My sister is really worried right now because her laptop is new, and the disk won't eject at all. I was trying to watch BLOOD: The Last Vampire (feat. Jeon Ji Hyun), but there was a lot of scratch on it, so it wasn't working first time. And so I inserted again hoping it might work, but this time... IT'S STUCK it won't come out and it keeps making that noise over and over and over... I tried restarting while pressing the eject button, still not working. I read what the APPLE HELP tell me to do, but none of them are working. But when I read it on google.com some people mentioned about a paper clip while putting your laptop on sleep? Does that really work??

hmm that happened to me once ^^ I shut off my macbook then restarted it and pressed the eject button and it worked. You can try holding it down longer (I'm not comp-smart)

Just call Apple or take it in for service (as it's new it has warranty).
