o51029, thanks for those oldies but goodies. I hadn't seen those before. I'm so used to Seung Gi surrounded by guys, that it was a little funny seeing him posing with a girl. So closely too! He looks darn good, but I coulnd't help feeling... jealous? no... protective... yeah. hee hee. Lay your paws off him! Just by looking at his nicely built arms and hair and all, guessing around conceret time last year? Very cute. He doesn't do too many adds and profesional shots like these so it's cool to see them. Especially since they dress and fit him up into a different image. I like seeing him like that.

*waves* Hi zangly & glitzyglam! Thanks zangly for the links. I had a great time watching the happy together episode. And OMG, I can't believe LSG does the same thing too! I've thought for my whole life that I was the only weirdest kid who sang in lifts, and i was SO embarrassed at my reason why. I live on the second last storey of my really tall block, and when I was young, I was terrified of taking the lift alone. Someone decided to scare me for life by telling me that the ones from the other world love to lurk in elevators, and so whenever I had to take the lift alone, I'd push myself in one corner of the lift (where I could see everything clearly in case something DID appear, hahaha) and sing really loudly. It was quite embarrassing because sometimes the lift door would open and I would still be singing, and the people waiting for the lift would all give me baffled looks. The only difference is I still sing in the lift these days, not because I'm afraid but because its the best place to hear myself loud and clear . Talk about having something in common man. Now, I know the fear of ghosts, height and dark is universal, and it prompts kids to do really funny stuff. HAHAHA!

Right, hopefully this will be my last installment of 1N2D for this looong episode. eequeezee, you should really consider doing subs! Its a bit late to say this, but I really love reading your translations. KBS world cuts WAYYY too much out, AND they tend to cut out LSG's funny moments pretty often too. Been getting a lot of annoyed messages from people annoyed at all the edits. I'm annoyed at KBS world too, a lot is really lost with their liberal editing.

KHD the cameraman
Its late and everyone is exhausted. KHD steals the camera and starts filming the sleeping crew (revenge time maybe? hahaha) and he pinches this poor VJ awake Next he goes over to catch the sleeping audio team on tape. He zooms into the pink audio team guy's chin.
KHD: MC MONG! (resembles)
Poor guy wakes with a start.

Guy: I'm dying!
Its hard for ALL of them, really. Kudos to the entire crew.
KHD goes over to disturb the PD, who's sleeping soundly.

And so they all sleep. At 3am, the bus stops for fuel refill, to which KimC and EJW get down and think they have a chance to sleep (on ground), but they are disappointed to find that the bus is setting off and they can't sleep on the ground and must return to the tiny and uncomfy bus seats. Poor things. they show all of them sleeping helter skelter. Someone once mentioned that LSG looks proper even when he sleeps. Totally agreed, hahaha. Great image

Waking up
The guys wake up (no wake up song this time!) and get down to cleaning up. As usual LSG is scrubbing his face hard with water.

I had such a good laugh watching your two most recent uploads. Never did watch Nonstop 5. I was going through lsg.ifensi files and literally LMAO at some of the show's skits. Yes, LSG has come a long way since his early years. Go Hae is best sung with his husky voice, like the way Tei does it. Isn't it so adorable seeing GSH & LSG together? This episode is so good.They collected the water of sea in 4 islands and pour water into the BeakDu's lake.It's a moving scene.I thought they're very tired to clim up the mountain but Seung Gi isn't.hahahahaha He's a maknae,just 23 year-olds(I think he's 21 year-olds but he said he's 23 year-olds.In Korea,they plus one or two year-olds into their real year-olds).So he isn't tired while The PD who is 34 year-olds can't run after him ^^.This is some pics which I capture

Wow thanks Sunlight, for the screen caps! I sooo want to watch 1N2D now, but I have to work overtime tonight! So I can only watch it tomorrow night To clear things up about his age. Koreans follow the lunar calendar, which is one year ahead (for some odd reason that I have never been able to understand), which is why generally people add one year to their 'real' ages (according to international standards). But because he's born in January, which is before the lunar new year (lunar new year usually falls on febuary), 2 years should be added to his age, because he's considered to have been born in the previous lunar year. Not sure if you guys understand the concept though. Thus, even though the guy was born in 1987 and should be 21, he's considered to be 23 in Korea.

OH!!!!! that's why!!!!! i couldn't ever figure it out... cuz like i know that koreans followed a different calender, but like i couldnt figure out why Seung Gi was 23 instead of 22... thanks yall'

Please don't take it out without asking, I've been horrified to see my stuff being taken out without my permission, typos and all, and I'm bound to be making mistakes here and there now since I'm all groggy from my medicine..

The base camp for today is at someone's house, and they set off eagerly there.
KHD: This is nice!
EJW: Is it that house?
MCM: Really, there's nothing here.. (yea, it is pretty bare there)
KHD: (outside the house) Excuse me.. Annyeonghaseyo!
Guy opens the door.
KHD: Hello, so nice to meet you, we are 1 night 2 days..
The guys greet the house owners. They're apparently koreans, not Chinese. I'm not too sure about the details, just saw it on the comments section on youtube, so take this with a pinch of salt. So KHD leads the guys into greeting the house owners with a big bow (which is rather formal), and this confuses the house owners, who have no choice but to follow suit (its basic courtesy i think ) CAptions here are HILARIOUS.
[they greet the (house owners) first] [bowing to us?] [? ?] [the forced bow, they have no choice!] HAHAHA
KHD: Just greet us comfortably.. (i.e, no need for the big bow, LOL!) Notice here, LSG gives a 90 degree bow. Have I mentioned how I adore the guy for being so polite and appropriate?
KHD: Are we disturbing you?
Mommy&Daddy: Aieee.. No, you are not! (the daddy is so awkwardly endearing)
KHD: We're not disturbing you? Let's get your son to introduce (the family) to us.
Son: Ok. (refers to his dad) Dad.
KHD: (paused for a second. maybe he doesnt know how to react to this really succinct introduction) Let's give a hand of applause for the Dad!
Son: Mom.
KHD: Let's give a hand of applause for Mom!
Son: Girlfriend.
KHD: HAHAHA!! Yah.. girlfriend eh.. applause! And?
Son: Sister.
KHD: Ahh, your sister. Applause!
Mom: She's currently in (Dae Sung) high school now..

Sister: 2nd year.

