Theme Song

The series theme song is also entitled Maging Sino Ka Man. The song was previously recorded by both Sharon Cuneta and Rey Valera and also a movie theme with Sharon Cuneta and Robin Padilla with two part movies already under VIVA Films. The new version which will be used as the TV series theme is performed by both Erik Santos and Sam Milby (they've got two versions performed by both singers).

John Lloyd plays the role of Eli Davide, a persevering guy who comes from a poor family who believes that love can surpass every challenge that may come his way, even his stature in life. An accident and a brutal discovery prompts him to take back what was originally his.

Bea Alonzo is Jackie Madrigal, the unica hija of a banking magnate. She is the epitome of a rich girl living a perfect life, when in fact, she has internal struggles and conflicts that she combats everyday. He was well-loved and received during his short stay as a housemate in Pinoy Big Brother Season 1 and following a hit movie You are the One, Sam Milby invades the small screen in MSKM as JB Berenguer, a part of a rich and prominent family who is closely attached to his mother. He could have anything a man could wish for, except for his freedom.

Most awarded dramatic actor of the Philippines, Christopher de Leon, joins the Kapamilya roster of stars as he plays Fidel Madrigal, the father of Jackie. Despite his successes in life, he still is in search for his true happiness. He is willing to risk everything he has to achieve the peace he has been longing to have for years.

Gosh, after watching all those teasers on TFC, i really want to see the john-bea loveteam action that everyone in the philippines are raving about since i haven't seen their dramas together. And plus............ERIK SANTOS sings the theme song ---- gah i love him! Haha.

AM excited for this one. We get to see Sam everyday! And the teaser makes this one very interesting indeed.

i've seen bea and john lloyd in person a couple of times already..they went to our school (de la salle university - dasmariñas, cavite) for their taping of it might be you and ikaw ang lhat sa akin (their past pinoy
teleseryes)..they're both beautiful and handsome on and off cam..john lloyd went to our school in his sports car while bea took about five to six takes before the director declared her scenes as perfectly shot..i think bea has some difficulty memorizing longer lines although she can act very well..kudos to both of them hehe!!

is pretty obvious from the teasers, bea is a rich heiress who fell in love with a poor but kindhearted & noble
man, john lloyd..sam is a rich bachelor who is also in love with bea but unfortunately, bea doesn't have much
feelings from him aside from friendship..anne is a rich spoiled brat who is often misinterpreted due to her flirty & spunky personality..she is often misunderstood by people around her, especially sam's mother, chin chin gutierrez..anne loves sam but sam doesn't have feelings for her..it's a love rectangle, it's so obvious eh!




i've seen bea-john lloyd pair on and off-cam..they really got strong onscreen chemistry that's why ABS always gives teleserye projects for them together..i've seen kay tagal kang hinintay, it might be you and ikaw ang lahat sa akin..all of those dramas were a success because of the loveteam's strong charisma and following here in the philippines..i also love erik santos' singing style..gosh, he sounds like martin nievera &
you can sense so much emotion while he's singing ballads and love songs..he's going steady with rufa mae...

yup, BWN is ending tonight..it's a very heart-wrenching ending..all i can say is that it willl end just like how the movie version ended..i've watched the movie version halfway on cinema one so i don't want to spoil it...

just finished watching the premiere....i really liked it. I think i'm really gonna follow this series....Jackie's family and boyfriend JB would think she died, Celine would keep him JB company...while Jackie might have an amnesia and live with Eli...who is hiding her from the crime his bro committed...it's been done before but it still worked for me...

i don't think sam milby is a good actor but hopefully john lloyd and bea and pick up the slack hehe

they're always together..but i don't mind cuz they have great chemistry and i like everything that they do..especially close to you hehe

oh no please, no amnesia, please lang. if i get 100 pesos for everytime i watch a drama series that uses amnesia as a plot device, i could pay off the government's debt.

yeah~ that's the site..it doesnt cost as much as TFC does hmm..well..im not sure how much it is in other states but when i heard how much the monthly cost was, i balked ~ but then, maybe it's because they incorporate it into this one cable company or whatever it is...it has GMA 7 on it too..it's a whole bunch of channels all together, and TFC and GMA are one of the channels that's on it...

so anyway..hmm..jst based on what u guys have said, i really hope they dont do the amnesia thing..hahaha..oo nga, overused na talaga yung plot na yun...tsk tsk~ but it sounds good though if some of u say that the pace seemed fast..hope it stays that way

yay i watched it today ! ^^ australia is jst a tad late .. i liked it , but too many english speaking .. i want them to jst stick to tagalog .. lol , social people understood ..

i loved smocky's acting its good *thumbs* and me and my mum were full plotting the story we like saying whats gona happen in the future .. we are pretty good it kinda fits together .. we think that the girl that was in teh drivers car they think its gona b jackie coz of the bracelet , the one she gave the poor lady .. and then jackie gets amnesia, lives a different life with lloyd ..

talaga? it's so up there with the switched babies and the fatal disease phenomena. as i observe, it occurs with such regularity and therefore predictability that everytime a character gets into a car accident people would assume that if he doesn't die, he will get amnesia. and usually, they're right. oh no, not this time, i hope.

well, if they do the amnesia thing i cant say that i'll (immediately) stop watching. i'll probably give it a couple of weeks first to see if it's going anywhere. usually stories like that hinge their plotlines on the amnesia, which is particularly annoying. but yeah, give it a chance, why not? if it turns out bad, fine. i have the first and second seasons of house on dvd.

