yeah, In Johnnys your training ground before debuting is back dancing for your senpais, so NEWS did that too before they debuted. Actually some of the NEWS members back danced for Yamapi's group before 4tops ^^;; so thats why you see alot of kids, teenagers back dancing for them those kids are called Johnnys Jrs. ^^

i forgot to mention Massu is scared of anything with four legs and not human LOL they once had a dog for a photoshoot for their pamphlet, and massu wouldnt even go near the dog, among all the Massu members he's the only one who didnt hold the dog HAHAHHA this is from the Spring concert 07 pamphlet ^^;;

another story, the concert just ended, they were in the backstage, Ryo had a bowl of strawberries on the table and he left for awhile, and Shige and Koyama saw the strawberries and ate them all LOL when Ryo came back he saw his strawberries finished and he was furious and he shouted "WHERE ARE MY STRAWBERRIES?" and Shige and Koyama were quiet, Ryo saw Massu and he immediately scolded Massu "MASSU YOU ATE MY STRAWBERRIES DIDNT YOU!!" (Knowing he's the big eater of NEWS Ryo immediately scold him LOL) Massu was like "NO i didnt eat them really!!" "YOU DID WHY IS IT ALL FINISH GET ME STRAWBERRIES" poor massu he went out and got strawberries for ryo, and Shige and Koyama were just laughing LOLLLL

I normally like ballads, lol. I was watching the first half of the Pacific concert DVD, and I really liked weeeek, Hoshi Wo Mezash... ite, and it just got to Summer Time (but now I have to go to bed, lol). OMG, Yamapi's solo (Gomen ne Juliet) was soooooo cool! ^____^ I really like the song, too! It's sad...



I really enjoyed the Pacific perf of WEEEEEK. (I only got to see up to Summer Time, though). I like Ai Nante as well!

So...Uchi is the suspended member, right? Is he coming back, or no?

Strawberries? Awww, poor Massu! Lol, I think it's funny how Ryo assumed it was Massu. Ryo is kinda mean, keke, but I think I like that about him. ^^;; And holy cow! Ryo looked so cute and hot at the same time during the Pacific conert, lol. There were times when he would grin at the camera and wave a peace sign. Other times, he was dancing and holy @#@$#% - hot. ^^ (But same with Yamapi! Great dancer!!)

Just to let you know that I am NEWS & Yamapi big fan. My dream came true when I went to see them in Taipei last year and in Tokyo Dome, early this year. Plan to go to their Tokyo Dome concerts once agian this year, it's their 5th Anniversary !!

Okay, forgive me for being so slow But I just finished the Pacific Dome concert (and I'm going to watch the Never Ending Wonderful Story DVD next <--- that is one heck of a long title, XD).

Let's see... I have a few things to say about the second half, lol. I absolutely love Tegoshi's solo, "Ai Nante"! (Though I saw the YT perf from the link provided ealier). I just wanted to comment on it again, because it was seriously really good. ^^ And then Ryo's solo, CODE!!! #^#&^$%&#%$!!! That gasp he took in the middle, and (even though his red clothes were a little odd) he looked so hot with his guitar!! ^^ <--- biased I also really liked how, during the concert, NEWS performed other artists' songs (like Kanjani8's Zukko Otoko Michi).

And...why do they have so many, er, Spanish-like songs? (I'm not saying it's bad or anything, it's just... It's kind of strange, lol).

Oh, and someone mentioned how NEWS has so many sad stories... Care to share one? I want to know more about them! ^^

I loved Massu ever since I watched Dandori, I do hope he does a full-blown romantic drama though. Tegoshi was amazing in Hyoten 2006, totally found him hot there, especially in his kissing scene. Who among NEWS had kissing scenes in their dramas?

All music shows are having SPs for fall ^^ they always have SP inbetween seasons <33

so far they only have 3 guestings for HAPPY BIRTHDAY, i think they will have one more in Utaban and then no more? they are guesting on Music Fighter recently i dont know why, last time was Taiyou No Namida, they didnt guest on SUMMER TIME there :S

about the sad stories they had...
maybe most of you have known this...
but i will give a bit description about that, incase some of you didn't know it

since the beginning of they were formed...
they hardly knew each other...
because they had their own group already...(johnny's jr can make their own group freely, for their performances in shounen club for example, and waiting and hoping for maybe someday they will be given a chance to debut)
they were picked so random...(unlike other JE groups)
yamapi was belong to 4 TOPS along with IKUTA TOMA, HASEGAWA JUN, and sorry i forget the other one...
ryo & uchi in kanjani 8
kusano, shige, and koyama in their KK KITTY...
and the youngest two...massu & tegoshi, i guess they weren't in a group, oh, and also moriuchi...
so they thought that they were formed (NewS) was only a temporary group...nobody thought that they would've been together for debut and everything...

