It's around $60 USD for singles and album for some reason their so over priced. The tours are around $80

ohh i guess it's like one way for your local music industry to limit local people from buying imported artists' cds and focus more as in support more of local artists? yeah that's one way for them to do so.. and also, some countries will have to pay taxes by importing cds.. shipping costs plus those profits they wanted to make from those cds and it's all add up to the final cost, which is crazy. i wouldn't buy that single in that store if i were you.

just stick to online for international buyers whose countries do not produce w-inds. local versions of cds and dvds.

its just that the place where i'm living right now has really limited stuffs that i can get about Japan stars.

and relaxing my leg on the wall, and like jumping 100 times a day.. if possible maybe another few sets if i'm bored at home or something. hahaas..
if i'm not continuing my studies next year, probably will give myself half a year to really try my best to shed off at least 5kg..
otherwise its really hard when you have school.. especially the sun is scorching hot whenever i reach home..
and my mind is always 'shall jog after 7pm' which i don't. hahas..

i have just done a few sets of 10 pound dumbells today and.. my arms and chest area are aching. hahah! but once the ache is over in few days.. my workout routine is able to resume as normal.. knee kinda hurts today.. will take it slow. sigh.

hmmm.. of course i do hope there will be an album this year but then.. fat chance anyhow. haha! jjudging from their patterns in all these years. well i know they have this pattern of releasing a 3 singles for an album but then.. those past singles weren't double A-side single.. hence it's just like 3 single's songs to make one album.. but now they have 4 songs already from that 2 A-side singles.

so, if insisted with that 3 singles pattern.. i predicted them to have a new single.. perhaps before this year ended (the earliest).. or to have a new single early next year or so.. then they will have an album. and if they really are going to have that 3 singles pattern before an album.. wouldn't their upcoming album, half of the songs list are taken up by that 3 singles itself? 6 songs altogether, hehe!

oh well, those are just my predictions.. though us fans hope there will be an album... but.. i think it's a fat chance. hehe! no worries.. no matter they are going to release album this year or next year, i am going to buy it anyway. so, it's just a matter of time.

as for works vol and all.. yup! it affects most of the fans as we all love to see those things. haha!

when i was younger.. i was doing many outrageous thingy to be slim too but until i reached that point to believe... healthy foods + good eating habits + exercise = best yet reliable solution. hahah! i don't want just a slim body.. i want a healthy body.. being slim not necessarily healthy.. and i definitely want to lose weight in a healthier way. oh jumping eh.. try to run up stair cases.. if you live in apartment-like houses where you live high floor, run up the stair cases everyday.. good workout to pump your heart hard. strengthen knees muscle too. hehe! jumping.. if only you jumped it the correct way or you have strong knee.. otherwise it can be damaging to knees.. my knee started to pain lately.. i guess i need to do some softer exercise for now. should take more calcium intake. or u can do some home aerobics? but honestly, when comes to exercise, i will be very very lazy!! but i will try my very best to be very determine to stick at it. lol.

yesterday while i was doing exercise my right knee was kinda painful but today, the pain is gone.. gotta do more exercise to strengthen al the muscle groups all over my body. lol

cus even when i walk slightly faster, my bone hurts.. its like there's bumps on my bones..

you just have to do it step by step..
cus you have to build up your muscles.. and not doing it all at once

step by step or not.. once you started to exercise after a long pause from exercising, your body will ache but after a few days, the pain will go off and you are good to go.. unless you are working on different muscle groups the next day which you didn't work at it earlier.. hence there will be pain on that area. haha! the more and longer u work at it, your body will started to adapt.. i am referring to muscles, not bone.

yeah.. i think that's the problem when we posted something up eh. like smetimes when i have uploaded something of w-inds. like when their cocnert dvd releases, i will usually upload just 1 perf in forum for others to dl.. usually i will choose the best perf or perf that i like in that entire dvd so that when fans saw that, they will be very keen to buy it.. most fans do.. anyway, yeah.. some fans like vietnamese or chinese fans or thai.. whoever.. took that clip and uploaded in their own forums as if it's extracted from their dvds and all.. but anyway, i don't really bother much. some vids i made to promote w-inds. dvds and all.. i uploaded it on yt.. fans just took it and put it on their blog and website.. attracted many viewers to their blog and all and they didn't even mention this vid is taken from where and from whom.. they just wrote something like "this is w-inds. promo clip for their concert dvd" then all the comments, they gave credit to that person instead.. sigh.. i asked myself to forget abt it.. as long as others w-inds. fans have the chance to watch it and all.

