I've been wanting to watch this for quite a while. And so I just started... *checks clock* about 10 minutes ago. And watching the first few minutes is already REALLY depressing.

Like how they're looking through her diary, I started crying. I really did, because it sounded... it sounded so... I just started crying!!!

I MUST continue watching it, even if I cry my eyes out.

How come?? Was it too depressing to you to continue or was it because of some other factor? To me, the last 3 episodes helped make this drama one of my favs ever. I hope you'd continue because it's worth it .

I like this drama a lot! Since it's based on real life story, no wonder it's so touching... Ryo-chan is very caring in the drama.

this drama was reallyyy sad. i cried almost every episode. the main actress is really pretty & her acting is soo good. i can't believe it was based on a true story.. but yeah, ryo is hot ^^

I love this drama. I was crying so much while watching it, especially the last couple of episodes. Really moving and touching. I love Sawajira Erika, now. And yea, Ryo too. So hot. Sadly, his character wasn't based on a real person.

I watched this drama, it was beautiful. I didn't watch the last episode because I didn't have the heart to find out what happened at the end. It was such a depressing drama.

Aya is the main character who never gives up on her cruel fate. She tries to live on and live forwards to what people around her expect. This drama is a lesson for us to think of. After watching this drama, I feel that im a lucky person who is healthy enough to live up my dreams..eventhough I'm having some difficulties at the moment but yeah..try my best then!

oh my gosh..i just finished watching this drama on Youtube last night. I like this drama very much and u know..I seem to cry my eyes out..hichic..It was so touching..anybody knows where I can dl it cos I wanna put this drama in my collection. Furthermore, the actresses and actors in the movie are so attractive. I love them all cos their acting is excellent!

I just finished watching this like 2 weeks ago and my god, my heart's still aching hehe..esp. my throat..cus I don't like to cry so whenever there's a really emotional scene I try to supress my tears which actually is more painful hehe...

It's really touching how her whole family roots for Aya through out her whole ordeal..and how she inspires so many people becus of her experiences...

watching the series now.. juz until ep 3 where she got to know about her illness. ahh.. it's really sad.. i didn't cry but tears were in my eyes.. i bet it's gona get sadder

im on ep 8 now.. and i duno how may litre of tears i have cried already! it's one of the saddest series i have ever seen..

Oh I have a question. You know the Aya's diary/journal book thing? Is that only available in Japanese? I wish they can translate the story into English into a book ^^.

I watched every episodes of this drama and I must say, it was really good and sad! I cried in the last episode T_T.

i juz finished this drama.. i cannot find words to describe my feeling now..

i didn't expect myself 2 cry so much..
when i see Aya...i feel that im so lucky and fortunate.. and when Aya's struggling to continue living and trying her best all the time, i myself consider myself pathetic.. i dun think i would have the courage to face the hardship Aya had faced.. she has changed my perspective totally..

this series is the best i have seen so far.. it's very meaningful..
and the important values i've learnt..i can't believe that i learnt so much juz from the depiction of Aya's short life span..
im really glad this was adapted into a series and many ppl get to know about the life of a never ending struggling girl who lived life without regrets... i gotta thank Aya for the lessons she thought me.

i loved this series..omg..so sad..but very inspiring..
aya is such a strong girl..i know if i were here i would fall apart..she's so optomistic even to the end.
i loved this series..but iono..for some reason..no offense but it was not boring but but i can't explain it..arhg..but i still love it..it's not like the usual dramas that make me feel all gitty and happy...it makes me feel..iono..just a different happiness..
in this series..i cried more for the precious moments she had with her families and friends....i thought they were all such wonderful ppl...well her friends were okay...but the part when she heard her friends bad mouthing about her....:S...god i was crying then..and omg when the ran after her (after her speech) and sang to her..omg i cried my ass of......i was so touched at that part...and i also loved the part before when she told her parents she was going to a handicap school..she's such a loving person...
auso...love his charater....love how he's always sticking up for her...he's kind in his own way..i just love him.

this is what most ppl think, & i agree:
basically, that scene never happened in this previous episodes, right? ppl think that the last scene represents what aya + asou WOULD have been like if she hadnt gotten her disease. pretty depressing, huh? =(

gosh.. i had the same unexplainable feeling u had while watching it.. it was really inspiring that i cried even when Aya's not crying.. cos she made me think of my family back in my hometown (im away from home currently).. and then i juz couldn't stop crying cos i miss my family so much

the singing part was indeed one of the most touching scenes.. that scene made me bawl like nothing.. it was sad but beautiful. another part was where Aya cried saying that she couldn't do anything no more but her mum still encouraged her that she could write while other healthy ppl couldn't even bear to sit down and write a page in a diary. that was soooo touching.. and yes, i cried more when Aya was with her family and how her family tried hard to restrain their sadness while being with her so that she could feel happiness as long as she lived..

and asou yes.. he was reall good! i love his care and concern towards Aya. altho they didn't have the very romantic type of relationship, at least when Aya's with him, he makes her smile and laugh..

I'm downloading all of the episodes right now. On the 6th one. I tend to watch everything at a time.. haha.. no patience, yeah!
