So have you guys ever heard of " hindu squats" they are kind of like regular squats but done really fast. YOUTUBEE IT.
but neway ive been doing them for about 4 days? Im not BIG or anything, i jus have thick thighs and a thin waist (pear shaped body) .....the first day doing hindu squats were crazy, i couldnt walk right becus my legs were so sore. as i continue to suck up the pain and continue doing 100 a night... My thighs became "tighter." Some say...Hindu squats are a great way to tone those thighs/butttt. Have any of you guys tried this leg excersise? any other tips on toning thighs/butt/legs ?

Haven't started doing squats, but I've been meaning to! Legs lifts are also supposed to work. There's a bunch of different kinds, but I find them so tedious and slow and boring it's hard for me to keep up with them :/

I did this two days ago, and man do my legs still hurt!
I heard this exercise is very effective if done properly! (like tiptoeing when you go down), and I heard if you do this straight for five minutes (aiming for doing at least 20 per minute) then within 10 days, you'll see great results. I plan on doing it so I'll tell you guys (:
but I already feel that my legs have firmed, and that they'll be great!

oh, this is what they call it in english, I didn't know.
In Malaysia, this is what they give to female students as punishments( being late, no nametag, etc)
but, we do it with our legs together. meh, some have to do about 30+ with all the accumulated punishments.

I typed this up in youtube and tried it few days ago. It was a tad a lot more exhuasting than I expected. I managed to do 100 in the first day, I had extreme soreness in my thighs. I think it will work but more than slimming, toning or firming will be the suitable word.

Wow! Looks interesting... I would try this if there weren't a ton of people in the room right now. I want to incorporate this into my workouts!

my legs are still sore from doing around 100 two days ago.
maybe it's just an illusion, but i measured my thighs,
and they shrunk 1cm? maybe it's because i've tried to watch
my eating starting a few days ago. LOL

I died at 50 xD Will toning decrease the shape of thighs or will it just improve the overall look thighs?

I never heard of this, I'll keep a note to myself to look it up. I feel like I'm getting flabby, so would like to tone up a bit.

OMG i did about 20 of these and was sore for 2 days! i'll try to build my tolerance and increase the reps but i'm worried about my knees. they kept cracking or making some kind of weird noise...maybe i'm not doing these correctly? i don't know, but i hope i get nice tone thighs from doing these.

^ If your knees become weak because of this exercise, then I'd suggest for you to stop immediately.
Hindu squats require your knees to go past your ankles or toes, and basically, it's bad for your knees go past your ankles(or toes). For example: your knees.
If your knees aren't strong and sturdy enough, and pain ensues after doing this exercise, then just find something else to do, because damaging your knees to get nice thighs really isn't worth it.
Pushing that aside....I made it over 100, but about the first 30/40 squats had been done incorrectly.

I ended up standing on my toes when I stood straight.
Peace
