I really like Cherish, Love Song, I Za Na I Zu Ki, and Akaku Moyoru Taiyu.
Overall, I enjoyed their first album as well as Kat-tun's debut album.

^ ROFL~ In the Cherish PV, Shige doesn't have much rhythem. But lately he's been getting good! Watching him on SC and everything.. you can tell he's gotten a lot better. Especially during his solo on his SC. He was good!

Well, I just started listening to NewS, so I really don't have a particular favorite member haha; that's in terms of singing, but as an actor, Yamapi gets my attention (gee, I sound effin' gay ). After watching "Nobuta Wo Produce," I was like, "Whoa, he's exactly like me. Weird and happy." I've noticed that he's pretty damn ripped as well; that's usually rare for japanese celebrities.
Btw, WingL, TVXQ and SS501 are Korean groups.

Well, here's the whole story..
As most people know, NEWS performs for the volleyball competitions held in Japan (Volleyball World Cup 2003, Athen's Olympic Volleyball Worldwide, 2004 Women's Volleyball World Grand Prix 2004, etc.).. I don't know exactly what that's called but yeah. Anyways, last summer, NEWS performed at the 2005 Women's Volleyball World Grand Prix 2005 with the song TEPPEN. I think they were invited by some news reporter, though I can't recall her name. Uchi decided to go but the other members didn't. There was, of course, drinking at the party and the news reporter lady insisted that Uchi drink, even though Uchi is underaged. I think at first Uchi didn't want to but he ended up drinking anyways. I suppose he drank to the point where he was, of course, drunk. Anyways, since Uchi was by himself at the party, he had no one to come with him when he left. So Uchi left by himself, with no one with him to look after him. So then Uchi goes to some nearby park and was said to have been yelling and making a ruckus. Nearby neighbors called the police and when they came, they brought Uchi to the police station. Later on the in evening, Johnny-san (or some people from the company) came and brought Uchi back home.
Johnny-san then decided, for Uchi's punishment, that he would be suspended for six months. NEWS then made a public apology where they apologized to the fans and for Uchi's actions.
When the six months were up (in December), Uchi still did not return. I suppose the only people who know why Uchi didn't return is the jimusho themselves. I don't think the fans have any idea why he didn't return or hasn't returned yet.
Oh, and for the Uchi incident.. I even think Ryo-chan cried over it. Something like.. he was saying that it would never have happened if he had been there with him.

ok bascially Kusano was caught in a karaoke room underage drinking with a girl o_o the paparazzi caught it on pciture.......but THAT DOESNT PROVE IT WAS BEER >_< the picture is really blurry so the can could be anything o_o (i have a chinese article of the picture but you guys have probably seen the paparazzi pics) and supposedly, kusano asked the girl for a blowjob.....ooookay ¬__¬;;; so Kusano is on his self relection period after that incident (that's why the SC episodes doesnt have him in it). Since NEWS only have 6 members left, they're going on vacation after their spring conert ends. 'self reflection period'. yea whatever u_u; solo projects will still go on like dramas & such. when NEWS come back, there will (hopefully) be 8 members =D

i feel bad for people who lives in asia when it comes to the issue of drinking. i adore everything have (the communication system, the transportation system, the food... etc). but i think one thing the americans have right is the drinking age. XDDDD!
honestly, asians are known for their drinking habits, yet, modern society has to put limits on it. its sad =(
i have this theory of drinking after the age of 22 is sadness and depression. *troubles*
drinking before 21, is for fun =) *parties*

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that. I think a lot of the JE members dance very well and as good as ss501 and DBSK. It's probably that they can't show it off like them. Most of JE songs are not the kind of song that requires you to pop dance like the Korean boy bands. The songs are very different from Kpop songs so the choreography is different. I've seen some of the JE members dance different styles besides what they dance to their songs and they are about as good as the kpop boy bands. If given the same choreography I think they can dance just as well. I mean most JE members been training at a young age.
As for singing wise I think NEWS members all have great voices but as much as I hate to admit it. SS501 and DBSK do have better voices than most of JE members.
Sorry guys but I'm getting lazy and decided to not make caps of the Winter dramas. But I gotta say I loved N's Aoi better than Gachibaka. And I can't wait until Yamapi's drama. Just 12 more days.

i have to say DBSK "CAN" sing ~ (ok minus Yunho) they sing really well ~ i was kinda amazed @ 1st cuz i was expecting no singing talent
and SS501.. only young seng can sing~~ the other.. no comment really...

Well i was not thinkin of them as groups but as individuals, when i though about singing the names in my mind where jaejoong (dbsk), young saeng (ss501), and junsu (dbsk), and when dancin only one name came to my mind, Yunho.
in the singin thng i'm sure of what i'm sayin but in the dance thing i'mnot that sure because i never have the oportunity to see news dancin freestyle or stuff like that, that requires real dancin and not hand moves. yeah the hand moves are cute (i'm even learnin some of them) but its not real dancin

i'm currently in love with tegoshi's voice, he should have more solos. i wonder why yamapi gets so much solos, not that i'm complainin i love yamapi, but i would like to hear the others members singin solos too. and thats onw of the reasons i like sayaendou so much, they all sing at least a line.
and about ss501 idon't think the rest are that bad it is just that young saeng ownz them so much, but one thing is a fact, the rest of ss501 all sing better than yunho.
i know i started this but lets stop comparin them, they are all unique in their own ways, they ALL have their strong areas and weak areas. after all they are human beings and that means they are not perfect.

At first I thought Uchi would make a pretty girl but not anymore. I think most guys who have very strong jawline like Uchi would not make pretty girl. Guys like Tegoshi would could pass for a girl. He made such a pretty Belle in that one Yayayah show. LOL

^ i guess finished watching subbed gachibaka. i felt so sorry for kouta. lol. they are both two cute. sometimes i keep thinking they might just brust out laughing. weird seeing those two serious~ i think they did a great job, since they are still newbies. hopefully they get more important roles in the future.
