i think that i can answer to yr question bc i'm a shinhwa's fan too.

i think that we all acknowledge that Hye sung was the biggest candidate for this award ( i'm not talking about the songs, but the abum sale, the votes,etc.) But right before the show, Hye sung decided to cancel his appearance bcoz of some irreconcilable issues with the judging process. That's why...

Anyway, i think that Seung gi deserved this award, and we never know who should be the winner, right.
