I'm listening to "Never Let You Go" while watching a little bit of the MV while doing my assignment &
I just realized that the phone he uses in the beginning is very similar to the Samsung Juke in the U.S.
When I saw the back of it, I was excited 'cause it's so similar to my Juke, hah.
Unless it is the same thing, but just looks a little bit different in Taiwan. O.o

Anyone know when the MV was made?

Oh, and who's the random guy that pops out in the first chorus "My Kingdom" video?

the guy w/him is nicky lee, a friend and a singer too , sings w/ grp" machi "and at times goes solo.

Ken Chu & VanNess Wu are invited to join the cast of Comic Ritz new drama "ÌÒ»¨Ð¡ÃÃ" (Tao Hua Xiao Mei).
About his marriage to Kelly Lin, Ken Chu emphasized that he is still single and will not have a child before marriage.

VanNess Wu to guest star in "ÌÒ»¨Ð¡ÃÃ" (Tao Hua Xiao Mei)
Idol drama "ÌÒ»¨ÛŸo”³" - a collaboration between Comic Ritz and GTV suddenly stopped filming in June last year. The main leads Yan Ya Lun and Gui Gui was rumoured to be not on good terms, leading to it's stop and caused the crew a loss of NT2 million. After 1 year, Comic decided to replace it with a new drama, which is a adaptation of Japanese comic "ÌÒ»¨Ð¡ÃÃ" starring Wang Dong Cheng & Wang Xin Ling. co-starring F2 Ken Chu & VanNess Wu.

These few years, Ken has been acting in China dramas, "ÌÒ»¨Ð¡ÃÃ" is his latest drama, acting as Wang Xin Ling's brother, stopping his sister for falling in love with Wang Dong Cheng.

VanNess arrived at the building sitting in the passenger seat of a van a little before 12 o'clock.
he had wet hair and let it down, maybe after training in the gym?
he wore white & black striped t-shirt,black denim and white sneakers.

13:30, we lined up in numerical order at the entrance of a building, and disinfected our hands.
then after we had gargled in the rest room we entered the hall.
there were about 50 chairs. the stage was about 3m square, and it's only 2m away from the chair of the front row.
there were media in the edge. tv camera was in the center. "C-POP" and "Hua Liu(華流) Fantame" (TV program) was there too.

about 5 mins later from the start time, a female came out and on the stage.
maybe she was the same person wiz Ameba studio's translater.
he wore same cloth when he had come, however put his hair up.

then MC introduce "only", soon he sang it. during singin the song, his line of vision sometimes went to the monitor screen on side. (especially at japanese lyrics)
after his song, he had some simple questions.
here's his answers.

"Japanese was a little bit hard, but stuff taught me wiz great patience."
"i luv Japanese foods. ate FRESHNESS BURGER" (VanNess....FRESHNESS BURGER is NOT Japanese food... in my(yue's) opinion...)
"the ranking at the sale first day came in 9th place. surprise! i'm glad of it!."
"my frends prised it"
"Jimmy who's a director of my mv said that it's because the mv Jimmy supervised was nice."
"wanna come to japan many times in the future."
"wanna held a concert again in japan."

etc, etc...

then handshake session started.
before shake hands wiz him, we had to disinfect our hands again.

VanNess shook hands by both hands, listened what fans said to him warmly and answered it.

it ended 14 o'clock.

ok, now my turn.

1st and 2nd program was almost same content.

but at the 2nd time, during he and MC was talking, someone asked him loudly.
"pls sing "Hello super star"." "a little." "pls."
embarrassed expression him. like "what can i do?! can i sing the song now?"

The staff started obstructing his singing.
but backroom put the music on! oh, yes~~~.

surely VanNess started singing and dancing.
juz only a little of the song, but so excited.
yeah, VanNess is so cool~~~.

staff hurried the fans, but VanNess was listeing and talking to fans very kindly.

Hi,

Back at last from seeing Vannesss at the grand opening ceremony.

For those of us who went there today, it is very worth it man. ;D ;D
After the first part of the opening ceremony, Vanness walked over to a nearby hotel for media interview.

And the interview is conducted in a cafe with glass doors and walls, so we all can see very clearly what was going on inside. And the interview was at least about an hour , I think........