Yamapi said that in those 8 people he only knew ryochan...but he hardly saw the others...
Ryochan once said to tegoshi once he saw him "Who the hell are you???" with his lion mane hair at that time...
and those two were very seniors and famous so the others six felt a wall between them...
and the awkwardness when they were together was so awful, even tegoshi thought he didn't deserve in this group, and wanted to resign...

but NEWS really debuted after NEWS NIPPON (moriuchi was resign from JE after NEWS NIPPON), they debuted with Kibou Yell...and after that they released singles that always no.1 in the oricon chart in japan
once they felt that the bond was there...they felt the unity things and they started to feel close to each other, the incident happen...july 2005 (if i'm not wrong, after their single TEPPEN was released) uchi hiroki found with the incident underage drinking...and he was banned from all the activities, both with NEWS and Kanjani8

and then december 2005...another member, kusano, was banned too, with the same reason, underage drinking (but some people said that they actually had no proof of this)
with two members suspended...NEWS were informed that they would be banned for unknown period of time...they couldn't perform as NEWS, but they could perform as personal...
and the ban was started after Sayaendou was released, and after they completed their tour...(around march or april 2006 i guess)
the members were feeling really stressful at that time...
if any of you watch Yamapi in Shounen Club Premium, then you would feel the dark feelings they had, and the courage they had after reunited once again...
so in the ban period, yamapi debuted his DAITE SENORITA's single, ryochan in kanjani 8, koyama with his MC-ing, and tegoshi & massu release their own single as TEGOMASS...and all of them also acted in many doramas...

yes finally...in Johnny's Countdown 2006, just one day before the countdown, the association announced that NEWS would reunited once again, started in the countdown...
at the countdown, many senpais (or seniors) cheered at their return...
and finally NEWS was back...with 6 members...
and with that dark experience they had really united...they have really strong bond...
many people said that NEWS have the strongest member ai....
and we can feel that too...

that's the dark story of them...

Oh thats the sad story, i cried soo much during that time, actually when it happened to uchi first i didnt cry, but when it happened to Kusano, i kinda expected something will happen to NEWS and then the next day bang, NEWS will be put into haitus for a year T_T NEWS taken responsibility of something they didnt do i cried and cried everyday T_T and i was so jealous of many fans who had their favorite groups active like all together there but mine all them were doing individual activties, they werent allowed to be together their PVs werent shown on TV, in the magazine you wont even see the name of NEWS, they remove all the NEWS stuffs in Johnnys for a year, can you imagine that its like they never existed T_T sometimes Koyama, Massu, Yamapi and Shige would write about NEWS but cant say it directly, they get emo Koyama did and Massu wrote something about NEWS on their last tour, they saying "guys wait for us ne?" actually it was a big risk for them to do that, they could be gone for a year and fans would forget them but when they reunited on the countdown everyone cheered for them even the fans in the countdown after their performance Koyama and Massu bawled like a baby, Fans saw them crying in the backstage and some of fans cried too. when they came back for their concert tour they were soo many people balloted for their concert that it was the hardest to get a ticket, and then their dome concert came on that same year, same thing over 300,000 people balloted for their concert they made two dome concerts and added more venues just to fill all those people, see the love <333

Shiget, I'm sorry to say this. But after watching Hokaben and Papa to Musume no Nanokan, I believe I'm falling for Shige hard. XD Not to mention the act that he studies law in a prestigious university and his dual persona (cool onstage, dorky in real life) is starting to really get into me. Sorry. XD

Anyway, yup, I think out of many JE groups, each and everyone has their own stories, but NEWS had to undergo such tension when they were still a young group. But I guess it was also crucial about the bond the current members have. Surely, they treat each other professionally, but somehow, you could see that they cherish each other more currently than they did before (which reminds me of Koyama's story of them hiding in the corners of the dressing room to let Yamapi and Ryo use it. haha.) Tegoshi himself apparently had a very hard time from what he said, but to think of it, he must have felt very stressed to even allow the thought of resignation cross his mind. No one would back out from their dream unless something hard hits you, so I guess that's a good guide on how awful the group's relationship was in the past. Didn't he also mention that during their debut, they would fake the talk parts of their shows? Anyway, I get the feeling the the one who provokes member ai is Koyama, since he obviously cares for everyone in that group, and it seems that all of the members have this kind of great trust in him. Aside from Shige, he's the only member I could think of who could talk directly (without formality) to everyone. I love how he doesn't call Ryo "Nishikido-kun" like the others. Now, they would even go out to movies together (Shige, Koyama and Yamapi with the latter treating them to watch Kurosagi undercover) or drink out. But is it only me, I've never heard Tegomass going with Ryo/Yamapi. It's always Ryo/Yamapi hanging out with Shigeyama or Tegomass hanging out with Shigeyama. But their relationship as a group vastly improved.

