PDF files (from the internet) aren't loading/opening and I started getting these pop-ups that say "Before proceeding you must first launch adobe acrobat and accept the end user license agreement".

What does this mean and how do I correct it?

You have to start up Acrobat by itself and check that box that pops up which is the so called end user license agreement.

There was no box, but it's okay, I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and then it worked.
