its just been reformatted and it cant read chinese korean japanese like before and etc all it shows

Just check the box that says install files for east asian languages and ignore the arrow.

Yes as I had said before, ignore the arrow I used the picture for another guide.

You just check the box and it will install the fonts for it. You formatted your computer so you're starting fresh so just try it.

but it needs a cd which one do i use

The XP cd you used to install

they say a codec or something