as for your avatar and all.. i do understand all that.. since u took so much time to do it.. and ppl just took it and use it elsewhere. but i remember a fan told me before that she doesn't really bother of all this permission thingy because when she saw others are using her stuffs, she feels happy.. means you did a great job! if it's not good, i think they wouldn't wanna take it either right? hehe!

i remember few years back.. there was once where thai fans were very angry with some or shall i said just one or two fans from singapore and malaysia.. it's about all this whole deal of permission thingy as well. sigh.. and that happened one of the fans is someone i knew.. i mean someone i chatted with and all... and w-inds. at thai forum has banned all malaysia fans and singapore fans so as to speak to enter their forum... well, i can't judge and don't want to judge them or whatsoever... cus they are those who took permission seriously and all... so, i respected that but just t bar everyone from those 2 countries to go to their forum is a bit too much.

so, from then on.. whenever that fan asked me of those links i uploaded to put it on the forum she went, i will just give it to her but whenever thai fans asked her can they put it up on their forum, she will say no. hahah!

i was like.. ohh btw, it was due to when w-inds. was at vietnam that moment.. those live clips.

so, it has shown live on tv in vietnam and thailand i think.. so, that's why fans were able to record it and post it up.

anyway, the whole permission thing is kinda controversial as well.

those thai fans, when they recorded it off the tv, first of all, they didn't have permission from the tv station or whatsoever as well anyway and i am pretty sure recorded it off tv and post it up on internet or youtube are against the law or copyrights or permission thingy so as to speak.

so, it's like.. those clips are not belong to them at the first place, since they took it elsewhere.. why were they make a big fuss all over it later? i know.. it's they who recorded it and all.. but isn't their motto or intention to share that clip with everyone? so, when one fan took it and shared it with their own community, i dn't see the problem of it. and moreover, you know.. my friend.. sigh.. i don't want to keep saying that fan that fan.. hence i just put it as my friend because she is someone i chatted with.. easier to differentiate who is who. haha! ok.. so, my friend did actually ask permission. it's like she saw that clip being uploaded.. hence she was too excited and transferred it to her own community.. then after a while, she realized she hasn't ask permission.. hence she went back there and send a msg to that uploader and asked for permission and that uploader said yes. after a while, her own community removed that clip saying permission issue.. then she clarified saying that she forgotten but she has asked for permission already and etc after that and the uploader said yes. i mean if the uploader said no, she would have to take that down from then on.. but since that uploader said yes.. so, she just go ahead and leave it there.. i mean if she is 100% has the intention to "steal" that clip, she wouldn't bother to go back and ask for her permission anyway right? then, what she got reply from her community is, the uploader's friend said that when you uploaded the clip, you didn't ask permission.. you asked her permission after a while or so after uploading. *sigh*

and for those who uploaed the entire DVD clips or the whole album online.. but they said. please don't upload it elsewhere without permission or whatsoever... well, the person who uploaded it has gone against the law or the whole "permission" thing at the first place that even though she bought the cd or dvd.. still that doesn't give her the rights to upload it online to share it with others.. but when she broke the law at the first place.. what on earth made her think that there won't be others to break her own law?

so, if those fans want to go on with all these "permission" issue.. they are the first one who has break the law at the first place.. so, i really don't understand why are they making a big deal out of it later. unless if that clip belongs to them from A-Z.. like those youtube guru's vid.. they have all the copyrights and all.. if someone took it and upload it elsewhere.. then that's wrong.. then they have the right to say "you took my clip without permission and upload it elsewhere." that's the time when they can say "you stole my clip". i still remember when i have uploaded shrek 3, the japanese version on youtube and the clips are on private, yet shrek's company was able to make report on those vids and got youtube to remove it. and there was this notice saying "remember, even if you have purchased the original dvd doesn't give you the permission/ rights to upload the vid" so, these notice actually applies to those fans who uploaded albums, dvds, performances, scans from mags and all too you know.

some fans said.. but i went there live to record it.. so what?! it's still copyrighted and they are not allow to record any vids live anyway. it's still with no permission as well.

