doesnt windows media player have option to change the region?

I think the region coding has to do with the DVD player itself, not the application you play the DVDs on. A Region 1 player won't read a Region 2 or Region 3 disc. You probably will have to watch it on a region-free DVD player hooked up to your TV.

I know on the Mac there's a way to change the region code, but that's for people who are taking their computers overseas to work or whatever. They make it so you can only change the region like a total of 3 times EVER, and that's it. As far as I know, computer DVD hardware is not flexible like that.

Im addicted to Sayaendou now. This song is very catchy ^^.
