say that she got a shot, LOL? It's... SM. come on. LOL
Who knows what she got done or if its just her weight loss, she looks great now (or too skinny to some people)

Nobody will ever really know whether she's had shots to her legs, starved or if it's just some special exercise (just because she goes on a TV-show and shows off a few moves does NOT mean she actually does them at home though). It's like this with every celebrity, not just Jessica. It's just impossible to know what they do to get their bodies to look like that.
Either way, I think she looked great back then and even better now, she's such a beauty.

Sorry, but that's disgusting. I agree that a lot of girls want to be skinny-skinny, but if your knee is bigger then the middle of your thigh - gross. She looks thinner all over, and her face looks AGED. Starving much?
If you want to be skinny do it the INTELLIGENT WAY, and make absolutely sure you know how to manipulate your body into doing what you want, without compromising your health. That means load up on anatomy, biochemistry and medicine, and make sure your diet gives you the MOST nutrients for the least calories. And take multivitamins. And do both strenght training (to build muscle) and cardio (to make that muscle look elongated and not bulky). And eat protein. And eat more then 1200 calories at all times.
Starving, and eating tic tacs - STUPID
Mono-food diets and liquid fasts - STUPID
eating a carb-loaded diet of 30% sweets and little protein - STUPID
Exercising 1-2 hours daily with less then 1400-1500 calories - STUPID

I don't understand why so many assume that photoshopping is the answer to her weight loss...if any of you guys actually watched at least some of SNSD's recent performances, then you would definitely see that her legs have truly gotten noticeably slimmer in comparison to before. It's narrow-minded to think this way. Personally, I think she looks great before and after, but I can't lie, loosing weight certainly did help boast up the beauty of her appearance. :] And camera angles? Psh, it's not myspace dear. These are full on body shots. Duh.

If your body is naturally skinny I can bet you 1000 bucks it does not look like her AFTER pics. There's a CLEAR difference between naturally skinny and starved skinny. For example, I fully admit my arms are SUPER skinny. Like ridiculously skinny. You could do a bone check on them without the Xray machine. I've always been like that. I bet anorexic chicks would love to have my arms. In fact, I've seen anorexic chicks with FATTER arms then me. Do I feel bad about having them? No. Should I feel bad about them? no. Are they too skinny? Yeah. Should I try to build some muscle on them? Hell yeah. If a chick tries to copy my skinny arms and starts starving herself to get arms like me - is she dumb? Yes.

The recommended MAXIMUM healthy defficit is 500 calories. At 2 hours of exercise a day, you can burn up to 1200 calories JUST during the exercise session, and your metabolism is high afterwards as well. So you can probably still eat 2500-3000 calories and STILL lose weight, even if you're a midget. But say you need 1400 without exercise, and you exercise 1200. You end up with only 200 calories consumed for your normal needs, which is STUPID.
The point is, creating a huge deficit, like I've seen done here (very low calorie input, excessive exercise) puts a strain on your body. Heck some chicks here try to burn ALL the calories. Like, need 1200 calories, eat 500, and exercise 1800, to end up on 0. That's BEYOND STUPID.
Imagine if you're in a car, and you drive 5 miles per hour, with the enginre revvved up at maximum. Sure you'll burn the fuel quickly. You'll also wreck the engine.

You can't burn that much per day though. Hell turbo jam only gets you up to what? 700 per hr? Most ppl exercise and burn only like 400 max.

well first of all, the second pic is photoshopped. You can tell completely cause their legs look veryyy awkward. They don't even look like they have knees -_- But jessica did lose a lot of weight. You can tell by her face too.. she's gotten so skinny -.-
and her legs before are DEFINITELY not fat. She's surrounded by extremely skinny korean stars. If you saw her in real life, she's actually probably on the skinnier side.
