He's only 19 years old this year?!?! Gosh, I thought he's like 23-25 years or something... ;; I was all ready to write "Seung Gi oppa" in this post...

Although I don't have a habit of having crushes on artists younger than me, he's definitely an exception!!!

i first found out about seung gi from xman..i thought he was really cute...and recently heard a few of his songs. i luv because you're my girl, first kiss and crazy for you.

Seung Gi will be first performing in mbc show music core the 9th and in kbs music bank and sbs inkigayo the 10th.

On august 22 seung gi finished shooting his mv for his title song named "제발" (please)
on that mv park min ji (girl from jenny, junno) also appeared as lee seung gi's love interest (girlfriend) and there was a kiss scene and everything... park min ji and lee seung gi have worked together previously in 2005 when they shot a cf together... and on september 1st, m.net star news did a special report on the music video and behind scenes and interviews i suppose... and that they were going to show on m.net for the first time his mv on that day too...

신예 박민지가 가수 이승기와 키스 연기를 펼쳐 관심을 모으고 있다.

박민지는 지난 22일 이승기의 리메이크 스페셜 앨범 타이틀곡 '제발' 뮤직비디오를 촬영했다. 이번 뮤직비디오에서 박민지는 이승기의 연인으로 출연했다.

서울 흑석동의 한 옥탑방에서 생애 첫키스 연기 펼친 박민지는 "승기 오빠와는 지난해 말 모 CF에서 호흡을 맞춘적이 있다"며 "하지만 키스신은 솔직히 소화하기 어려운 연기였다"고 쑥스러움을 감추지 못했다.

또 박민지는 "승기 오빠의 연기력에 놀랐다"며 "가수로 인기를 누리면서 연기도 잘하는 모습을 보니 대단하다"고 평가했다.

차은택 감독이 메가폰을 잡은 이번 뮤직비디오는 고아원에서 함게 자란 박민지와 이승기의 사랑이야기를 담았다. 뮤직비디오에서 이승기는 진학을 포기하고 민지를 뒷바라지해 대학을 입학시키지만 점점 멀어지는 슬픈 사랑을 연기했다.


한편 현재 박민지는 영화 '도레미파솔라시도'를 촬영 중이다.

In the news it says that park min ji and lee seung gi shot a mv video together for the title song of lee seung gi's remake special album "제발" (jae bal) and when asked about the kiss, park min ji said that before when she shot a cf with lee seung gi, they kissed, but she says that this mv's kiss scene was a lot harder... she also mentions that during the four day shooting of the mv she noticed lee seung gi's great acting skills... she said that she thought seung gi improved a lot and was very impressed that he's become a talented singer as well as a talented actor...

the director of this mv 차은택 (cha eun taek) says that this story is about park min ji and lee seung gi both being orphans in an orphanage and how they grew up together and the mv tells the story of their love... as they grow up seung gi gives up his opportunity to get a higher education (진학 I guess meaning him going to college or finishing high school) and instead looks after park min ji and also helps her get admitted into college and pay for school and stuff... at the end both of them grow apart from each other and it shows how their love drifts away and in conclusion, it's a very sad music video...

Now I'll try to search for the mv and wait patiently for the release of the album so that i can purchase it...

i can't wait for his album! i cant believe its already september/time to see seunggi back on TV ^^

i saw the making of his mv in his fan cafe... the kiss scene... T_T. til now his kiss scenes in his drama were just cute pecks but in the mv its a REAL kiss lol.

me too i saw it on mnet news and also in mbc section tv news... and yeah the kiss was "real"... cannot wait to get the full mv...

I just read that lee seung gi's new remake album will be titled, "남자가 여자를 사랑할때" (when a man loves a woman) and that it will include a 30 minutes music drama/video with 4 songs from the album... including 아디오`, `원하고 원망하죠`, `눈물`, `제발` (audio, desire and bitter feeling, tears and please)
there are 10 songs in the album and some of them are, 이소라의 ‘제발’, 에즈원의 ‘원하고 원망하죠’, 서영은의 ‘내 안의 그대’, 린의 ‘사랑했잖아’, 리아의 ‘눈물’, 양파의 ‘아디오’, 장나라의 ‘고백’ ( lee sora's "please", as one "desire and bitter feelings" (not sure how to translate it), suh young eun's " inside me you," lia's "tears" and jang nara's "confession."

the 30 minute music drama will be aired in m.net on the 9th and 10th... and in this one park min ji appears... which means that the music video and the making of it was all about this 30 minute deal...

and u can get jang naras song too. for these two songs...he chose songs in which the singers had very disinct voices. they werent bad though. just sounded really...different.

He is remaking Jang Nara's Go Baek, my favorite Jang Nara song. I gotta order this album too. I wish Suh Young Eun's song was the title song....that was also one of my very favorite song.

lyn's song had a totally different feel, but i still liked it. jang nara's song sounded very nice. i think i like his version of this song better than lyn's song. lee sora's song really sounds like HIS song, like it was a song written for him, probably because the song is the most similar to the genre he normally sings.

i like how he's remaking songs of female singers with distinct voices, i find it a very interesting concept ^^

OMG! SEUNGGI'S BACK ALREADY TOO?!??!! WOW! Jang Woo Hyuk, Koyote, SeungGi, JangRiIn all came out like over the weekend and there are SO MANY MORE coming out this fall. I'm EXCITED! I love seeing seung gi on variety programs. he is the sweetest guy. i can't wait to hear some of the remakes although i've only actually heard a few of the original versions. lots of female remakes....
