how about Chinese food? i'm looking for authentic chinese food... i personally enjoy Cantonese and Taiwanese style of cooking, but anything is good. NOT american styled general gao's chicken kinda videos. please.

i can't seem to find good chinese cooking channels. i've watched a few of Yeqiang's cooking videos, but she talks too much and she doesn't have that many videos either. MattyP has a couple videos of his grandma cooking but its not that delicious looking...
