that's true. Kyo's voice always stayed quite clear too. He used to always have a cigarette at hand =_=

It's hard to compare...for people who aren't into JRock or used to JRock they usually prefer Ruki's voice/screams because its kind of easier on the ears. I guess because its more smooth and on pitch. But I think as you get more used to it you see that Kyo's voice has more power and emotion in it. Both sound good but both give off a different feeling.

I see what you mean. Like, when he uses the megaphone, you mean? It creates a good sound, but it isnt real. Kyo is just a very talented person, his vocal range is amazing, and he improvises with his voice. I think Ruki also has great vocal range (maybe not quite as good as Kyo, don't hurt me) but he doesn't stretch it to it's limits. Kyo wants to get his feeling into what he sings, I guess he's more concerned about that than how his voice might be affected. I'm amazed it hasn't given out after all this time.

Ruki did scream well in Ruder, on NLSG, for example.

Yes, Kyo is v.v.v. sexy dancer. But there is not only the robot, but more of a "puppet-on-a-string-dance" where he would suddenly pretend to have been let go at the end, and lets his arms swing side to side. And that one on MACABRE, that's on a clip of egnirys cimredopyh, groovy dancing.

well, I think Ruki could almost be as good as Kyo, but he's not trying quite as hard. Kyo experimented a lot, and got sort of...masterpieces out of it like Mazohyst of Decadence. I mean, if you listen to No.[666], Ruki went all out with that.And it's a f**king awesome song.

*shrugs* whatever, I admire Ruki a lot. He is, after all, my second favourite vocalist. And I have a long list of favourite vocalists.
