It was so great to see Seung Gi on Xman again. I don't understand why people are blowing his comments out of proportion. I'm sure he didn't mean any real insult to Psy or the Chinese people. Also, his managers and SBS has already apologized for it.

On another note, I kinda wish Seung Gi would be more open to not being paired up with a girl. I mean...everytime he's been rejected (in Love Letter, Xman and Heroine 6), he always takes it in a "I don't wanna do this" or "I don't like this" kind of way. I like guests like HaHa...he acts mad and disappointed when he's rejected, but eventually smiles and has fun with it. They take it in stride. Also, did anyone notice that the moment a girl rejects him (Park Kyung Rim in Xman and Hyun Young in Heroine 6), he picks someone else the following weeks. Not complaining or anything...just noticed the pattern.

I hope Seung Gi will continue to be on Xman after the China special.

i listened to seung gi's new remake album and i love it! i can't stop playing the songs. it might just be me, but he is beginning to sound sorta like tim. like in track 2, i seriously thought tim was singing and i checked back to make sure i wasn't playing his song.

Wow reallie/ I wanna hear his new album...I love that new MV though/...is that girl from 18 vs. 29? THe one who was paired with Choi Si Won...she looks a lot older from that one...I'm not sure...

But can anyone translate the MV? I have no idea what they're saying...except for when she says she's late...haha and a few other words. I'm kind of lost in the MV..at first I thought they were brother and sister...and tehn they kissed so I figured they weren't lol.

And in reply to ^^ - Yea i'm not a big fan of the Chae Yeon/Seung Gi romance...I dno'tt hink it would really happen though - so weird...i think she's at least 7 years older than him O.o

seung gi bought the ring later on because he had thought the one he had found in minji's coat pocket (the one that fell out) before was meant for him. it didn't fit but he still kept it. then when he was talking to the guy, he noticed that the guy was wearing a matching ring on his finger so seung gi realized that the ring was given to minji by the other guy. so he went and bought a new one for the guy to give to minji.

as for the general synopsis of the mv, minji and seung gi were both orphans or something and seung gi basically worked every odd job he could to pay for minji's expenses, school, and their place, etc. that's why you only see him trying to study her books at night because he didn't have time to go to school. of course, he falls in love with her but minji is oblivious to his feelings and thinks of him as her oppa only. after she graduates from high school (she also writes his name on her diploma since she tried to tutor him at night), she goes on to college and meets the guy. seung gi also pays for her tutition here.

At this time, minji starts breaking away from seung gi and wants to hang out with her friends more than with him.. she feels ashamed to be associated with him in front of the guy and her friends because well... because he sells fruit all day and doesn't look presentable (which I think is very very selfish of her considering he basically lived his life to provide for hers). Shortly after, minji wants to move into the dorms to be with her friends and seung gi was against it but finally let her. Fast forward, and seung gi gets more and more depressed about the state of their relationship and drinks, etc. The guy then meets with seung gi and tells him he's taking minji to new york because she wanted to go and seung gi sorta gives up and wishes her happiness. And we all know what happens at the end =)

The only part I didn't get was the convo between minji and seung gi at the restaurant (where he was dressed nicely and she was working). Hope that synopsis was accurate... I did leave out some things but if anything was off, please correct me! I didn't like the ending at all and seung gi's role reminded me of Bi's character in A Love To Kill... but his voice was SO darn GOOD!

Does anyone have a translation of the song titles of Seung Gi's remake album? I have the tracks listed in Korean and romanized, but not their English translations. This is what I have so far...can anyone help? I especially want to know the title of Track 2 (aka 11). I love his acoustic version of this song. By far my favorite track!!
