Do you use

Toothpaste + Toothbrush, Floss, and Phos-Flur? Is there anything else you use?

I use all 3 of those, otherwise I get cavities.....sigh

I brush my teeth the simple way, toothbrush + toothpaste.

I usually just use the toothpaste and toothbrush, but I do sometimes use floss if it looks like my teeth need it, or just before a dentist appointment, so that it looks like I'd been using it all along

I use toothbrush, toothpaste, I floss, then use mouth rinse. I'm kinda over the top with my teeth, but hey, it's stopped me from having any cavities, so I guess it's all worth it. Plus will be getting braces soon, so I have to stick in that habit.

Tooth-paste + mouthwash. Cause it smells good.

I can give a testimony on what NOT to use. I used crest pro-health mouthwash for half a year, until I found out that that was the cause for my teeth browning and my loss of taste in the morning. Hundreds of reviews online will testify... so as a warning... anybody using it... watch out. ;x

am i the only one that flosses first O_O" ? anyways, i floss & use toothpaste with my green toothbrush
i use mouthwash from time to time but i prefer chewing minty gum instead because my mouth feels odd
after i use mouthwash.

Uhmm, I use a toothbrush and toothpaste. I'm forced to floss though - I have braces.
I can't stand mouthwashes though @_@

^ Ah, I heard about the mouthwash causing cancer thing but didn't know it's only the ones with alcohol in it that can cause cancer. Thanks for the info, interesting article.

Yup, toothpaste, toothbrush and dental floss (um, sometimes I don't do it when I'm lazy).
Oh, and I brush my teeth or rinse my mouth when I eat something sweet cos I know it'll probably stay on my teeth :/

Ever since my last dental clean (a couple months ago), I've been brushing my teeth with toothpaste AND FLOSSING AND use ACT rinse everyday....ever since my last time there the dentists scares me .>,<

Toothbrush + Toothpaste +Water = white teeth. At least for me it does. Not a big fan of flossing but I'll only use it when I hate food that won't come out without me having to chisel it out.

Waterjet with a little mouthwash in it.
Then brush your teeth with electric toothbrush.
No need to floss. The waterjet already takes care of it.

I use toothpaste (colgate) and a toothbrush. At night before going to bed, I have to floss my teeth first then brush afterwards. I feel gross if I don't floss my teeth, just the feeling and thinking of all the food particles and bacteria stuck within the gums, so it is a must for me.

Now a days as it is winter, when I brush and use water after to clean cold water makes my jaws paining. So, I have started to make water little bit warmer.