but anyway, i know what's the deal with all these.. fans took efforts out to extract vids, cut it, upload it and all... they record it and share it and etc... with all those hard works, they wanted to be appreciated and etc.. i do know it because i do upload stuffs to share as well.. like tv programs, MJ, CDTV perf and all... and 1 perf from the dvd or short vids for sample on youtube... i wish fans will comment or rate and etc.. so that i will feel motivated to share more and etc... but then, i do also understand that not everyone will stick with the rule and all.. hence i really won't cause a big fuss over the whole thing of it.. if they appreciate my work, they will leave msg.. if those taken without saying anything... well, they are the non-appreciative fans? or just simply lazy to say anything. haha!

the picture showed is the lateral side view.. hence fibula looks like at the front but actually fibula is the calf bone; hence it's at the back. ehehe! the front bone is call tibia. hehe! but did you go and see the doctor to ask why was it hurts and all? if it's due to the weight.. i guess usually it's the knee that is affected. did you injure yourself before or anything? or when you are doing your exercise like jumping and all.. did you wear proper exercise shoes like runners and all? cus there was one time, i was doing aerobic at home without wearing any shoes... i did like for one week and my bone hurts as well.. around the upper part of the fibula bone.. then i do not know what's wrong with it... then i read an article abt doing exercise should have a proper shoes even though if it's at home.. so, i have to wait for 1 month or so for the injury to heal completely.. then from then on, i started to wear exercise shoes at home whenever doing exercise.. to protect our legs from getting injury.

i went to 100 yen shop yesterday and bought a few stuffs for cooking or making bento. haha!

i'm sort of like banned from the doctors until i am really sick like vomit non stop and stuffs like that..
all these kind of things my parents dun allow me to check..
they are kind of like wanna save money and listen to radio for information on all these.. hmmm..


its only the tibia that hurts.. nothing else hurts during running.
i don't think its the weight problem.. cus one of my friend who is the size like double of me doesn't have this problem..
maybe its because i don't drink enough milk or stuffs that strengthen the bones..

yup! that's why i said shouldn't be weight problem because usually if it's weight problem, it affects the knee more.. but like i said earlier, did you exercise wearing proper shoes?

well, you are still young.. you are still in HS or uni right? are u in your 20s or haven't reached 20s? anyway, at this age, we wouldn't deprived from calcium unless you are pregnant right now. lol

but yeah because we haven't reached the peak that our body has stopped producing calcium. moreover, it's not necessarily drinking milk to get calcium but many foods that we eat nowadays have calcium added.

to us, if we are worry abt something that's pertaining our health, we will go and see doctor.. because health is more important than money.. don't you guys have public hospital over there? should be free? or like very very minimal fees? i am not sure how does singapore health system works.. but like a chinese friend told me.. they said they have a saying "no money to fall sick?" or something like that.. haha! she said it's due to medical bill is so expensive nowadays... so if you are not rich, you better don't fall sick.. haha! that's what she told me.

but it's true.. if it's something like common cold, cough and all.. i won't go to see doctor as well.. but to stay at home and rest more.. but since my stupid college wants a letter from doctor every time we absent, i have to go to the doctor and get it but i usually ended up didn't take the medicine at all.. i want my immune system to build up to fight those viruses.

yup. i do wear proper shoes for exercising..

we have polyclinic.. but you know..
i've been there a few times and its opened at 7.30am daily.
and was there at 7.15 for the registration.
waited for 3 hours just to get to the doctor.. so yah...


normal flu all that will go away within 3 days for me..
but i've been having blocked nose for about 2-3 months which is like quite a long time..
another reason is because even if i give the medical cert to my class rep,
they don't give it to the teacher. so it doesn't matter at all if i have or don't have any letters..



umm.. that pain was with me about 10 years already..
it will only start to hurt if i run or try to walk fast..
other than that its all normal.. hahas..

ok.. back to w-inds. have you seen this year's t-shirt? it's so cool! there is this limited ed t-shirt, which is pink in color.. though my fave is pink but i think i prefer the normal t-shirt, which is black with bluish horses.. the color of the horse has the bluish and greenish tone.. really cool! hahah! whereas pink t-shirt, the horse has just the darker color pink tone to contrast from the t-shirt.

but.. i think i will refrain myself from buying any more t-shirt from their goodies cus i remember that i bought keita's version of last year's t-shirt and i didn't wear it at all. hahahha! i find it really weird to wear that out there.. i don't know.. though many fans wear w-inds. theme on them when they go for their concert... arghh i just feel weird to have it on my body. lol.. i don't mind if it's bag or something.. but when i wear it on my body.. i feel weird.. especially when keita's version has just his eyes there.. and it's like right on your chest area. hahaha! weird weird. hahha!
