does anyone know of any scholarship opportunities for a summer, 8 weeks, internship in another country?
I'm going to intern over in Taipei, Taiwan this summer for 8 weeks and I'm looking for some scholarships for it.
so it'll be greatful if anyone knows of any scholarship for that!

not much help here, but usually when you intern, don't they (the company) pay at least enough stipend for living expenses? scholarships usually are given for studies, not interning. i only know of the Fulbright Scholarship that would pay for graduating seniors to go overseas to learn/teach.

What kind of internship is it? As the above poster mentioned, there are scholarships for doing volunteer or charity-like work in other countries, but not for any type of jobs. Plus, the company usually pays you, and pays you well since for many companies, the idea of hosting interns is to sell them on working here after graduation. For example, my employer paid our 2008 summer interns (undergrads) $5k / month, which should be enough. When I was in school, the career center knew about scholarship opportunities; perhaps ask them?
