i think its always in style, especially when people want to show that they arent trying to be mainstream and they arent going to be all preppy and clean cut.

LMAO! My friends and I were discussing this today. My friend was like, *pushes hair back* "you see this? natural hair gel." EWW!!! these guys do need to wash their hair.

It's like, they feel that if they grow the shag, they'll get more credibility as "artists".
