hey what do u guys think of their new songs?

i listened to it last night and i dont think it's that great
i expected more from her

but when i hear it, it doesnt sound like her at all
am i the only one who thinks so?

........ i dont like jessica's song at all. i have no idea why but everytime the chorus comes out, i think about barbie.... O__O I feel like i'm listening to a disney song or something, but whatever.

Ashlee does sound different, but u can tell its her... She's even sounding like Jessica now. Her song is better than jessica's but its not very catchy. The lyrics are stupid imo.

Jessica's new song sucks! I feel like I'm a barbie with I heard her song. As for ashlee's, well her songs better than jessica's. Maybe her new nose affected her singing that's why it doesnt sound like her lol

I like Jessica, but she seriously has no talent when it comes to singing.

Ashlee isn't much better than Jessica but at least her songs are catchy and somewhat likeable.

I think Ashlee will have more success musically than Jessica ever will.

Their both EHHH. Jessica's is just sad. Ashlee's is a little better, but not by much.

I think Jessica has a voice for singing, but... she still does not know how to use it. Whenever I hear her singing, she sounds like she's trying too hard/yelling/too dramatic, etc. Just not good for the ears.

Not too sure about Ashlee. I view her as more of the "entertaining" type, and not really a singer.

Edit: just listened to their songs. I didn't like Jessica's song, Ashlee's was okay. Both of songs I would probably just turn the radio, but I LOVED Nick Lachey's song, "What's Left of Me". I had that on repeat for days.

Seriously! That's what I immediately thought when I heard the beginning of the song. Then the whole song just dies out and can't even compare to Madge's great 80s beat.

the simpson sisters are...yeah.
I tried to give their music a chance because everyone needs a fair chance and I like a variety of music.
I even thought Jessica's debut album was ok.
But wow, the little talent she did have has deteriorated.
as for ashlee, she tries so hard to not be like her sister that she's becoming more like her.
And her songs suck except for maybe 'pieces of me' which was alright.
But, everyone has their own preferences.
and I'm probably just crazy.

i don't like both of their music i mean this in the nicest way. jessica started out with a decent voice but i don't know what happened. sounds like she got something stuck in her throat when she sings. i use to think her voice was decent when she debuted. is it just me or did her voice changed over time?

I used to like Jessica Simpson a lot...but I have to agree her new Public Affairs song did not impress me at all. And her voice is becoming annoying...every since she sang These Boots are Made for Walking, it's all way too breathy.

I actually like Ashlee Simpson's new Invisible song. She sounds different because she's trying to soften her voice up a little (usually she yells a lot and makes her voice scratchy). But yeah, I think it's a nice change

i like both of their songsss ... a public affiar is relaly catchh and teh video was sorta weird but at least it has 4 pretty women in it.

i'm not a fan of this both sisters... Ashlee looks like all rock female singers... and pop music is always the same....

I heard Jessica's song for the first time today and I thought she was Paris Hilton. Jessica's always had a great voice she's just wasting it. As for Ashlee...she's improved but there are way better singers than her out there.
