I use a chinese forum. If u can read traditional chinese... then go to uwants.com... its a forum... but you have to register before downloading. Most of the downloads are in Torrent form, so you have to you BIT TORRENT to download them.

You can search on
http://www.wo99.com for instrumentals, it's what I use. You need to type in simplified though.