The girl stands up and the other guys start remarking "Ah.. you see? AGAIN! AGAIN! Just look at this!" Yes, she picks LSG! No surprise here, haha. LSG stands up to give her a hug.
KHD: Mr Lee Seung Gi, you popularity is really great..
LSG: (shy but obviously happy ) Aiee... no hyung..
KHD: Hmm, then our daddy here, did you actually know what kind of a program 1 Night 2 Days is?
Dad: Yea!~
KHD: Do you know our faces?
Dad: I know your faces!
KHD: Oh!!~ (points to himself) Name?
Dad: Yea?

KANGHD starts cracking up because the dad changed his surname

Mom: Kang Ho Dong, KimC, lee Su Guen (and he lets out an exaggerated WOAH!, LOL), Lee Seung Gi, MC Mong? Eun Ji Won? I watched the program well..
KHD: Ah, so that's it.. Dad, who did you want to see the most?
Dad: Kang Ho Dong.. Doing sirreum (wrestling)! I wanted to see that!
KHD: OOOH! In this case, Dad, you actually knew I was a wrestler back then?
Dad: Yea, I knew!
Yahhhh all the guys sigh in wonder.
KHD: Mom, so if we are going to take up (this room) in the house, where are the rest of the family going to sleep?
Dad: We'll go somewhere else. We'll be putting up outside the house!
KHD falls down again, and questions if the arrangement is ok.
Mom: We have many relatives in this area..
The guys: Ah... so this is the case..
KHD: Mom, sing us a song!
Mom: Ahh.. I really dont sing well..
The guys bug her to sing
Mom: Even if i don't sing it well, I'l still have to sing a few words..
The guys are happy to hear that. Mom starts singing. Apparently the song goes "You are the best..". It sounds like a really old oldie. LSGuen gets up to do his pepper dance again, LOL. Mom actually doesn't sing too bad! And our Huh-dang gets up to do his bounce routine.

Washing up
LSGuen: KimC hyung! Wash my feet.
He's getting the losers to give him some personal services, LOL
KimC: I'm not a slave..
LSGuen: What kind of talk is this? He's not gonna do it?
MCM: I'll do it, I'll do it, I'll wash for you..
LSGuen: Brush my teeth for me too.
LSG starts nonchanlantly brushing his teeth even when he hears LSGuen ordering the others to brush his teeth and wash his feet.
[a while later..]
MCM is brushing LSGuen's teeth!
[a monkey slave's teeth brushing service..]
MCM: Your tongue, hyung!
He sticks it out. MCM brushes it HARD, and causes LSGuen to gag, LOL. KHD then washes his face too at the small tap.
KHD: Come here, Suguen ah.. I'll help you wash up.
[the next slave KHD]
LSGuen sticks his feet out at a still busy face washing KHD. LOL, then KHD really starts washing his feet, after which he proceeds to wash LSGuen's face like one would wash a kid's face. He pinches LSGuen's nose to mimic how a parent would get his kid to blow his nose. And guess what? The funnyman REALLY blew his nose! He apparently blew and snot came out, which caused KHD to scream.
KHD: AHHHH!! HAHAHA! AHHHH!!! YOU ARE GONNA DIE, YOU!!!! YOU REALLY BLEW YOUR NOSE?!
LSG stands at the side in half disgusted amusement, and does this thing with his long, pretty fingers You can see he was a little disgusted, LOL.
LSG: Your snot even came to your lips, didn't it?
LSGuen: Ah, my snot really came out..
LSG gets all excited and a little disgusted too? HAHAHA. At any rate, he grabbed his hair again, LOL.
LSG: Hyung, can you pour some water on my hair for me once?
LSG then proceeds to give KHD instructions on pouring water on his head and hands him the shampoo too. The guy is so funny, he actually got into push up position to let KHD wash his hair! And he STILL makes noises when he gets his hair washed
LSG: Oh, Oh! (pour the water) above!
KHD was holding the pail below LSG's face then and he took LSG's words literally and splashed the water UPWARDS, onto the poor boy's face, HAHAHA.
LSG: Ahh! Stop it! Why (are you doing this)? Aie, I said above my head.. (stops KHD who's about to pour more water onto him) Wait, wait wait! (pour the water on my) hands, hands hands! Oh! AH! My eyes.. my eyes can't be opened now!
Meanwhile, KimC is brushing his hair, and EJW is watching in amusement behind him.
EJW: ooooh... sanchez!
KimC gets his guitar out and starts singing bessa me, while LSGuen acts like a country bumpkin passerby and tries to give KimC money, to which KimC doesnt even bother to accept. And other guys just keep laughing madly in the background. So what does LSGuen do? Kick KimC aside and close the door of course. Literally.

sarangaia: hope you feel better. Being sick sucks! Mucho gracias for the translations. So sweet of the family to offer their house to the crew. Yup, LSG's manners are great; it makes him stand apart from a lot of young performers these days. Wonder what was on the thank you letter that he left behind for the family. I'm surprised that the family did not take pictures with the cast. Hmm, think how popular you would be at your high school with a sel-ca of you and LSG. Anyways, hahaha, we can't have a 1N2D show without seeing the guys' personal hygiene drills. Su Geun is hilarious; the more slapstick the better in his eyes I guess. I did laugh out loud at KimC's iffy Besame Mucho acoustic version. He did look the part too. So funnayy. I love that he always has his guitar with him on every trip.

I teared up at the end of this episode; all happy and proud of what they have accomplished. I had high hopes for this Baekdusan special weeks ago. 'Ya know what, 1N2D didn't disappoint. It was the right mix of on-the-bus adventure, poignancy and humor. It drilled home the message in the most subtle way. Without having to be heavy-handed politically. This eppie was all about the human spirit. And our hope for peace and a better world. eequeezee, you're going to bawl out watching this one, I'm sure. BTW, hats off to the forgotten behind-the-scene VJs and crew for their unbelievable dedication and strength in filming this special episode. They were great under the most challenging circumstances.

Sarangaia, sorry to hear your not feeling well. Hope you get over it quick and make sure you get plenty of rest before you tackle any of the subs. Wouldn't want one resident translators to get burnt out. Cause then where would we be? As always thanks for all your dedication and hard work. Their conversations are always hilarious and I find that I'm appreciating LSGuen humor more and more. He's a lot slapstick, physical humor, but there's cleverness and wit in it and his timing is great. They all have such unique senses of humor, but yet they mix so well. KimC is awesome too. He's not afraid to laugh at himself and embrace his shortcomings, particularly his looks His latest bit as a mexican dude totally cracked me up too. And I always love to hear your extra commentary, especially when it's Seung Gi's bits. So cute and funny and it's great to hear another fangirl's thoughts.

o51029, thank you so much for those nonstop cuts!! I've always wanted to watch nonstop, but have never found the videos and honestly dl from Clubbox can be such a chore. I was laughing like crazy. It's cute to know even preppy Seung Gi can be so goofy and silly and put himself in such an 'ugly light". He was just 17! Sheesh, now THAT was maturity. I think he's very natural on screen and for a beginning did a really convincing job. I guess compared to some of the newbie Chinese actors I've seen, he's waay better. Not stiff at all, very animated. And agreed, Go Hae was awesome with his debut voice. Very raw and emotional. I also didn't know GHS could sing. She was not bad at all! Although I almost didn't recognize her. I think she's much prettier now and her face is more distinct. Very cute couple, wouldn't mind if they did a drama someday together. They both have that innnocent, naive and good goody feel.

