Saddest drama that I've seen. Beats anything that Korean dramas are made up of. Loved the acting. I cried in almost every single episode. Props to dorama.

I've started to watch this series yesterday because I've heard many good things about it...and I might say it is the most heart wrenching series I have ever watched...(it even beats MISA!) I think the reason might be because it is based on a true story...and of going forward in life...wonderful series so far!

I just finished watching this series today...and I felt so bad for aya. This series was very touching and gave me another perspective of life...Her last comment to Haruto : Live Forever...(I've never cried so much for a series in my life!) If you haven't watched this series...I deeply recommend it!

Hi everyone, i just finish watching this drama. I would never have believed that I had the ability to cry so much for anything let alone a drama...but this series proved me otherwise...each of Aya's words and fighting spirit, Asou-kun's devotion and persistent in keeping Aya remain a part of his world...the parents unyeilding and selfless spirit to save their daughter and the sibling bondage is just too heart-warmng for words...highly recommended to everyone.

i miss this drama and haruto and ryo.

i finshed watching this like a week ago or so..and mann lol i had never cried so much watching a drama. the drama's its soo touchingg and i dont think nobody could have portrayed Aya better than Sawajiri Erika did. even though this drama was sad..loved it still

it's fujiki naohito... he embodies hotness *wink*. I mean the man can slurp his noodles in a white suit!! (remembers a 2004 episode of Bistro SMAP that I will always remember coz it was just so freaking amazing o.O;;)

i agree with everyone here. this drama is so freakin sad and great! everyone's acting is so real, especially Erika. even though shes new, shes totally amazing! hope to see more of her in the future. this drama really puts some of the korean dramas to shame.

come to think of it, i think i cried the most in ep 8 as well Aya givin her farewell speech and then the class running after her singing 9th March... UGH just the thought of it is saddening me all over again.

2nd most was ep 6. the one on Aya's younger bro. i lost control when Ako was scolding him.......

i downloaded and finished this series this week and man oh man, did i cry so hard! i was clutching my towel all throughout...nearing the end...i didn't wanna watch the final episode coz i just don't want the story to end and watch aya die....but i did and it leaves me an empty feeling...i feel so sad.

but i have to say this series inspired me a lot...it makes me want to study harder because thinking that i'm a normal girl yet i don't wanna study but aya who has that kind of disease can't fulfill her dreams...makes me think that i'm so lucky and i should live my life the best i can *tear*

i wished for an ending like a walk to remember where they can make aya and haruto marry before she dies...but i guess japanese are more realistic...i do hope he filled her wish of being hugged tight but he didn't..yeah yeah, i wish they could've enhanced the romance factor more...but i guess that's too far from the real story...

anyway, after watching this series...i'm now a Ryo fan...this is the first drama i saw him in...i kinda heard of NewS but i didn't care for them back them...haha but now, i'll definitely have Ryo on my hottie list...

so my conclusion, i love this series and this is one of those memorable series that would live on in my heart for a long time, like Gokusen and Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake....
