the sugar in the fruits aren't like the sugar in sodas or candies. The sugar in fruits are fructose, which is the "good sugar". [ i think ] So don't think because it equals so and so sugar cubes, you shouldn't eat fruits!
i never really liked soda, i think i like them even less now.

Ooh, same here.
Though I did expect something like soda, cookies, and icecream to be there, I don't think fruits really belong in the category. They're all made by the nature and not something caked with real sugar.

Interesting, very interesting. I'll probably continue to eat my candy and sweets but it's good to know what I'm putting in my body. It puts things in perspective.

I wonder how many grams in a block of sugar. Either way, the cookies and junk are a given, but I didn't realise orange juice and fruits had that much sugar.

however, I think a jar of sugar is more effective. seriously, if I see a large jar of sugar, I'd freak. but when I saw the cubes,I just thought it was cute...