Bedifferent..Yess!!! the boy is back! oh how missed his vests. For me, hands down, NO ONE wears vests like Seung Gi. The man just looks GOOD and he used to be so creative wearing them. With jeans, trousers, T-shirts, dress shirts, color, style. Hee hee. I'm just happy, thanks for the pics. I hope he's going to continue with this. I really wonder if he had to choose, what he prefers to wear and what his own style is. I don't get the feeling he's a flashy boy, so all the "spiffy" stuff he had been doing prior I just is not his.

I had been anticipating this weeks ep for soooo long. Seemed like it would never get to Sunday, but yeah.. It was really worth the wait. I didn't understand a lick of it, but the sentiment came through strong and clear. Watching them in awe at the sight of the waters and mountains was touching. Someone once told me that in the presence of the awesomeness of nature, you can't help but feel naken and bare, revealing your true inner self stripped of any pretense. I'm glad it was worth the effort for them. It was honestly quite a brutal journey for them and their staff. Poor Mong. He's been particularly quiet this whole trip and you could just see the exhaustion on his face. I'm so glad he didn't faint on the way up to top of the mountain cause that would have been such a waste of effort for him and of course I wouldn't want that to happen in the first place. He did make it to the top right behind Seung Gi. And the dear boy was sooo cute with the camera man. Oh to youth! Everyone else was about to die and there's Seung chugging along seeming only slightly winded and even running at the end! Talking, smiling and even checking on his hyungs. It funny he took over for the poor camera guy who couldn't keep up. I could only imagine how hard it was for the staff to carry all that equipment. It also brings me to one the things I really like about this show. I really love how they've managed to include the staff on a regular bases. In every ep I never fail to remember that just behind the camera is the PD, Mc Mong's manger, the lady with the big laugh, the lighting guy, etc... It's as if their secondary members of the show and cause it gives recongnition to the hard working staff too. It's really is a true reality show. Love it love it.

Sunlight, midsweet9angel, thanks for the pics. Hee hee, that bare pic of Seung Gi is interesting. For some reason I can't look at him topless. I don't see him as a sex symbol, so... some how it feels not quite right seeing him like that. Maybe if he bulks up a bit more and has more definition. But I think that's a pretty old pic and I think he looks like Rain. Someone's said that before right? His early day pics has some resemblence. Nonetheless, he is a cutie with that beanie.

At least the thought of coming back here for more 1N2D+LSG cheered me up I'll be sad when term reopens, won't have as much time as I would like to spend here. I've been searching high and low for those cuts on LSG, and I'd almost given up when there you were with the video on youtube! I agree with ivey79, LSG's acting chops are far better than those teensy taiwanese idols we have (no offence to anyone, I personally like a few myself, but its common knowledge that there's much to be desired of their cringe inducing acting..). The boy was quite natural, considering that was done when he was really young, with little experience. Ahh.. now to hunt down those elusive episodes on clubbox..

Chilling out
So country bumpkin LSGuen got tired of 'busker' KimC rejecting his money, and decided to shove him out of the way by giving him a great big kick and slamming the door shut behind him. Mexican Kim gets up smiling with his guitar, and speaks ever so relaxedly.
KimC: Yah.. you're gonna die... Lee Su Guen.
KimC is adorable in his moments, isn't he? After this little funny episode, the guys sit outside the door and chill.
KHD: PD, what time are we getting up tomorrow?
PD: We're getting up at 2.30am (!!!!!!) and setting off at 4am.
KHD: Hahaha.. do you know what time it is now?
PD: I have no idea.
KHD: Hahaha.. its 12am now! Why are we even (planning on) sleeping?

EJW: Try thinking when Hodong goes..
LSGuen: Well, he sure ate a lot from then till now.. Thinking about the time we went to Baekdusan, really..
EJW: Aigooo.. Back then Hodong believed so much in his strength and ran like he was boiling (? i didn't understand this).. He had so much energy..
LSGuen: That was when he was DESCENDING Baekdusan! When we are reborn, maybe the two lands would have already reunited..

They continue to chatter about how they'd be like in future.

KHD: 2 DAYS!!
They all wake up. KHD says he's got something important to tell the guys and gets them to go out of the house to the tent.
EJW: What's it again? Don't you see I'm dying? (haha)
Coming out of the house.
EJW: Its 12!!
KHD: Precisely.. so come out quickly!
EJW: Ah, you can just tell us tomorrow! We have 4 hours then..
KHD: (annoyed) COME HERE QUICKLY!
They all sit in the tent.
KHD: All right, we are coming to the end of all the complications, and tomorrow we'll be off to BDS at 4am. Since we are going to the Heaven Lake, the 1N2D team has prepared something for us. (unzipping his jacket) Don't be too shocked. From now on its gonna be 100% real. Real seawater from Dokdoh.
He produces the bottle, and the guys just stare on. I guess at that ungodly hour, they weren't in the right frame of mind to connect to its significance. Anyway, he then produces another 3 bottles of sea water, all taken by people from the respective islands. Obviously the 1N2D team has been planning very carefully for this for a long time. I was really really touched when I saw the little messages from the locals who filled the bottle. Such simple and pure well wishes.
KHD: We'll be pouring these into the Heaven Lake. What significance does this have?
EJW: I understand now. When these goes into the lake, its like a reunion.
LSG: So we have water from north, south, east and west from our country, and we are all together in the Heaven Lake, we'll all meet one day.
All the guys sigh in amazement. After some more discussion, they go back to their places to sleep.
LSGuen: I thought KHD was gonna play a joke on us.. but I turned out to be really touched..
Now the guys start getting really excited about their trip for the next day, and can't wait for it to come.

