Plot Summary
A remake of the hit 2001 BBC TV series The Office (2001), this is a mockumentary that documents the exploits of a paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Made up of head chief Michael Scott, a harmlessly deluded and ignorantly insensitive boss who cares about the welfare of his employees while trying to put his own spin on company policy. With an office including the likes of various peers who have their own hangups, The Office (2005) takes a look at the lives of it's co-workers: bored but talented salesman Jim, his mildly sociopathic, butt kissing enemy Dwight, mildly righteous receptionist Pam, and indifferent temp Ryan.

Anyone watch this series? Couldnt find a thread on this, so thought i'd make one. This show is sooo funny. Michael Makes me laugh soo much, cause he is really stupid. And i love Jim, he's a cutie

I got into this show because it was on after My Name is Earl
I gotta say I was surprised, I love how dry the humor is

but I also like Dwight, he's so annoying but he's funny

i love this show even though its on at 11pm Sunday night here in Australia.
i haven't seen a full length episode of the BBC version, but i kinda prefer the US version cos i'm not that big a fan of the really dry English humour. however, Ricky Gervais is quite hilarious....

all the characters are pretty good and Micheal is so conceited its funny. Dwight is my fave cos he's such a nerd. Ryan the Temp is pretty funny, and its cool how he also co-writes some of the scripts.

i haven't seen the end of Season 2 yet (cos Australia keeps playing the bloody Grand Prix instead) but i heard that there is a Jim and Pam moment....NO spoilers please!

This is one of my favorite shows!!!
I love all the actors/actresses in there.

Even though I rarely watch this show, I really like it. It's hilarious and the characters are great. I might check out the DVDs since I know I've missed a lot.

i watched the season premiere 3 on itunes... the hotel party where nobody came was hilarious... and i <3 dwight. i want a friend like dwight in real life...

AHH!! i love this show. it is so freakin` funny. I haven't seen that much episodes because I keep forgetting what time and day it's on. But the one episode i remember the most is when michael broke his foot and then I think dwight got a concussion. So they take Dwight to get an MRI, and then Michael tries to stick his broken foot in the MRI. lol.

yeah, Michael got his foot clamped in a George Foreman grill....lol and Dwight got the concussion from driving his car into the fence in a frenzy.

i'm watching the second season of the BBC Office and its alright. i would say they've got the same amounts of hilarity. ricky gervais is a legend..!

my favourite part from the BBC series ever would be the scene when gareth kept saying no to the 3some with the lady and her husband, and they make him look so loyal, and then bam, in the end we get a glimpse of him in the little motorcycle riding away for the husband and wife. best scene on tv.

how weird was it when Toby tried to come on to Pam?!......thats a bit creepy. but i feel sorry for him cos he is so hesitant when he talks. michael is so mean to him lol

LOL i LOVE that quote!!!!!!!!! i never laughed so frikken hard in my life. it was actually semisweet that pam wrote that euology(?) for the bird in reference to micheal... and it was also friggen hilarious she used that story from million dollar baby and ryan used the one from lion king lmao... we went on a trip to africa and my unclecousin mufasa got trampled by wilderbeasts.. i'd want to say more but it would take and hour and fifteen minutes lol

I loved when Dwight was trying to stuff the bird in the soda can LOL. Then Michael came over was like "Is this it's beak?!"

Also, when Dwight was talking about "Absorbing his twin". I loved that whole scene.

yeah the eulogy was sweet...can't wait for the next episode to be uploaded on YouTube, i don't really care watching it in three parts.
i wonder what's gonna happen with Karen and Jim or "Jaren" as people are calling it nowadays. i still like "Jam" though, they were so cute together.
