Run or bicycle to places, slims down your legs

Squats and lunges help too, as does dancing.

welll... I've noticed that cheerleaders have really nice legs... prob. because they do al sorts of jumps/tumbing stuff. Try exercises that focus on the legs. For example, lunges, ballet, running, etc!

You can't lose fat in a specific spot. You'd have to burn it off with cardio.
After that tone them with routines.

well it depends on your body type. if your body type let's say is a pear then technically your lower body and upper body can never be the same way since pears retain most of their fat in their lower body. if your upper body is toner than your lower body because you use your upper body more than it has nothing to do with your body type and just need to work out your lower body equally as much as your upper body.

I think it depends on what type of legs you have. If they are mostly fat with no muscle walking/jogging 30 mins a day, stretching and dieting will slim them down. However, if you have mostly muscle on your legs you should just reduce your calorie intake and massage your legs to break down the muscles...! well that worked for me.. lol

maybe you can buy a thighmaster....one of those exercise props that you put it between your thighs and you have to squeeze really hard ....and you repeat until you feel your thighs burning. I think it'll tone your thighs but not sure if it'll slim them

for about two months during summer i ran a mile every other day. then i increased it to a mile everyday, then two miles everyday.
it helped a lot on slimming my thighs down, i'd play a lot of badminton too which requires lots of lunging and endurance.
stay committed and hopefully you can find something fun and not super time consuming,
good luck^^