Waking up
Its 2.40am and we have LSG with a toothbrush stuck in his mouth, counting down.
LSG: WAKE UP!!!!!!~
MCM makes a wierd sound, haha. Anyway they all wake up and clear up, while LSG sits down to scribble furiously a thank you note for the family. I love the thoughtful gesture. He's just so appropriate and well behaved, this boy of ours. Hope he stays that way for a long time to come. They pack up and are about to leave.
LSG: Ah, I'm so going to pack less of a load next time..
HAHAHA. He's so funny with his ways. Dragging that huge luggage along As for the letter, this is what I could make out. "We express our heartfelt gratitude to you, so sorry for not being able to send our greetings to you before we leave. Again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Do contact us in Seoul! - KBS 1Night 2Days." And so, they set off to baekdusan.

i just finished watching the episode where they play the yut game and kid jiwon had to do 108 bows lol i'm soo happy that i got into this show i now love kid jiwon and LEE SEUNG GI more. i felt so bad for him when he was scared to jump the bungie jump poor baby lol soo how long has this show been on?

and anyone have any particular song they would recommend me? i'm not really into korean music all that much but i'll give anything a try soo someone let me know what are some good songs from him. so far i like because ur my woman but that's it.

sarangaia – hope your post icon turns into soon. Thanks again for the translation. I LOVVEEEE the prep (or as I rather call it pep) talk part. It was one of many great moments during those 70+ minutes. I mean you cannot underscore the significance of the guys pouring all those water bottles into Heaven Lake later on. But this part stayed with me the longest. It was when it dawned on them that they are representing the hopes and wishes of their countrymen. That the trip is much bigger than all were expected. Yes, the messages from the water bottle owners were quite touching, simple as they were. Kudos to the 1N2D PDs for the thoughtful symbolism and for planning so far in advance. (BTW, I did spot LSG filling up a water bottle from Heaven Lake when they got there). I thought KHD was particularly great in this moment. Exactly what a team leader should be. He gave them a second burst of energy with this talk. You can see the contrast before and after. The six men are more focused and inspired; ready to tackle the arduous trek up the mountain. What a hike it would be, eh? Seunggi and his 21-year old energy was unmatched by the rest of the crew. What a nice guy to offer to help the VJ out. His sprint at the end was so unexpectedly LSG-adorable. ivey79, I was worried for EJW and MCM. The thin air up there added even more challenge to the already difficult climb. They did not look so hot. The crew, with all those equipments, are absolutely admirable for their commitment. Seriousness aside, there were also some comical moments here and there on the way to Heaven Lake. Hehe. I love that everyone stopped to savor the moment along the hike. It’s what 1N2D is most memorable anyway – it’s more about getting there than the destination itself. Uhhh, besides the fact that they all need a breather. Well, maybe not for that springy twenty-something year old guy. LOL.

Nope, the guy is not married (but he DID play a young married dad in one of his dramas, which explains the baby too), and he claims not to have a girlfriend at the moment, so we'll take his words for it. As for the photo with the baby (in my avatar), it was a photoshoot to encourage adoption, and a lot of other korean celebs also did the same shoot. He's cute with the little baby isn't he?

KHD - The wilderness is alive! The truly wild road variety show 1N2D! Usually, we meet early in the morning to do the opening, get to our location at night, and then do our thing the next day, right?
LSG - yes
MCM - We get it, so can you hurry it up hyungnim? I have an appearance to make.
Laughter among the guys at the way he's dressed.
KimC - What is that?
MCM - I have an appearance to make, an appearance.
LSG - Hyung you have a schedule? (Koreans say the word schedule to describe "a performance, an appearance on a show, etc.).
MCM - The sucky thing is, out of nowhere they're saying that this is a 2N3D. They told me this just today.
KHD starts looking at something and...
MCM - I have to go to [some hip-hop club in] AhnSahn, AhnSahn.
KHD - So the reason you came in with this big black jacket and took it off to reveal yourself all dressed up was just to make us laugh?
MCM - yes
KHD and the guys are all impressed with MCM's effort.

KHD - I see... He doesn't really have a distinct character but he IS pretty funny.

KHD - Having been 1N2D thus far, why is it all of a sudden 2N3D?
EJW says that the production is trying to cater too much to the viewers (because they like seeing the guys exhaust themselves).
EJW - Let's not lose sight of the spirit of the show - isn't it to show all the remote and beautiful places Korea has to offer?
MCM - I think we're really going to the Himalayas (meaning that the show's really about seeing the guys laboriously struggle).
They show clips of the guys suffering (obviously THAT's the spirit of the show! haha).
MCM - Please don't do this. My body's gone through so much shooting 1N2D. Do you know what happened to me recently? This REALLY happened. I got home late one night after shooting 1N2D. Right outside my house, there was this cute little black cat. It didn't look like an alley cat - it looked like a house cat that got lost. I decided to take the cat in, but it kept walking away from me. It looked weak as it kept walking away. I kept following the cat and as I got close, IT TURNED OUT TO BE A BLACK PLASTIC BAG! I kid you not! I'm starting to see things (that's how tiring the shoot is...).
KimC - Aside from being tired, I have a kid at home - you guys make me leave home for two days every week.
KHD - It's okay for someone who already HAS a kid. I'm at point in my life where I'm trying to make one!
Everyone laughs, and KimC apologizes for not taking KHD's point into account. HA. KHD asks the PD again - what's with us meeting late at night like this?
PD - Like EJW said, we want to honor the spirit of the show and show the viewers an especially beautiful place, so to make the time, we'll need to sleep here at KBS so we can leave first thing in the morning. The guys are all perplexed about sleeping at KBS.
KHD - Is there a hotel inside the KBS building?
The PD tells them that there are bunks along a hallway. The PD tells the guys that the departure time is 7:30 am, and that he's suggesting they sleep at KBS because they can't trust any of them being on time for such an early call.
KHD - Why can't we just go home and sleep and be back here by 7:30 am?
PD - Do you think you can do it?
They say "of course!"
PD - If anyone wants to go home they can, but know that we're heading not ONE SECOND LATER than 7:30 am.
LSG - So if you're late, how will you get to the location?
PD - You'll have to figure it out on your own. I'm here because I've had it happen to me (meaning the time he and Kim Jong Min were left at the train station).
The guys all laugh.
EJW - Wow, you're still carrying that with you.
KHD - You're worse than Jong Min (cuz the PD's still harboring ill feelings about the incident HA).
LSGeun - Where are we leaving from?
PD - Right outside KBS.
LSGeun - Then we can just park outside and sleep there tonight!
The guys laugh at how that makes no sense:
KHD/LSG - Sleeping here at KBS is better than sleeping in a car!
LSGeun - aha.
EJW - The PD's confusing us...it's tough to determine what the best course of action is.
PD - It doesn't matter to me - either sleep here, or at one of the members' house if he lives close to here...
KHD - SuGeun, you live...
LSGeun - I live right around the corner
KHD - But there's someone (wife) there...
LSGeun - Why would there be! I'm not even married yet. She comes and goes, but isn't living with me yet.
EJW - Where do you live exactly?
LSGeun - My place is right there in SangAhm

LSGeun - It's not even 10 minutes away.
KHD - What are we going to do about breakfast?
PD - There's a cafeteria here.
LSG - Oh there is? Then I'll spend the night here!

