Yeah, I'm on a diet. It sucks, but I like the feeling of feeling lightweight without having a chunk of food in my stomach for some reason. Yoga helps me sleep more deeply too. 
BUT I'm having a hell of a hard time sacrificing all of the foods I want to eat and that I usually eat on a regular basis!!! I have to sacrifice these goodies for a MONTH:
Dunkin' Donuts [MY GLAZED DONUTS! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO]
Soda
Drinks of any kind [Goodbye Gatorade and Fuze]
Cookies [Tates's Bake Shop!]
Cakes [my cheeeeeeesecake]
Ice Cream
French fries
Chocolate
I'm going to be rail thin~!

i'm not on much of a diet, but i'm trying to gradually get rid of certain foods from my life
i've given up soda for a couple years and only drank it a few times.
right now, i'm trying to give up fast food with the exception of subway.
and chips..i don't think i need to eat those
i can't give up bakery stuff (cake,muffins,donuts,etc.) though! that's impossible

hmm.. i eat soda and chips like once in a while for about.. 3 years? but tha'ts just a habit..
but when i was on a diet.. i gave up chocolate, french fries, ramyun, candy, and ice cream xDD

im not really on a diet... im just watching what i eat? hahaha that's like the same thing! neways...
i stay away from any type of junk food.... the one thing that's so beautiful that i have to scarifice.... enriched white bread... hehe oh well.. the wheat stuff is okay too.

I use to be on a low to no carb diet and stay away from anything really fatty.
Did well and stopped once summer came and gained 5 pounds.
Now I'm just watching what i eat.

I'm not really sacrificing anything, just limiting how much I eat and how much exercise I do.
I don't care about what I eat; it's mainly how I work it off.
But I suppose girls diet by not eating while guys diet by working out more?

I'm not on a diet, but I'm watching what I eat. ^^
During the past few years, I've gave up:
-French Fries
-Soda
-Chips
-Ice Cream
-Candy
-Ramen
-Fast food
-Mostly anything that's fried, oily, and really sweet
It was kind of difficult, but I guess it was worth it. >_<

once school starts back up.... i know i am going to snack alot because of stress...
so thats when i will give up.
- icecream
- chips (i'll eat the baked kinds though)
- fast food (burgers, fries, etc)
- candy
- fatty foods...
good thing i dont like soda or else thatd be hard to give up.

nah, i cut off fatty foods and work out. but im not trying to gain muscle.

i lost about 12 lbs so far..
i didnt even THINK about touching:
-soda
-ramen
-anything fried really..
-most candy
-fast food
but is till eat ice cream and most snacks (chips in moderation, asian snacks

)

I'm not on a diet anymore but when I was, it was really hard for me to give up some food because my mom owns a deli. She would always bring home things like fried chickens, french fries, cheese chicken fillets, and donuts. Giving them up was so hard since those kinds of food always filled my house. But anyways, some of other food that I gave up are:
- Ramen
- Ice cream
- Cheese
- Pizza
- Pie/cake
- Chocolate
- Anything that gets dunked in grease
- Soda (I used to live on Mountain Dew)
- White bread
- Anything loaded with sugar

I gave up fast food for the exception of wendy's salads and subway (sandwich places.) Ice cream I still eat but its only the fruit healthy kind...hmm what else...I still eat chips once in a while, and when I do I binge so I try to keep away from that. I'm becoming a health freak o.o but it's for a good cause ^__^ OH also soda, I only drink Sprite and only when I go out (water tastes funny whenever I go drink it at a restaurant)

but when YOU are...you have to give up sweets and soda's... and dun eat past 8 your body will work overtym digesting fud...

I am trying to diet. I want to cut out...
* soda
* chips/junk food
* donuts
* cheese breads (bakery foods need to cut down..)
* fatty/oily stuff in general
* impulse foods and binging
i have a high metabolism so i am not too concerned but i really want to cut down the soda.

Hm..
- Bread, Toast, Pastrries, Cookies..basically most yeast related carbs.
- Most dairy products aside from Yogurt. (cheese, milk, ice cream, etc)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard) although I cheat this one like crazy.
- All candy and sugars.
- Alcohol (..yeah, what a great time to turn legal age.)
Rough. Strictly for health reasons though.

I cut out bread, usually eliminate most dairy and up my intake of calcium by eating stuff like swiss chard, and the junkfood definitely leaves. Water and some fresh juice is the replacement for soda drinks. ^.^

I'm not really on a diet more like a lifestyle food change.
I gave up:
-white rice and white bread
-chips, nachos, cheetos, all that kinda junk food
-soda (and if i must i only drink diet soda)
-sugar (I use splenda)
-candy
-red meat
-arificially flavored fruit drinks
OK well I've never really ate those foods a lot to begin with so it wasn't hard to give up on. although sometimes I do eat beef =X

My condition is, if I eat any of that, I work out for an hour...

i dont drink soda, fries, or cake either way. i've been eating whole wheat bread for some time now.
i guess i'm not really on a diet.. but i'm trying to eat healthier.
