I think this is the best sitcom after 'Friends'. When i first watch this, i thought i'd give it a shot, but i got hooked and now crazy about this sitcom. Ted is one sweet yet confused guy, who's searching for 'the one' (desperately), her relationship with Robin, is one similar to Ross and Rachel's, so...irritating >.< but anyway, on the first episode, future Ted told his kids "...that's how i met your aunt Robin".
So, Robin, no matter how perfect she is for Ted, is not the one, and the mysteries continues when we're are clueless on what doest Barney do for a living. Barney, is my favourite character after Ted (oh well, I also like Marshall's character, such a sweet big guy). Barney is one crazy guy who speaks in his own language and try to make it popular. If anyone remembers Doogie Howser MD, you'' know neil patrick harris, his character as Barney is really interesting

ya, i like this show too, its drags on tho if you think about it.

yes, there'll be second season. this sitcom has quite a good rating. I love how Barney come up with his own terms..."Haaaave you met Ted?" or "SUIT UP!"

It just started airing locally in our country and I never expected that it will be funny and that I will like it.

I like how the show evolves on the story "will they/ or won't they" 'coz there was a surprising twist in ep 1 of Season 1 hehe..

I love Lily (Allison Hannigan) when she had the eye patch and Marshall was talking to her, sitting beside her in the couch and she act surprised that he was talking to her and said "Stupid eye patch!" haha! this scene really cracked me up!

the last few episodes where they brought back some doogie howser things like how NPH/barney did his computer thing and they had the robot in robin's music video in the last ep.

it's a pretty good show.
Barney is definitely the guy to quote for this show. He comes up with such classic lines .. by far, the most entertaining character on the show.

I just recently got hooked after borrowing the first two seasons DVD set from my friend. Definitely endearing and hilarious. Barney... has the best lines ever.

I just started watching this show..i watched seasons 1-3 in a span of 2 weeks haha...my brother and I were just saying..Friends is the 20-something year old life you wish you'd had and How I Met Your Mother is probably closer to the 20+ year old life you do have or will have

gotta love Barney's many catchphrases..SUIT UP!

The show and the characters have really grown on me..they're so endearing and hilarious..it's made me an optimist in L&R after over a year of resentment and negativity. I think the only character I've disliked is Victoria because she just talks too much about nothing and she was a huge eye sore lol.

Just finished watching the Burger episode of Season 4..I'm not a burger girl but I'm really craving a burger right now lol.

The first episode I saw was the one with Britney Spears and you know, I saw nothing but her. Then I started episode 1 of season 1 and thought it was awful, but thank goodness for boredom because I can't stop watching it now! It's cheesy and predictable but at least it's LOL funny. I loooove Barney!

i started watching this show, cause I saw on E! News that Kim(KwtK) & Kendra (GND) were going to be on the show. Well, it wasn't that nights episode but I LOVE this show!! I like how they were insulting each other's flaws and the whole apples oranges etc was a memorable episode. the glass shattering after they realize it was so funny!!! i love the naked man episode.

I LOVE this show! I saw the first two episodes of season one on my friend's ipod on a roadtrip and I was hooked immediately! When I got back I immediately watched the rest of the seasons. The cast has a LOT of chemistry together.. they've done an amazing job! Ted is such a super cute, hopeless romantic! Barney is definitely my favourite character.. he's just freaking AWESOME! Waaaadupp? =). Poor Barney in the last episode though, with the whole Robin and Ted sex thing

i feel so bad for Barney... i wish Robin would take him seriously sometimes... but now that Ted knows about Barney being in love with Robin. I wonder if he's going to do something about it...

Ep 13 was way too sweet! I love all the little things Marshall and Lily do for each other. They have the cutest relationship ever. And another Barney and Ted mishap, with more girls =_=

Ep. 14 was a bit disappointing, I thought more would happen.. but oh well. As long as Robin gets to stay in the States! And hopefully, Barney will get his feelings out.. can't wait for that to happen!

ANNDD of course, we still need to find out who the mother of ted's children is. =_=

I love this show!! I watch it religiously! I love Neil Patrick Harris' character! Barney Stinson is such a scumbag, but the show wouldn't be great without him. My favorite episode is the one where Lily eats really loud and everyone finally realizes something that the other one does after someone points it out. When I saw the episode I was laughing so much I almost choked on my food. I also like that fact that the show gives us so many new vocabulary to use like ... Tramp stamp - LOL!!