LSG - The food's free and I can really eat here and depart?

KHD - Wait but if the two of us sleep together, there's going to be a misunderstanding.
LSG - You don't have to do anything to spread it (gay rumors HA!). If you don't ask if I can live with you or not, there won't be any misunderstandings.
KHD - Really though, can you live without me? Probably one day, but can you live an entire week without me? (LSG's caption reads "This is really crazy...") Think hard and take your time in answering.
KHD - Ok then...let's go ahead and tomorrow morning... (MCM's caption reads "HURRY UP I have somewhere to go..." - then while KHD keeps rambling on the caption reads "MCM's only thinking about his concert...")
MCM - I have to leave for AhnSahn already!
EJW - Why does a fighting cheer take 1N2D!
KHD - Haha. 1N2D!!!

MCM's off to AhnSahn. LSGeun and KimC are off to LSGeun's house. KHD/EJW/LSG settle in at the KBS offices.

AT KBS
MCM - They HAD to call us over here when it's this cold? I might come down with a sickness... I may see the "black cat" again! (haha)
KimC - (to the cameraman) We're you on the boat with us when we went fishing for crabs?
CAMERAMAN - Yes
KimC - Look how it ages people (meaning the cameraman looks older on account of the rigors of the show Ha).
KHD asks the cameraman (who he doesn't recognize) if the staff has been changed and she tells him that she's normally a cameraperson on SangSangPlus but is helping out here, and that she's the only new person.
CAMERAGIRL - Why you don't like me?
KHD - Oh no no - I'm just concerned about how much you're going to suffer (on account of the show's production).
LSG - She probably came on without any idea (of how tough the shoot is).
KHD - That's why...PREPARE YOURSELF...
2N3D LATER:
KHD - We've lost another staff member. She just turned off her camera and has passed out.
CAMERAGIRL - 1N2D, sucking people in. It doesn't seem like one can escape. (Arrow back to the cameragirl - caption reads - But for now, she has no idea what she's going to endure, and is giving her all)
LSG tells KHD he's hungry.
KHD - we can buy whatever we want tonight right?
LSG - But we don't have our wallets. Can we get tomorrow's stipend in advance?

Subject changes and KHD tells LSG that married women in their 30s love LSG more than any of the other members by an overwhelming margin.
LSG - No that's not true.
KHD - I'm seriously not kidding.
LSG - If that was the case I think I'd be able to feel it...that maybe I am THAT popular...but I don't think it's like that right now. Really.
KHD - Are you trying to play humble again? Because there's a camera here? You have a slight tendency to do that don't you.
LSG - I don't not have it you're right hahaha...

MCM - Of course. You can't fake anything on 1N2D. It's real.
ROADIE - But you faked that one thing (the kanari thing?).
MCM - What?!
ROADIE - It wasn't? You guys use only the money that they give you? That's not real right?
MCM - What?!
ROADIE - Really?
MCM - You really don't have any clue. I really have to eat a lot right now.
ROADIE - Why?
MCM - They seriously don't feed you anything!

LSG is clamoring about food. KHD takes EJW's drink but then rethinks drinking it:

They laugh and then out of nowhere, LSG chimes in with:
LSG - Is this hot water?
HUH-DANG.
LSG - I saw steam coming out. (Caption reads - There's STEAM coming out of a cold can?)
KHD laughs hysterically.
EJW - Are you (like MCM) seeing this can as a black plastic bag? (HA!)
LSG - But I saw steam. I really saw steam. Wow I really must be losing my mind.
EJW - Really though, where are they going to feed us ramen?
We see the boxes of ramen and drinks and KHD tells us that all that belongs to the production staff (sadly not our 6 guys).

IN THE ELEVATOR
KHD - Hey EJW, are you stealing that? PD, Jiwon stole this!
EJW - Wait you're the one who handed it to me!
KHD - You're really wrong to do this. Shame on you.
We see that EJW in fact was being framed by KHD HA!!! Funny still shot of the three guys with the caption reading OCEANS 3 (instead of 11 - haha).

AT THE COMMISSARY
seeing LSG with the stolen drinks:
KHD - Hahah why are you carrying that around?
PD - I'm gonna return this. 2014?
LSG - For a six-pack of soda you're asking me to stay on the show until 2014? (HAHA!)
PD - (referring to EJW) He's signed on for life (so 2014 is nothing).
EJW - Really, when will 1N2D end?
KHD - The purpose of 1N2D is to show all the beautiful places Korea has to offer so when we run out of places, I guess that's when it'll end.
Funny as LSG and EJW realize that they're going to be on the show for a long time...Ha.
The guys finally get their ramen:
LSG - Wow, looks tasty.
As they eat, out of nowhere, EJW has a bone to pick with poor unsuspecting LSG:

KHD just starts laughing at the randomness.
EJW - It's been determined that my IQ is 160.
KHD laughs hysterically at the thought HA!
EJW - What's so funny?
KHD - Do you share all that intelligence with others? (meaning you must be giving away a lot of that 160 IQ haha).
LSG asks EJW if by chance he uses something (I don't know what he's talking about).
EJW - The test results really show it.
Onto another topic:
KHD - How are you supposed to eat ramen so that your face doesn't swell up? Did someone say to add milk to it?
EJW - If you're going to do that you might as well not eat it!
LSG - Exactly.
EJW - Why eat ramen that has milk in it?
KHD - I heard that if you add a little milk, your face doesn't get puffy.
LSG - Then why not drink milk after you eat ramen?
HUH DANG
LSG - Drinking milk after eating ramen and eating ramen with milk mixed in is the same thing. They're going to mix in your stomach regardless.
EJW - That makes no sense - then why to you eat lettuce wraps? Why not eat one ingredient at a time separately?
KHD - Right! Why eat lettuce wraps the way we eat it.
LSG - That's because it's tedious to eat one ingredient at a time, that's why we bunch them together when eating lettuce wraps.
As KHD pigs out:
EJW - Hyung, your face is going to swell up no matter what you eat if you eat like that! It's not just ramen! (HA!!!)
LSG and EJW marvel at the way KHD eats.

