The other two guys on the right of his picture acted in shows I've watched before too! No wonder they look so familiar. The one on his immediate right acted in Kurosagi in a guest role. And the other guy acted in One Litre of Tears!

Koyama Keiichiro, they call him Koyama he's the oldest NEWS member he recently graduated from College, next is Yamashita Tomohisa, they call him Yamapi or P, He's NEWS leader ^^;; he's pretty famous too, next is Kato Shigeaki they call him Shige, He's known to be the smartest NEWS member ^^;; he loves to play the guitar and write songs

next line: Nishikido Ryo, pretty sure you know him already, ^^;; next is Tegoshi Yuya, they call him Tego or Teshi, known to be the best singer in NEWS he voiced for Mumble in Happy Feet Japanese dubbed, and last is Masuda Takahisa, they call him Massu, big eater of NEWS LOL

theres also two members theyre names are Kusano Hironori and Uchi Hiroki, they got suspended around 2005 and 2006, but currently they were demoted to 'trainees' probably will be coming back soon ^^;;

yea they are really close but i think since uchi was suspended ryo became really close with other people too now. like now, he's really close with yamapi and okhura. i think he probably was close with them before but not as close as he is now.

i miss uchi and kusano...

Aaaah NewS i love them ♥ they are such a cute group, and i'm glad they're back!! if only Uchi and Kusano would come back now...personally i love Yamapi he's tied with MatsuJun (from Arashi) for my favorite JE boy in general, but within NewS i love Shige and Massu ^.^

Speculations going around the NEWS community on Uchi and Kusano's return. Apparently at one of their concerts a fan asked how Uchi and Kusano was doing and Ryo said that they're great and to wait for their return. This is good right? At least it's some form of confirmation that they will be back. Also, a fan noticed that on the MS Special, they showed old NEWS perf. that included Kusano and his face was shown. Usually they would edit out Uchi or Kusano whenever or wherever possible, but they actually showed Kusano in the old clip, so that's also a good sign. I remember during the time of speculations on NEWS return as a group, there were a lot of hints on their return: ie. playing NEWS songs, performing NEWS songs on SC, etc...

I just feel like Johnny is just trying to make "the fans" scared by taking off Uchi and Kusano's name off the official site as if they're not returning to NEWS or K8. YES, I read about Kusano and Uchi in the NEWS community too. I'm really excited for their return no matter how long it takes.

YamaP and Junno ? Such an odd combination. I remember reading something about them not getting along (not that they hate each other or anything), but then again KAT-TUN doesn't get along w/ many people .

Edit: Yamapi seemed so shocked/surprised when Taguchi called him "yamapi" and touched his shoulder.

yes its called Warratte ittomo SP, the dramas of Fuji TV come together and then plays games ^^;; they always do this, last year, Ryo and Shige got to play for Busu Koi and Attention Please, this year Masuda Shota's drama, Yamapi's and Junno's ^^;;

yes i saw the waratte sp, yamapi was really kakkoi boxing. he had a serious face and everything but with his hair like that he looked like a little boy...all of which made him look kakkoi to me.

i remember reading shige's jweb or something about ryo and him being on waratte sp last season. shige said something about when ryo shot the arrow and did better than shige, ryo gave shige a look like "i'm better than you" and shige felt...for lack of better words...not feel good. i saw it too and i was about to slap ryo for giving shige that look but then of course we should expect that from ryo. i still <333 ryo and all his arrogant-ness.

unlike ryo, when yamapi won, he had more humility(sp).


thank you for the info. i expected them to be back with NEWS sometime but i didn't think it would be soon...it seems like it would be pretty soon. well it was a long wait for them tho. maybe they'll be back in time for the new NEWS album...which i don't know if there will be one yet.


i think that they made uchi and kusano stay away so long because they wanted to appease the parents of the young NEWS fans. i think they pretty much know that fans will probably still support NEWS and they know they'll make money off of NEWS (including uchi and kusano).
