noone can really tell im underweight unless you looked at me in a singlet or something.. I remember at school someone thought i was actually 13lbs heavier than i actualy am

and then she saw me changing before sport and complained i was too skinny
my face is a bit chubby then my bodys skinny with not much curves like an I shape D:

but i blame it on the media, all the skinny celebrities ..but i think some lie about their weight
because i know of one singer that is quite chubby all over but has stated her weight at 105lbs and 5ft 4 =.= (i have a feeling he might be thinking that cos my weight is similar to hers im also like that

people say i have skinny legs and ask me what do i do
but i do nothing.. just walk everywhere i go, considering i dont drive and i live as a student
just walk alot and not eat much at night( i used to skip.. then i just got too busy, but uh skipping helped)skipping in my backyard..because im too embarrased to exercise in public eyes >_<"
so im assuming thats what helped me stretch out when i was younger, i really was quite big (i was the same weight as i am now in grade 6, back when i was ALOT shorter)
em.. with eating if i feel really hungry and i know ive eaten enough i just eat alot of fruit
but if i stay home im always snacking 24/7 cos im bored.. so i just go out alot when i know its not time to eat, oh and also i cook my own food at home most meals
but if im at shcool i dont feel hungry so i just take fruit for lunch, then on weekends cos im active and busy i go out and have a "meal" at some place. eg noodles. mainly lunch is the most sustainable energy giving meal, and dinner not so much cos i dont feel comfortable sleeping when im full
throughout the day im eating more than most people but if i count the calories its just 900-1500 which is alot less then them
never go to fast food like most kids here..(only been about 4 times in my life to somewhere like kfc) and a thing about thai food.. if you go to thai food shops here in western counties most of it is unhealthy because its like.. asian people cooking for the white people
same as chinese takeaway,its not genuine, its btter to just eat your own culture food and make it yourself.. and apparently spicy food burns calories o_O but i never noticed it just that its my culture
so you could say my lifestyle is healthy.. but it only helps to manage my weight not lose
(but i think the walking thing would be helpful to all people).. i dont mean just walking like 1 hour
i mean the whole day in your schedules as your form of transport, walk and public transport that is
oh another thing.. i advise against eating nuts
