I didnt see one of these topcis yet>< if there already is one... we can delete this one? LOLL.

SO... winter is coming.. and i think its a great time to get ready for summer.
lots of time to get ready.. lots of time to adjust!

so lets start with something about ourselves.
height- 5"4- 5"5 ish
weight- ): (gained) 140ishh. maybe higher D: AHH.
what to tone- stomach, legs and arms!!
GOAL- 125-130
so i want to loose about 15-20 pounds in a 6 month period... not badd.




so what im planning on doing.
monday & wed. i have SAT acadamy d; so i cant really work out.. its after school and i come back home at like 9 ish
so what im going to do is 200 sit ups;/ crunches..


tuesdays- im going to walk/jog for at leat 30 minutes.

thursdays- same as above.

fridays- im going to RUN to my local park which is about.. 2 miles down the road smile.gif
if you bring a friend its really fun.. but non of my friends like working out D:

saturdays&sundays.. just REST and let my body heal!

Giving myself three months.
Going to do 8 min abs + cardio daily. Jog 3 times a week.
Reduce food portions. (No more pigging out at 10pm-midnight =(

kittykoo, situps can be really bad for your back and spine : ( so don't do too many. I think it's better if u just do crunches with your lower back on the ground? I'm not a pro or anything, just something I read from articles, you should read up on it smile.gif

so.. ill do it for him, its annoying when he jokes about me being fat (even though i'm not)

youre almost 5'6. you should be AT LEAST 110.
if i were you, i would put on 10 more pounds and weigh 120.

just my personal opinion. you dont have to listen to me. 100 for a 5'6 girl is wayyy to skinny
with no meat at all (if you know what i mean)

what to tone: every part of my body but I don't want to look stick thin, I like those girls on Shape magazine covers smile.gif
GOAL: I have no weight goal but I want to look fit and people to look at me and say "man, she worked hard to get that!" lol xD

I'm gonna continue P90X but I know I'll have to do it for more than 90 days because I messed up the schedule really badly.

Weight: 130-135 lbs.
Goal Weight: 115-120lbs. (I have muscles, I just want to lose the flub to show those muscles.. haha)
What to do: Cardio cardio cardio! Gotta get rid of excess fat. And continue to do my muscle training to keep those muscles there! Hopefully I can start running again soon when my knees get better. I want to run at least 2-3 miles per day or 5 times a day!

Everyday: sit-ups and weight lifts at night before bed
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Gym for an hour
Tuesday and Thursday: Wii Fit for an hour
Saturday and Sunday: Rest days

noone can really tell im underweight unless you looked at me in a singlet or something.. I remember at school someone thought i was actually 13lbs heavier than i actualy am mad.gif and then she saw me changing before sport and complained i was too skinny
my face is a bit chubby then my bodys skinny with not much curves like an I shape D:

but i blame it on the media, all the skinny celebrities ..but i think some lie about their weight
because i know of one singer that is quite chubby all over but has stated her weight at 105lbs and 5ft 4 =.= (i have a feeling he might be thinking that cos my weight is similar to hers im also like that

people say i have skinny legs and ask me what do i do
but i do nothing.. just walk everywhere i go, considering i dont drive and i live as a student
just walk alot and not eat much at night( i used to skip.. then i just got too busy, but uh skipping helped)skipping in my backyard..because im too embarrased to exercise in public eyes >_<"
so im assuming thats what helped me stretch out when i was younger, i really was quite big (i was the same weight as i am now in grade 6, back when i was ALOT shorter)
em.. with eating if i feel really hungry and i know ive eaten enough i just eat alot of fruit
but if i stay home im always snacking 24/7 cos im bored.. so i just go out alot when i know its not time to eat, oh and also i cook my own food at home most meals
but if im at shcool i dont feel hungry so i just take fruit for lunch, then on weekends cos im active and busy i go out and have a "meal" at some place. eg noodles. mainly lunch is the most sustainable energy giving meal, and dinner not so much cos i dont feel comfortable sleeping when im full
throughout the day im eating more than most people but if i count the calories its just 900-1500 which is alot less then them
never go to fast food like most kids here..(only been about 4 times in my life to somewhere like kfc) and a thing about thai food.. if you go to thai food shops here in western counties most of it is unhealthy because its like.. asian people cooking for the white people
same as chinese takeaway,its not genuine, its btter to just eat your own culture food and make it yourself.. and apparently spicy food burns calories o_O but i never noticed it just that its my culture
so you could say my lifestyle is healthy.. but it only helps to manage my weight not lose
(but i think the walking thing would be helpful to all people).. i dont mean just walking like 1 hour
i mean the whole day in your schedules as your form of transport, walk and public transport that is

I'm 5'4
Weigh 132 (went to the doctor's today~ so it's pretty exact)
Want to weigh about 115.
Maybe we can be buddies xD

I used to be pretty active (swimming 3+ times a week) but then I stopped...so hopefully with the new athletic season starting, I'll get more active again (I'm paddling now~) and drop the pounds that have accumulated.
The sad thing is that I'm disproportionate. Like my legs are HUGE compared to the rest of my body. Must be those asian-rice picker genes...