KimC - What time are we supposed to wake up again?
LSGeun - Wake up at 6:30, wash up and get ready by 7, and then get to KBS by 7:30. Do we need 30 minutes to wash up and get ready?
MCM - No.
KimC - We just need to brush our teeth.

KimC - What for???
MCM says he wants to wake up that early so that they can shoot stuff for the show because it was quiet when he was in the car with his manager and roadie (meaning they didn't get much footage to use for the show).
LSGeun - It was the same way for us! (This is so funny because indeed, we didn't see any KimC/LSGeun footage inside their car haha). We got nothing. Right now, we're wondering what the KBS team is doing.
KimC - We didn't have anything to do.

BACK AT KBS
Captions tell us that the KBS team isn't doing much either, and that a cameraman is aimlessly following around LSG.
LSG - Are you coming into the shower too? It says MEN here (Cameraman is a girl). I'll wash up and come back out.
Cameragirl waits 20 minutes outside the men's shower, and continues to follow LSG around.
LSG - Not sure if I'm going to be able to wake up tomorrow morning...
KHD - There's only one camera here. I wonder if it'll shoot Seung Gi, or if it'll shoot me. Will it follow me around, or will it follow Seung Gi around. We only have one camera person right now...
LSG - I want to get some sleep. I'm tired.
LSG didn't stop to listen to KHD and had the cameragirl follow him, which killed KHD's whole "who will the cameraman follow" stuff.
KHD - Cameragirl! Cameragirl!
LSG - Thank you cameragirl.
KHD brings up the who will the cameraman follow game again. KHD tries to lure the cameragirl over to him, but she follows EJW haha.
LSG - Go follow HoDong hyung for a bit please...he needs some camera time. He's the MC...he's the leader.

MCM plays around with the clock and (accidentally?) turns off the alarm...

It's 6:30am and the alarm doesn't sound at LSGeun's house! Meanwhile at KBS the female PD shouts out that they're leaving in 10 minutes so wake up!
LSG - Food...Are you not going to feed us?
KHD - Did you say we're not going to eat?
LSG - I slept here because we were told we'd be fed...
PD - If you get up now, you'll have ten minutes and be able to eat...if not, then you'll have to leave without eating.
LSG - Hyung why do you snore so loud! I couldn't sleep at all!
KHD - I didn't sleep.
LSG - Did you say you didn't sleep?
KHD - Someone was snoring...
LSG - Someone kept kncoking like this... (The last three lines doesn't make much sense...) Jiwon hyung, you have to wake up. We have to leave.
The KBS team make their way:
LSG - HoDong hyung's face is really swollen!
KHD - My face is really swollen.

KHD - Right now's a great time to play a game...the loser has to smell the winners' morning breath!

It's 7:10 and LSG/KimC/MCM are still sleeping! Meanwhile, the KBS team gets to eat:

KHD - The wilderness lives...1N2D!!!....Where is our destination?
PD - We'll tell you right at 7:30.

The PD tells them that they're going to the coastal village where MAPADO was filmed. This scares KHD, as he thinks they're going to have to go on another boating trip like last time (when they went crab-catching).
KHD - It sounds like you'll be putting us on a boat and make us catch fish!
PD - Let's make the late arriving team do it.
KHD - What? HAHAHAHA!

Sigh. Just got news from my friend who's coming back from korea for exchange that all the LSG albums that i wanted her to get are all SOLD OUT! ARGHHH. I really really really want that elusive first and second albums in hard, physical copies! Sigh, will that ever happen? Plus she said the July cosmo mags with that fabulous photo shoot are all sold out too. Its so ridiculous! Haha, or should I say LSG's popularity is crazy? Feel a little down that I couldn't get my hands on those two albums. Sigh. Well, there's always next time.

Suddenly feel so motivated by eequeezee. Girl, you TOTALLY inspire me to carry on with my korean learning. Your translations are like, THE BEST, EVER. So i'll try to play my tiny part with this week's stuff. Here I go on my 1N2D ramble again!

Setting off
KHD starts talking about how they have to try to get to the starting point as soon as possible, and that the time is now 4.00am (which is weird, since I saw the clock on the bus said 3.40am? LOL) The guys then all marvel at the rising sun and some grand music plays in the background.

Fast forward their bus trip and they finally get off.
KHD: Seung Gi yah, how old are you now?
LSG: 23 years old (for those confused over why he's 23 and not 21, pls refer to my post some time back on it.)
KHD: If you are 23, then the difference between our ages is.. (he calculates) 16 years. If you look at it, I got here earlier than Seung Gi.. (referring to his earlier debut? hahaha). I was in sirruem when I was only 19..
LSG: The memories from then are still fresh in your mind aren't they?
KHD: Ah.. If you look at this today, it'll seem like we'll be going there forever! (I'm not sure what he means.. maybe how the memory of them going to BDS will seem to stick forever?)
KHD says something else about 20 years ago that I can't decipher.
LSG: Really, 1 Night 1 Days is a great program.
And so the guys head to the entrance, where EJW is busy taking sel-ca of himself.
EJW: Now you are looking at.. Chang Baek San. Peace out. 1Night, 2Days~
While the guys are walking, they see a HUGE dog (?). I have no idea if its a dog or something else, lol.

At baekdusan
So the guys finally are near Baekdusan, and the sights along the way are pretty!
KHD (to LSG): You can drink the water from the Heaven lake..
LSG: Really?
KHD: Yea, its that clear and fresh..
EJW: Natural moss!
PD goes on to explain the presence of the moss.
They realise that there's both cold and hot water running side by side.
MCM: There's cold water running.. and there's hot water running too... What's this?
LSGuen: It means Cold.hot water all able (for use) (HAHA at his hot.cold tap reference)

They go further.
LSG: Hyung, surely that not snow?
LSGuen: Oh yes, it is.. but..
LSG: Really? How can there be snow right there?
Well, his question is not answered. KimC and KHD start talking something about snow.
MCM: Hyung, is that the Heaven Lake?
KHD: Its from Heaven lake..
They decide to proceed on quickly.
EJW: WOW!!! LET'S GO QUICKLY!!
LSG: Olreum waterfall, olreum waterfall!
KimC: ChangBaek waterfall!
All of them are amazed at the sights.
KHD: Its so beautiful!
LSG starts filming the waterfalls with a huge camera.
LSG: Wow! There's snow at the side. SNOW!
MCM: Wow, its really beautiful.

