JSYK.com (Just So You Know), AOL's pop culture blog for 9- to 15-year-olds, recently tallied 44,594 online votes

In its "Worst Celeb Influence" category, Cyrus received 42% of votes -- beating out Britney Spears (27%) and VMA interrupter Kanye West (19%).

Vanessa Hudgens ranked at 9%, thanks to her nude Web photos. Shia LeBeouf's intoxication problems brought him in at 3%.

And now there's a new Cyrus heading for notoriety.

Little sister Noah, 9, wore a Ramones T-shirt to the Teen Choice Awards and told The Dish Rag that her favorite song was the Ramones' "I Wanna be Sedated."

And for Halloween, little Noah was photographed in a provocative, dominatrix-like Halloween costume at an event last weekend.

Is Noah following in Miley's footsteps? And is that a good thing or a bad thing?

First of all,the Vanity Fair issue is so 2008.
Second of all,that was not a stripper pole and doing ONE squat on it does not count as pole dancing.
Third of all,that was ONE picture.I'm sorry to all of the people who were offended by it but move on people!Please.

But whatever,this is only my opinion.I just think she's judged too harshly for everything she does.Let the girl breathe a little,she's only sixteen.

haha...i added the jobros on myspace back when it was popular..and Miley Cyrus was their friend..her picture was the one with her and her underwear and her myspace was NOT private...At first, I thought that couldn't be Miley, just a girl that looks a lot like her cus that was when I first watched Hannah Montannah and expected her to be a good little girl...oh wells...ANYWAY, this award was out to get her. The only people you could really compare her to are the Disney people...Selena, Demi, Taylor and none of them are like her. But, I can't believe she got way more votes than Vanessa. And it's not like she can really influence people..I mean kids these days, even without her are unbelievably less innocent than kids from the 90's...I really think so. I didn't know what sex was until I was in 5th grade, nor anything about makeup or boys. AND YES, I'm clearly aware that she's born in the 90s, I'm just saying in this generation kids get less and less like kids.

An award she finally deserves and enough with the whole she's a teenager crap, loads of teenager do drugs does that make it acceptable? I don't know what kind of teenagers your talking about but I certainly don't know any one who does that, theirs always a rotten apply in a bunch and it doesn't the rest are rotten. Being signed to Disney basically mean living up as role model until your done with them.

i'm sorry for being blunt, but the usual "she's just a teenager" is getting old. sure, she is 16 and just like any other annoying teenager. people always forget that she is a "teen star/celebrity" who is closely watched by children and paps. anyone with that kind of title is responsible or what they say or do at all times. there is no such thing as a private life to any celebrity. any celebrity would know the consequences of being famous. no matter what they do, their life will always be examined under a microscope.

well, i see your point. their actions are far worse than anything Miley has done, but Miley has much more influence on young girls and i would think a lot more fame than at least Vanessa. until recently, tweens have been her main target, from her show, movie, and songs. so for that, i think her award is well deserved.

One squat on a pole too many. And if she was wearing a skirt instead of shorts, she would be showing her hooha to everyone in the audience. And a one photo is worth a thousand words. Not to mention so many of her photos has been leaked. So it's not just one photo.

Because Miley has a bigger fanbase and more media coverage (thus more influence) than the both of them.

I'm not sure what photo these posts are referring to, cause I try and avoid any threads regarding Miley and her...scandalous ways (I had to come into this one though because it actually had hopes of having good news inside lol)