So my (more exact) goals are:
Weigh 115 by the beginning of April.
Get more active - I want to start dancing after paddling season smile.gif
Fit back into a size 3/5 - so sad. I don't fit them anymore.

This might be a little vain but I really can't wait to lose this weight xD I know I'l look really good once all this FAT is gone. I do get compliments on my looks, but I'm FAT so I think I'll be prettier once I can get skinnier smile.gif </vain rant>

about a week ago before i started the challenge on the forums.
i had a really bad back problem and i couldnt even stand up straight and carry my bookbag D:
my friends were always helping me out, hehe.
IM GOING TO TRY HARDER ON THE CRUNCHES!!

I'll just be doing what I normally do now, which is work out at the gym for 45 minutes to an hour five days a week. I should cut out junk food and fast food though lol.

ever since i had my foot injury and quit high jump, i've been super lazy and not exercising much. argh, and it's summer over here in about a month!

Complaints: fat thighs, protruding tummy, and fat/muscular calves
Goal: 105-110 around that

Problems: I unconsciously eat ALOT when i get stressed out. Then when I see that I've lost weight, I start eating a bit more 0.o
Plan: Each day: Stretch, run 45-1 hour each day (will increase as time goes on) then, 8 minute Abs, Buns, and Legs work out, then 50 jumping jacks, then 100 jump rope. Left leg strengthening (need to strengthen that side for my dancing techniques...my left sides SUCK!), finally.....stretch after exercising.
Weekends: morning run at around 7:30-8:00. for 1 hour, do jumping jacks and jump rope, strengthen left leg. Then stretch. Afternoon: 8 minute Abs, Buns, legs, and probably pilates.

^^Of course that's my ideal plan but I'm planning to stick to it. (in addition, Thursdays I have dance so i'll be replacing my exercise routine with dance as my exercise.

bleh...I have a scale in my closet (connected to my bathroom and room). I weight myself every morning 0.o......

TIP: Buy one piece of clothing that is the your ideal size after weight loss and work until you can fit into them and look great.
Experience: My aunt looked like a whale when she was pregnant and when she went to buy clothes, the lady in the store ignored her and pretty much gave her a look that said "are you sure you can even fit into that?" So in the end, she walked out of the store and went to another one. She bought a smaller size dress and vowed to diet after giving birth to fit into that [she was pissed off like heck!]. Anyways, in the end, she reached her goal and walked by the store in front of the lady. (Don't know why though...probably to prove that she CAN wear clothes like that)--so now my mom bought me a dress. i can fit into it perfectly but it doesn't look good unless i can lose the fat in my legs and make my butt smaller.

So how was Halloween for everybody?

Personally, I had a Halloween sleepover with my friends (scary movies all night ftw!) and TOTALLY pigged out. D: Breakfast too.... Will be back on track tomorrow for sure!

November 1 2009: 140 lbs


Lately I haven't been to the gym though due to lots of hw and been eating lots of junkfood. I shall get back on track starting tomorrow biggrin.gif

95 might be a bit hard for me since I think I have a heavier frame, but I'm aiming to be at least 100 by the end of November.

Plan: Run at least 30 minutes every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday followed by some arm strengthening workouts. Monday and Wednesday elliptical or just some jump rope intervals in my room (plus stretching everyday!)

@manee_wa dude! You needa pack some pounds O_O!! I'm not even close to 100 and I'm 5'4! You dont want yoru ribs sticking out do you? it's not sexy at all if wthats what you boyfriend thinks =.=...If you tone up and gain muscle (muscle doesn't mean bulky! it means tight and toned, no jiggle!) then you sexy ;D Also muscle weighs more than fat so go up to 120 with muscle :3!

So, all I can do now is walk home and eat less of the food I'm eating since I have no money to join the gym

I have a suggestion for arm exercises. When I do push ups (has anyone felt this way?), I actually feel my abs tense up and my arms doesn't really hurt at all, only the area between my sholders and chest gets sore. I fell that wall-ups are more focused on the arms. It's the same as push ups expect on the wall.

I might start some long distance running once a week to pay for the stupid candy
