I can't read korean and I'm not sure what exactly this is ): I tried googling the company and name of the spray but I'm not getting anything. Is this supposed to be for cleaning the wig or for like, something for actual hair o.o;;;

Well, up top it's called "Double Effect Mineral Water" and seems like it's a hair spray that's very healthy for your scalp with vitamins and such. If you have other questions about Asian hair products go on over to the Beauty section, and for translation questions we do have a Korean help thread ^^