The guys stop to try the water. Man, I'd love to go there someday. The place looks so naturally beautiful! LSG excitedly calls for KHD.
LSG: Hodong hyung!! Hodong hyung! (awww.. ain't it cute he calls for KHD first? ) Its hot here! (points to the water) Water is hot here!
KHD: Here's cold water and over there its hot?
LSG: Wow.. how's this possible?
KimC: Wow.. I'm really at a loss for words..
LSG starts coming out with his wierd Huh-dang theories again.
LSG: So up there its like cold water on one side and hot water on the other! (referring to the two streams of water from at the waterfall, HAHA)
KHD then explains why the water is hot and cold on two sides.

Now, the guys have finally reached one of their toughest challenge, the stairs that seem to stretch up forever.
EJW: When you look here, its a TOTALLY steep flight of stairs! At the end of it is Heaven lake.
KHD starts going up the flight the stairs. In front of him are a couple, the girlfriend on the boyfriend's back. LSG goes behind them and gives the thumbs up sign.
LSG: When I get a girlfriend in future, I'll also want to carry my girlfriend up Baekdusan on my back! To heaven Lake.. (aww... such a cutie pie)
Haha, then LSG starts filming himself, and showing us to the ice rocks again that he found so fascinating on the way to the stairs just now.
LSG: Let's see clearly now again, one more time, what we couldn't earlier. Wah! Ice rocks! Ice rocks! Its so fascinating!
We then realise the VJ filming LSG is right beside him. So who's doing the filming? LSG's manager! LOL. MCM also makes his way up, and we see him chanting Baekdusan! Heaven lake! with every step. Seriously, I admire the guy. He looked dead beat from the start of the whole Baekdusan special, but somehow he managed to hang in and get to the top. You have to admire that perseverance. MCM fighting! LSGuen and EJW are not having a great time either. LOL, EJW's pants are SO SHORT! I almost mistook them for girl shorts MCM proceeds to go on fours in his effort to keep up.
LSGuen: Finally the monkey features (of MCM) come out!
MCM: Its easier/more comfortable to go up this way!
EJW: We're not even halfway through the halfway mark yet! Let's hurry..
Zoom back into LSG. [?] What's he doing with that white tub?
LSG (panting): Ah.. ah.. suncream! suncream!
HAHAHAHA!! This cute boy with his whitening regime. What can I say?
VJ: Rest a moment before going further.
So LSG stops to give them a rest, and starts introducing the sights again.
LSG: When you looks at that, it looks like the bungee jump!

Finally the guys arrive at the tunnel leading to more stairs, and their challenge officially begins. They've completed 1/20 of their journey, and whats to come next are stairs that are of maximum 70 degrees! Now THAT'S really crazy! But they have no choice, off they go. And along the way we see people sitting down at the side, further attesting to how difficult the climb is.
LSG: Wow, this is really too much. Hyung! Hyung! Its more comfortable (to go) four footed!
EJW: People (humans) DO NOT walk four footed!
captions are funny here for kHD [What humans..] [just let me live..] He starts climbing with both hands and legs too.
KHD: Its really more comfortable to go four footed!
Here the VJs are obviously having the toughest time, bent 90degrees from their carrying their load of equipment at the same time. Hats off to them. Without them, there'll be no 1N2D. I really salute them for their spirit.
As usual the baby boy of the group seems to have boundless energy and runs ahead of his hyungs.

Oh man, I'm already missing LSG performing on stage (televised that is >_<) Though I was a bit disappointed about Iljimae it was probably a blessing because now he can work on his album, then we can look forward to more great performances from this guy (and hopefully on ALL music shows ). Please do not feel obligated to do this all the time (I wouldn't want you to lose the enjoyment of watching these episodes). This seems like really good practice for your Korean though! Ditto to eequeezee, I really enjoy going back and rewatching the episodes you're translating. LOL this was when LSG's huh-dangness was in overload eh? heehee I love it. o51029 Yes, the episodes have been long, haven't they? I'm having a lot of fun watching and rewatching the episodes while typing and noticing small little things about them. I definitely have to thanks the show for improving my korean in this short period, every week I learn more and more new words and phrases from the 6 guys! Though my korean teacher says some of them are quite unorthodox expressions, haha. And you're right, cold things DO give off 'steam'! I saw what you saw before too! But I never knew the reason behind it, I was always lousy in science, lol. Its weird but I sometimes miss his overload of huh-dangness. The things he used to say back then were really innocently silly at times. He still has his huh-dang moments every now and then, but I still think the early huh-dang days were the best

I don't know if anyone has thought this way too, but I was thinking it would have been interesting if they'd shown footage of the guys trying to get DOWN. I mean, we all know that getting up there is a mean feat, but getting down should be interesting too. Imagine trying to get down those 70degrees steps. Even better, they could get huh-dang LSG to bungee jump his way down. LOL. My imagination is running wild. Ok, back to work!

The 70degree steps seem to have let up a bit, and so LSG screams for the rest to go back into two feet mode, LOL.
LSG: Ah, really the higher the altitude, the more short of breath we get... (to the unseen cameraman) It feels like we're dying doesn't it? Wow, its the first time I'm feeling pain in my knees...? (claps) Fighting!
Meanwhile, EJW is just on the ground, HAHAHA. LSGuen is not having a hot time either. He's busy trying to get some relief from the water flowing above.
EJW: That's stained (referring to the water).
LSGuen: Oh it is?
But EJW copies what LSGuen is doing anyway. Enter KimC into the equation. The mexican Kim is singing leisurely while ascending the stairs.
LSGuen: I can't see the end!
I think KimC sings Hurray? Not too sure, but it should be something along those lines.
EJW: Its tougher (more tiring) to sing at the same you know?
KimC: (singing his reply) Even so, even if its tough, what choice do we have~~
Mong, in the meantime, is just struggling to keep up.

LSG is still the leader of the pack, and the poor VJ begs for mercy.
VJ: Hey, can we go slowly.. let me live (its literally translated as let me live, but can be taken to mean as help me too.) Please let me live! (please save me)
LSG offers to take over for the VJ.
LSG: Alright, change! (continues walking) Mong hyung, let's go faster!
Mong sits down suddenly.
LSG: Haha, Mong hyung! Haha, why are you sitting down, hyung?
Mong utters something no one can make out. The guy is really tired, you can see it on his face.
MCM: (muttering) Hyung can't go any further, oh, I'm not going up anymore.
LSG: Hyung, hurry!
MCM: I can't go (on now), you can go up first.
LSG: Hurry hurry! I'll go up first?
And he continues walking. Hodong is on the other hand, sweating profusely.