the pacing was good for the first episode, although i expect that to slow down a bit in the coming episodes. otherwise it'll get too tiring to watch and a lot of people will get lost after missing just a couple of epsiodes and will eventually tune out.

there will definitely be an amnesia plot
hence bea will not stay with john lloyd that long to actually grow and like him
it has that movie fee in it btw, i love it

For a start, this show is good. JLC is funny but earnest in his role. Sam, I hope will improve once he gets comfortable with the role. ANd Smokey is a revelation, he is not known for drama roles so this one will be a good one for him. I like this show, will see how everything plays out to early in the series to tell.

anne curtis is really pretty T.T;;

^ same here..... it's just too much english for a tagalog drama. Hopefully Sam can speak more than 5 tagalog words and use it in a sentence because i'm sick of him speaking english all the time even tho he's cute in some way. I love the drama so far, pretty good episode. My brother and i were trying to figure out wat they were going to do in that car scene, whether the van is going to get into an accident with bea's car and get money from that or just kidnap the car and jackie and do a ransom which i guess was their intention.

the acting between the two brothers was really good, kinda made me a tear a bit because the older brother is going to get beaten later or something.

Can't wait for the next week ...... YAY!

i've watched a lot of many filipino drama and i would say that MSKM has the best premier... two thumbs up for all of them

sam acting is so-so, but i hope he'll improve as the series goes on or the people he is w/ here will eat him alive... john lloyd & bea is the best love team ever they are both superb and look so good together... as for anne she continues to improve, she's very pretty

Bea's character will never get an amnesia. in one episode highlight shown, she's with John Lloyd, fighting. then she uttered the words "I'm very sorry..." this means she won't get manesia afterall. Although i like the amnesia stories lyk that of HIRAM.

^maybe she has an amnesia be coz she's sorry for not remembering-hehehe i really don't know since i haven;t seen the preview-can u remember more of the things she said after that..

i admit that i wasn't looking forward to this series..i loved bea n jlc in KTKH-i love their chemistry there..It Might B You and and Ikaw something i forgot the title (that soap was forgettable for me) were really disappointing to me, that's why i had low expectations in Maging Sino Ka Man..

but when i watched the first epi--I "felt" that feeling..it;s hard to describe bt it's that feeling that u can't wait for the story to unfold...and im loving the song-maybe coz it's one of those classic love songs.
but yeah can't wait for the second epi..

and i can't forget hottie hottie sam sam milby!!!

and two thumbs up to smokey m..i mean wow-i always thought he can only do comedy--but i never thought that he can be a draamtic actor and JLC's kuya hehehe

smockey actually suprised me in the beginning of the show it was light comedy with lloyd, the dad and smockey .. hehe they were funny then and then near the end it was like whoa so dramatic !!

i don't know really. i was 4 when i saw the movie for the first (and the last) time. but from what i remember (not much), the film went on like this: edu's character wants to marry sharon's character for money but she doesn't want to. she meets robin's character and they fall in love. edu is clearly the kontrabida there. in the tv series, there doesn't seem to be a kontrabida. so maybe it's different.

i gotta saw .. woooooow ! i was tearing up when they thought she died, the dad scenes were heartbreaking i was crying when they showed him .. hes alone now TT____TT i like this show very munchies .. and as of yet i dnt know how the plots going to turn out like the .. next episode looks like the people in the village knows who bhea is and they mite turn him in .. i really want to watch next episode .. this looks promising ! ^____^

christopher's scenes were really good, heart breaking and the mom too she is really good

and SAM!! my SAM!! OMG his expressions were really authentic, its like , Real!! when he received the call , the hospital scene , the scene where he was choosing a casket and the bar scene with anne " I feel like Im walking on a tight Rope " No Safety net , line was delivered really well , you can feel the anguish and pain in his voice! This guy is really promising!

This episode is better than the pilot i reckon.

omgooshh i love this soap !! i love how they characterize everyone !! From Eli who grew up in the slums with his brother and dad, and his love for his family, even though he's brother made so many mistakes, he's always there to back him up. I love Smokey (Pong) 's character..i thought he was only good in comedy(Let's Go), but he gave justice to his character. Jackie and her Dad, how they supported each other and how Jackie stayed with her Dad when she found out that her Mom is having an affair. Celine and her undying love for JB, even though she's always being compared to Jackie, she's still keeping her head up. JB and his love for Jackie, and his Mom comtrolling over him. gahh too muchh !! i love love itt haha.

anyways can't wait till tom. wonder what's gonna happen between bea%JLC??hrmms are there going to be more JBandCeline moments since Jackie is gone. Will JB fall for Celine?? hrmms ahh im so excited hahA !

I think JB and Eli are cousins , and Eli's real mom is JB's sister the one she's feeding last night and the true heir to the Berenger riches is Eli. Just a guess

Oh and about the spoilers , that is a little hard since Phil Dramas doesnt doesn't realease spoilers and previews are shown the day before the episode will air, unlike in Korean dramas .

i thoroughly enjoyed the episode last night...the acting of Christopher de leon blew me away...the musical scoring and the color treatment they used was superb! So far i'm very impressed with this series and i can't wait to see how the story progresses...

haaaay it's just one week before the finals and im up to my neck in school work. this is so not the college life that they advertised to us on the application manual! so far ive missed two episodes. good thing there's youtube, maybe students who are having their finals this week or the next can catch up if someone uploads the important episodes. *wink wink parinig* LOL.

for me, sam's ok in all else in his acting except when it comes to crying, coz his expression looks more funny to me than pitiful..don't attack me that's just my opinion!
