Ok so here is my dilemma
I bought the phone a few days ago on ebay
Its an unlocked phone, I just got it and wanted it to get activated
so I went to Verizon to get it activated since my phone is a WCDMA
When I gave them the phone they told me they cant take it since it needs a sim card....
Im no smart person but from what I know WCDMA phones don't need sim cards.
The only phones that use sim cards are GSM phones.

So I went to Tmobile and AT&T to ask them questions
and they told me that it looks like it does need a sim card but they cant take it since its a WCDMA
I have a sim card from both those places and no deal.

Well...if you live on the US it will not work. I was going to buy one too from that seller on ebay, but when i asked if it would work within the US, they unfortunately said it would not. Hope this helps