The camera goes back to our enthusiastic boy.
LSG: Let's hurry up and go quickly, I want to go check out the heaven lake!
VJ: Yah... How old are you!
LSG: Me? 23 years old.
VJ: Hyung is 34!!!
Hahaha, the VJs can't catch up with this energiser rabbit i guess. Poor VJs, they really had it hard for this trip. LSG then suddenly realises that they're near the end, and starts sprinting. WHERE ON EARTH does that boy get so much energy from? It was a tough 1 hour climb, and he came out of it RUNNING, and none the worse for it. GOSH.
EJW: Can you see the door?
LSG: Oh, its the end, its the end!
Yes, they've finally gotten to the top, and all of them are relieved, of course.
LSG: This, is Baekdusan.
Yes, its is, 1280m away from sky pond? heaven lake? On wiki it says the name is heaven lake, on the signboard in the video it says sky pond, and KBS subbed version calls it crater lake. I don't care, I'm sticking to heaven lake. Its a pretty name for that gorgeous body of water.

And so they continue their trek up to Heaven lake.

Hey, this thread is turning into WebMD. **checking for moderator**. OK, here we go. This is what I understand about the cold (ivey79, back me up, would ya?). You are contagious from the time you’re infected until there’s no more virus present in the nasal discharge. Now, keep in mind that you are infected about 2-3 days prior to showing symptoms. The virus needs time to incubate/replicate so most people do not show the cold symptoms until it’s too late to warn others to stay away. Hahaha. The virus cycle usually lasts about 5-7 days. So if we do the math, that means we should have all the wonderful sneezing, achooing, runny eyes and nose, all those good stuffs for about 3-4 days. We tend to refer to that as our contagious period. The viral load should decrease daily; thus, we should be less contagious toward the end of our cold. Once the immune system cascade is triggered, you just have to go through the motion until it finished. Some may have a longer period, some less. Yup, that’s it. Whew, more than you ever need to know, eh? The cold steam – hmm, I’m stumped on that one. Dozed off in chemistry most of the time anyways…

Re: asianDB. I just know from friends that it’s the website to check for hard-to-find stuffs. They know it too so that’s why they jacked up their prices. I’ve heard horror stories about the site as well as good ones. Never tried it so cannot personally recommend. Vol 1 is out of print so it would be slightly suspicious if anyone still has a mint-condition CD. If you live in a big city, NY,SF,LA – there maybe are some small music stores that have it (hard though, considering it’s 4 years old). I doubt if the big distributors will have them anymore. If I’m in K-town, I’ll look around for you. Funny thing is I swear Vol 2 was still available a few months back on yesasia (before Remake #2). Oh well.

So cute of him to make hose 4foot 2foot comments and then be so cheeky as to ask everyone to go faster just cause he has bounds of energy! How did he do it? He RAN at the end? ha ha. oh to youth. And yeah, it would've been cool to see more photage like them coming down the mountain. It wouldn't have surprised me if Seung Gi ran the whole way down.

Bedifferent, I think you pretty much summed up the life cycle of a cold virus. Good job, not much I can add to it. Viruses can be such nasty things can't they? And my take on the pop can steaming is that I actually think what it is is not steam, but compressed gas being released. Which is why we hear that pop sound when we open a pop can.

haha yeah i'm talking about the chil princesses movie i watched one part/section where he's crying on the train and a girl is crying and chasing after him lol he's looked soo funny crying lol well anyone let me know how this movie was thanks

I watched the last 40 episodes or so, together with all the LSG cuts. The front I just watched bits and pieces here and there, because it was just too long for me to watch during term. Its quite a heartwarming family drama with charaters that are believable. The LSG crying part on the train was when he got packed off to army and didn't tell his wife (so that she wouldn't be too sad, which I found kind of dumb since she would be heartbroken when she finds out eventually anyway). Even though that part was kinda cheesy and funny, if you follow the development of the story in full, you will find it really touching (because he finally grew up and treated his wife in a more mature manner!) The rest of the plot is also quite good, I found the one for the divorced sister particulary poignant and real. Life just doesn't go the way we plan for it to most of the time, and we learn through our experiences to cope with them, and to deal with changes and difficulties that come our way. Overall, I would recommennd you to watch it if you have the time and patience to, if not, just watch all the LSG cuts and the last 40 or so episodes, where everything is happening.

Just got back from West Virginia... Without going into too much detail, a teammate and her mom, my mom, and I went to a restaurant for breakfast Saturday morning and were denied service. It was pretty crowded, but after a countless number of customers got seated instead of us, it was clear that my mom and I weren't welcome there - most likely as a result of the Virginia Tech incident last year
I got into a big argument with my mom cuz I wanted to head back to NY immediately but my mom wouldn't let me. I tried to channel my anger and play well, but couldn't do it. Frustrating, upsetting weekend. I'm so glad to be home.

Anyway, B-unnie, you were right yet again. I watched the 3rd Baekdu episode and cried an ocean, particularly on account of one scene - when KHD was telling the guys in the tent about the different waters they would be taking up to Baekdu. I was already in an emotional, vulnerable state, and this scene just opened the floodgates. Watching 1N2D, and crying on my mom's shoulder, made me feel so much better. I don't know what I would do without my six OPPAS. I never felt so close to people on TV.

Regarding MCM smoking: watching the episode, I'm glad that the controversy went away quickly (I hope it did anyway). I thought there was more than just that little 2 second clip, but there wasn't... I love MCM. I love how he got off the stage at the school to reach out and touch the kids, and say he's angry for not being able to do more for them, when in fact just showing up is SO amazing. I just loved these three episodes so much. I wonder how they did ratings-wise...

B-unnie - Double-post all things 1N2D here and at the official thread yeah? I visit the official thread often(Hi HEATHER!!!), but this thread has become a truly unique one because we discuss all things LSG, 1N2D, MCM, KimC, KHD, etc...

What I love about LSG is his innocence, and I think we're starting to see him shed layers of it as he's becoming a sexy young man, but he still maintains a kind, respectful, and polite disposition that most entertainers (or anyone for that matter) don't have.

anyway, I hear this episode had a viewer of rating of 19.7%! I don't know how that is compared to how it was before.. but in my book, that's amazing!
I didn't realize this show aired at the same time as 우리결혼했어요 so I watched the live streaming of that show instead;;
hehe, next week (if I'm at home/awake at that time) I'll try and watch 1N2D. but I do realize that I'm behind like 2 months for this show!!! (well, I just finished that episode where the boys made it on time and got the camper!
I think I'm really behind because no one uploads it on Veoh fast enough and that's where i like to watch it..
