hhellloooo!
I have a tmobile nokia 5610
and it refuses to charge.
I've tried taking out the battery, leaving it out overnight, charging it in other outlets.... I haven't dropped it hard enough for it to be damaged in any way and it's never been in contact with water.

on another note; would I have to buy a new phone? or would tmobile be able to give me a new one... it's not my fault the phone won't charge.

thank you smile.gif

It depends on how long you've had the phone, and various other things like how generous they're feeling at the time.
It might be under a warranty or insurance or something like that, which sometimes covers things such as it not charging for no good reason, and sometimes if you just complain enough they'll try and help you out and get you a new phone.

ahhh alright. thanks smile.gif I was also wondering
I have an old sidekick3 lying around, if I take it to the tmobile store to get a new sim card (my current one doesn't work with the sk3) do my parents need to be there? having them come along is a hassle because they're always working.. looll..

You do not need to get a new sim card. Just place your sim card into the sidekick and it's ready to use.

I have the exact same phone and the same thing is happening to me.
I think I should complain I've tried to leave it for about 3 days nothing works. Going to store this week.

Is something wrong with the wire or maybe the socket on the phone? Sometimes if you overcharge your phone, you may see a turquoise color on the socket and that may affect its charging capabilities

my current sim card doesn't work with the sk3.
hmm.. I don't see a turquoise color.. ):
