4) Describe your problem with as much detail. Do not say things like, MY COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING. Well, how is it not working? Does it turn on and turn automatically off? Does it say something? THIS ALSO INCLUDES ADDING YOUR COMPUTER SPECS. PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT KIND OF COMPUTER/GADGET YOU HAVE
