I think both of them got caught with underage drinking, so far there's no one in newS has any scandal with girls maybe except yamapi tht's all.

Maybe his shyness tht caught your attention, he's abit akward infront of the camera but he defenitely shines in photoshoot(sorry the typo) pictures.

Haha I agree. Shige is really underrated before... but he's getting hotter by the day and people are taking notice! His weakness is that he's really camera shy... and reserved, previously audiences find it hard to remember him or discern any trace of personality from him other than being cute and quiet. He would only watch while the rest goof off and fool around. He's really smart though... studied in a prestigous private high school and now finally doing law in university. Well, give him time and he will shine ... I saw some clips... he seemed more relaxed now.



Sidetrack... Is kusano and Uchi definitely returning to NEWS? The news only mentioned that they will resume work. @_@ I heard from somewhere that they will come back as Juniors again.

i think they will be back with NEWS after PLAYZONE, but Shounentai says Johnnys will have to make a decision after PLAYZONE that is to keep them as trainees or bring them back to NEWS.

first of all in the news, they were still known as NEWS members, in the ariticle they introduce them as The NEWS members Uchi Hiroki and Kusano Hironori, if the news was wrong Johnnys could have it changed last min

2nd, in PLAYZONE only Shounentai's JFC and Johnnys juniors could ballot, but now they also inlcuded YOU&J in the balloting because of the NEWS fans

3rd, if Kusano and Uchi were gonna be made just Juniors they should have been fired them quickly, in the year 99 some juniors had certain scandals and Johnnys fired them.

4th, when NEWS annouced last January that they will be 6 members, they didnt actually say they will be 6 members forever, and didnt actually say that Kusano and Uchi arent coming back to NEWS as well

so i think they are coming back, it just depends on their response and feedback with PLAYZONE ^^;;

Yah, I think Uchi was popular before this, but not sure how fans feel now . I started liking NEWS after their suspension, but after watching NUMEROUS NEWS clips of the 8-membered group, I'm really excited!

I'm sad to hear that fans are used to the 6-membered group because NEWS isn't NEWS if they're not complete . Sorry, it's my "group" mentality.

Uchi is hilarious. He's an active speaker and is baka. Kusano? Hmm... I have no idea. I just know Yamapi got along well w/ him and saw him as a little bro or something.

I have a question, how often does NEWS or any JE group for that matter, release another single? Like, how does their group activities work for the year? Right now, it seems like nothing has changed after the suspension. They're still doing their own stuff. Compared to other groups, I really hate how NEWS members aren't as close. But one thing I love about NEWS is that ALL the members contribute in one way or another, either by speaking during interviews, harmonizing, smiling all the type, participating in intelligent convo, being a sexy Osaka man, laughing and having fun, or just looking hot & cute. Plus, I think all the NEWS members can sing pretty well.

Koyama + Shige~ tegomass ~ Yamapi + Ryo~~

but i think their team work is improving much more than b4~ @ the beg when they came out it was kinda weird seeing them on shows too because the focus was SOO much on Yamapi (that's obvious I guess)
~but the other members are gaining more recognition now~~ like Ryo is popular~ as well as Tegomass' popularity not bad either~ it's not like a Yamapi-one-man-show anymore (even tho.. he's still the most popular ) ~

Kusano is like your little brother since he is the youngest member in the group eventhough tegoshi kinda look like the youngest. He's really energetic, loves to play around and it seems tht he hates losing to other people. If you want to know them and tegomass better, watching old video of Ya-Ya-yah games show might actually help you bcos it really shows their personality there instead of being outshined by yamaP or Ryo. This is why i feel there's always something wrong when i watch koyashige together bcos kusano is not there, it must always three of them together. It's like how YamaP+Toma fans are feeling.

Kusano are the best dancer in newS and has one of the best voices in there. I actually like his voice there compared to Tegoshi. Actually you can see the they're actually become closer to each other eventhough it's not as close as arashi or kanjani8 term of chemistry and closeness but it;s there. Maybe bcos we don't really see them interacting with each other much compared to other group bcos they're the only group tht doesn't have gameshow?

I have no idea baout the single/album released but it seems to me tht arashi has endless single bcos everytime matsujun acted in a new drama, the songs from the single would be the ost for the drama. I'm still new with JE so it's not accurate but there are people saying besides SMAP, arashi are one of the profitable group there.

I actually wrote a long essay about them and i accidently erase every each of them . So yeah.

Yah, I was really surprised when I found out that Kusano was younger than Tegoshi probably it's because of Tegoshi's baby face and cheeks .

Even though NEWS isn't as close, I really love the chemistry that I see on TV shows, concerts, and magazine shoots . And I'm glad that the group contribution is more even now.

I really miss seeing them onscreen. I think NEWS should have a TV show, but it's kinda like, what could they do that the other groups haven't already? And each member is so busy with their own activities. NEWS need to release more singles and albums. They're behind compared to other groups.

You can find the recent sc in jpopsuki but if you're want to download the old stuff, i don't think torrent is your best answer bcos it's huge and sc has been aired since 2003. You have to dwl your way throught clubbox, there are some in direct link but only certain episode, and most of the episode are either raw or chinese sub.

But there are certain sc episode tht had been eng hardsubbed, you can dwl it here.I'm not sure about korean ones, maybe you can try asking at korean cafe?