And he authograph everything that the fans gave him to sign in the hotel during interview breaks. (including the onlyf4's fans etc....)........Ahh!!! I want to knock myself against the wall cos I did not bring anything for him to sign on........ :'( :'(

2R especially invited F4's VanNess for the shop grand opening.

He was here early in the year for movie promotions, it has been 6 months and VanNess still has loyal local fans. Although he only appeared for a few minutes, hundreds of fans crowded around to see him, including 30 year old lady who flew from Japan.

Vanness Wu too tired to smile

American-born Taiwanese star Vanness Wu is getting serious, and fans will have to deal with it.

The 30 year-old, who shot to fame as one of the members of F4, addresses fan criticism that on his last trip to Singapore in March, he had"a grumpy face the whole trip".

The singer, in town last Friday to grace the opening of lingerie shop Rondavous at Far East Plaza, explains: "I was tired. Fans have to realise i'm not a kid anymore and can't smile all the time"

Given his busy schedule, it is no wonder the bachelor is claiming fatique. Besides a thriving film career, the singer released his first Japanese-language single, Only, last month.

He says"I've been a fan of Japanese culture since I was young and it has been a big influence in my life. I always thought it would be cool to perform in Japan"

While he is not fluent in the language, he had grown up listening to Japanese songs, and that helped him pick up the intonations. Currently he is working on more songs for his Japanese album.

He is also hard at work on a new Chinese album to be released in September.

The singer, who is a devout Christian, also finds time in his schedule for spiritual pursuits. He was in town for a Christian conference and stayed with Singaporean friends Race Wong, 26, and Rosanne Wong, 29, of Cantopop music duo 2R.

In return for his sisters' hospitality, he officiated at the opening of Rondavous Lingerie Boutique, a new project by 2R and their younger sister, Rhonda.

THERE were leggy, chiselled European models strutting around in provocative lingerie to thumping house beats.

There was a crowd of gawking guests and a frenzy of cameras snapping away.

And there was one nonchalant gent in the middle of it all, looking positively bored.

That was the scene at the official launch of sensual lifestyle boutique Rondavous at Far East Plaza on Friday evening.

Temperatures rose as invited guests took in the live display of shimmering corsets, net stockings, see-through 'evening suits' and body jewellery.

But not for the oh-so-cool guy with sunglasses and a ponytail.

It was singer-actor and heartthrob of Taiwanese boyband F4, Van Ness Wu.

Special guest

The 30-year-old was there as a special guest alongside Singapore-born Cantopop duo 2R (sisters Rosanne and Race Wong).

Later, in a chat with the media, he clarified that his disposition amidst the hub of screaming sensuality wasn't one of boredom, but 'indifference'.

'The fashion show just wasn't something to interest me deeply,' he admitted.

Oh yes, Van Ness, we know you've given up your playboy ways (he told The New Paper about this in February, when he was in town to promote his action movie Kung Fu Chefs).

Swanky car

Earlier, Van Ness and 2R had arrived in a swanky lime green Lamborghini, much to the excitement of some 100 diehard fans lining the sides of the road.

For Rosanne, Rondavous is a baby she holds close to her heart.

The 29-year-old singer-actress wasn't just present to cut ribbons. She is co-owner of the boutique with her sister, Ms Rhonda Wong, 24, and an Indonesian partner.

'I'm totally hands-on when it comes to Rondavous,' said Rosanne, a tinge of pride in her voice.

'From zero to everything you see now, from the choosing of attire for our mannequins, to the choosing of textiles and designing, it's been a great experience so far.'

And while fellow celebrity sister Race, 26, wasn't officially part of the team, she was delighted to bask in the glory, personally endorsing the comforts of Rondavous' quality lingerie.

'Every lady should enjoy wearing fancy lingerie. I do, and it makes you feel really self-confident,' said Race.

'Anyone can be sexy, any time of the day.'

Champagne flowed freely throughout the evening as local deejay Kane Ian worked the decks and set everyone into happy hour mode.

With drinks and a visually enticing feast of barely-dressed models, Van Ness' dour demeanour was soon forgotten. It was certainly a good way to end one's working week.
