I was watching the SBS Gayo Show and i saw both chaeyeon n seunggi there but they were sitting in the opposite direction.. man.. how i wished they could do a perf. together... *it's juz me dreaming*

I was really hoping it'll happen at the MBC music concert but he sang solo T__T.

He played "You're my woman" and just sang to "please". He must've been really cold, he was singing out smoke, lol.

[spoiler]BUT OMG! YES THEY SHOWED TAEJA! I haven't watched the whole thing since I'm still waiting for the LQ. But from what I saw, they didn't show any taeja-daengchil moments, but it's okay. Can someone tell me if all those four kids were all Taeja's? Or was it the parents too? lol. It's so funny, cuz Taeja is trying to study and he had to cover up his ears while talking to himself, lol. poor thing.

Is it me or does daengchil look pregnant again? lol. I swear if all of those 4 kids were taeja's, he must've missed daengchil A LOT! lol. Someone getting busy. :-p

I liked him in Chil Princesses. As an actor, his acting really developed in the series... The ending was funny and I'm glad we got to see him in the last episode...

Any ideas on what Seung Gi's been up to lately? Aside from the news that he's holding his first concert in a few weeks, there hasn't been much going on since the end of Seven Princesses and the award shows/festivals. I miss his performances and tv show appearances.

It's been so quiet around this thread... I decided to post something up, maybe it's not that big of a deal, but I thought it would be nice to share it, just to keep the thread moving ... In yahoo news, they had a news article titled: "누나들이 가장 좋아하는 가수는? 이승기" (The Singer all noona's like? Lee Seung Gi)

Well, starting january 18th to january 24th, there was an online poll in a korean music site called "juke on" where they asked, "the singer that seems to be more popular around noonas?" Lee Seung Gi got 1183 votes out of the 3875 recorded votes... around 30.5%... and was number 1... They say that since his song in 2004, because you're my girl he's been getting lot's of attention and support from noona's and the fact that he did a remake album of songs sang by older, noona singers, his songs have done very well in the juke on, online charts, earning him a lot more popularity with the noona crowd... And his role in seven princesses, also adds to this factor...

Now, this is the list of other gasoos that got 2nd to 5th place in the poll...

2nd: TVXQ's micky with 1078 votes...
3rd: Rain with 677 votes...
4rd: Ji Hyun Woo with 644 votes...

according to the article, seunggi's entertainment company did something wrong to the producers of SBS and refused to apologize so they banned seunggi from SBS. :/ ... is it so hard to give a simple apology? after all, this is banning him from a major broadcasting company...

The whole deal was that back in october, when lee seung gi was in a live radio show, someone affiliated with him and his company was rude to one of the producers of the show... so the producers and the creators of the show came up with a consensus to ban lee seung gi and his songs... they say that if only the company and that person (i'm guessing it's the manager or a representative) would have apologized, then this whole issue would have ended right there... so until the management doesn't receive an apologize, they won't stop their ban agains lee seung gi... lee seung gi's representative says that the reason there was this argument, was the fact that he/she had to call that day to protest to the fact that the producers didn't play any of lee seung gi's songs while he was doing the live radio show... he was not happy about the fact that even though the songs were part of the music selection and there was a list of songs available and ready to be used, it was unpleasant that they wouldn't use any of lsg's songs while lee seung gi was talking and promoting his album in the program... So i guess that while he was complaining and asking why they didn't play any of the songs, some hurtful words were said that really angried the producers of the show...

It's kind of a small problem made big, the producers even said that this was the first time something like this happened, but that it was a group decision btw all producers when they decided to ban lee seung gi and also ban his songs from playing in the show... I guess both sides were not happy with how things were handled...

I hope he has a very nice concert... he had an interview in the sbs live entertainment news


and kimtaepyung, about the digital single, i personally don't own it, but i know of the existence because of an nonstop 5 episode where lee seung gi sings the song... and yahoo korea shopping has the single for sale... here's a link to a daum blog where i found lot's of nonstop 5 episodes from when seung gi was there... nonstop 5 episode 111 (the song go hae appears somewhere at the end of the episode)
