so, i've made a goal for myself to lose some weight for this summer. i want to go back to Taiwan looking skinnier and healthier. since there were threads about successful dieting and exercising, i was thinking about starting a thread about hitting our weight loss goals for this summer.
we can motivate each other and give each other tips on the way. who's interested in starting a lose-weight-buddy-thread?

how about get healthy and lose body fat for life? i love how ppl binge during winter, and then worry about the pounds they gained in spring.

I'm trying to lose weight before I got to Korea for the first time in 7-8 years. My relatives basically don't know what I look like because the last time they saw me, I wasn't even 11.
Need to make a good impression.

I respect everyone doing this. A good diet and consistent excercise is the way to go!! lol good luck everyone. Also, do it for yourself. Not to impress anyone.

MEE IM IN. i've been overeating lately.. harshly..
like i eat so much carbs during the day.. and occasionally junk food>< but at night, i just eat a salad... and fruits.. and im full as heck
im scared that my like eating-so-much in one time is like stretching out my ermmm.... stomach? hahaa - _-

LOL.. gosh I hate this, EVERY time before SUMMER I'm the one girl in the group of friends who goes "NEXT YEAR I WILL LOOK TOTALLY DIFFERENT." but then I still look the same -____-'' must be determined, definitely before summer.

don't think about losing weight. gain some weight by building some muscles and then lose fat. u can't just lose fat b/c usually that means u're malnourishing urself and cutting down on calories. and that never works.

i dont eat all day till like 4-5ish and even then.. i eat like
fruit and some rice and i get full .. i hope i dont start

anyways, i plan on losing 20 lbs by june. last year i lost 20 in about 3 months so i think i can do it again.
tip: eat three healthy meals per day. lots of lean meats and egg whites. lots of veggies.

i need to lose weight too! hopefully i can.
i tend to pig out on food whenever i'm stressed out. no one is really home to cook & i dont know how to, so I always eat junk food. Do you guys have any suggestions?

oh lala by reading the title im interested! ahahah yea im thinking about losing weight but i dont think i can succeed its too hard and i get hungry too much and easily =X but i hope i really can! by the way did i say that i like this thread already? ahah my goal is to be 110lbs FIRST going by small numbers =]
btw: im actually supposingly on a diet already for my new years resolution..but i dont think im even on it anymore LOL ahha im not even sure...but then is there any way to make me stop eating junk food wen im bored and depressed or just wen i have down times? cuz then wenever im bored i tend to eat A LOT =X

yay! i got a good response! so here's the
plan:
- we will post our goal weight loss for each week
- and then at the end of the week post if we met our goal
- if you want, you can post how you did in the diet and exercising departments too
for me:
Ideal Weight Loss: 20lbs
Goal Week 1: 1.5lbs
see how you guys do on sunday!

i have a slim upper body, but from waist below it starts to get really chubby.. since theres really no way to lose only the downer side, i have to lose weight overall >_<
i used to starve myself, that worked for the first 10lbs, but after that it was impossible... it's been a year and i'm sick of starve and binge every week, so i started a different and healthier plan(involves exercising and dieting.. but not crash diet like before. It's been 2 days, i hope to see some result after 2 weeks =\
