morning: banana, half piece of toast, french vanilla coffee (with lotsa cream and sugar though haha)

lunch: ham sandwich, little chocolate cookies, water

dinner: these kinda crepe/quiche things that my mom makes! yum :] and watermelon afterwards

I had this Chinese bread thaht had chicken in it

it doesn't taste as ewird as it sounds. Pretty decent, actually

and some water. Gotta have my water

Had some Thai Food today. Mushroom soup (THE BEST), Chicken Something (Okay), Manila Clams (like crap).

Then some McD's regular 79 cent hamburger. Good. D:

For P.E., I have to count calories for hw so I have to write down everything I eat...today I did...and it sounds kind of scary lol

2 slices of whole wheat bread, a whole grain/whole wheat english muffin, 4 gummy bear vitamins, an apple, a stick of juicy fruit gum, a turkey sandwich (1 slice of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of tomato, 1 head of lettuce, and 1 slice of turkey), a small pack of terriyaki beef jerky, a stick of trident gum, an asian pear, and a golden kiwi...and surprisingly, it only came out to be 700 something calories. i haven't eaten dinner yet though...i think i'm having brown rice with fish and veggies

hmm the day before i went to this ramen place, next to entertainment theatre in Sydney

had chicken karage, ramen, gyoza...for lunch ...

today i went to makoto (sushi train)..in chatswood hmmm had
grilled salmon, like tonnes of salmon sushi...tempura hand roll...well 40$ worth of that stuff