Kusano, Uchi (and Moriuchi) were big losses. Kusano, being a great dancer and a noted singer, Uchi and his beauty and Moriuchi and his awesome voice. But not much for the latter since he was only with them for one single. But I could guess how better NEWS songs would be if he were still here. But perhaps...NEWS was really destined to be six ne?

Why are you saying sorry for LMAO you know im happy when more and more fans like him because you know in Japan he has least fans in NEWS, thats why he kept saying even if he had one fan he will still do his best for that one fan, humble effect but outside Japan he has one of the most fans in NEWS ^^

but really thats because Shige isnt hard to love, i have friends who were yamapi, ryo fans now turned Shige fans LOL (but i dunno if that was under my influence )

yeah, i said before if there was something good that brought that incident to us was making NEWS closer and more initmate than before even yamapi admitted that after that he started to care more for the members <3

btw Yamapi mentioned in NEWSmile that he and Koyama had been composing a song, its possible that this will be upcoming duet we will hear for the tour this year XDD i wonder who among the four will be pairing up XDD I HOPE NISHIKATO (ShigeXRyo) will be pairing up for the duet (cross fingers) since you know the have the same taste in Music and Ryo did mentioned in one of his interview that he wants to do a duet with Shige for one their tours XDDD

Oh thats the sad story, i cried soo much during that time, actually when it happened to uchi first i didnt cry, but when it happened to Kusano, i kinda expected something will happen to NEWS and then the next day bang, NEWS will be put into haitus for a year T_T NEWS taken responsibility of something they didnt do i cried and cried everyday T_T and i was so jealous of many fans who had their favorite groups active like all together there but mine all them were doing individual activties, they werent allowed to be together their PVs werent shown on TV, in the magazine you wont even see the name of NEWS, they remove all the NEWS stuffs in Johnnys for a year, can you imagine that its like they never existed T_T sometimes Koyama, Massu, Yamapi and Shige would write about NEWS but cant say it directly, they get emo Koyama did and Massu wrote something about NEWS on their last tour, they saying "guys wait for us ne?" actually it was a big risk for them to do that, they could be gone for a year and fans would forget them but when they reunited on the countdown everyone cheered for them even the fans in the countdown after their performance Koyama and Massu bawled like a baby, Fans saw them crying in the backstage and some of fans cried too. when they came back for their concert tour they were soo many people balloted for their concert that it was the hardest to get a ticket, and then their dome concert came on that same year, same thing over 300,000 people balloted for their concert they made two dome concerts and added more venues just to fill all those people, see the love <333

somehow i feel relieve that i started to love NEWS after their hiatus period...if i weren't, i couldn't imagine how desperate my life would have been...

Kusano, Uchi (and Moriuchi) were big losses. Kusano, being a great dancer and a noted singer, Uchi and his beauty and Moriuchi and his awesome voice. But not much for the latter since he was only with them for one single. But I could guess how better NEWS songs would be if he were still here. But perhaps...NEWS was really destined to be six ne?

yes, in NEWS, only yamapi and koyama who call ryo as ryochan...the rest call him as nishikido-kun...even until now...
i agree...kusano is a great dancer and has a very good voice too
uchi's voice is good too

Oh no they they didnt show that on TV, they just say that on the MC and jwebs ^^;; and some fanreports but after their performance you can see koyama and massu's eyes swollen.

but theres other videos that you can see massu cry, he cried on their first tokyo dome concert, i was trying find it on youtube and they dont have that particular video LOL but yeah on DREAMS PV both Massu and Koyama cried <333



what they have been through was really painful, like among all the johnnys groups, i mean SMAP and eito did painful times when goro and uchi was suspended, but having 2 members suspended and taking you guys out as a group for a year is really painful T_T

they werent allowed, when koyama tells about them he would just say oh i met Shige, oh met Massu. i remember Koyama saying he wants this something to happen so bad, i know it will happen soon, and he was reffering to NEWS reunion but he cant say it directly.

i have known them since last year- thanks to my Auntie whose

I hope Tegoshi goes here for ItteQ or Johnny finally gets the guts to give NEWS a decent-budgeted location summer MV to be shot here. Oh, and people would totally love Yamapi dramas, I guess. I like KPOP too...but as of now, I've been focusing on NEWS with HSJ & KAT-TUN on the side, though I have a weird favoritism for the Juniors like Yamsh.ita Shoon and Hasshi. anyways the boys performed on CDTV 15 Anniversary tonight, they were the first to perform they sang three songs:
weeeek, Taiyou no namida and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, they sang the whole song for HAPPY BIRTHDAY btw ^^ everyone looked good tonight their wardrobe was really nice, 4 of them were wearing grey/dark grey vests and then white polos. both Koyama dn Shige were wearing long sweat jackets, even their hair match btw ^^

the dance for HAPPY BIRTHDAY was really really cute <3 NEWS kept sending hearts they even send hearts by couple XDDD

anyways i only saw the LQ for now when they post the HQ il put the link here ^^
