If Jackie accepts Eli's proposal then she is pretty much confirming to him that she is going to marry for money like what he accused her of when she was going to marry JB.

If scenario #2 would happen I see Fidel catching the bullet for Jackie which would pave the way for him either being dead or being in a coma which would be a good explanation why Christopher de Leon wont be seen on TV in accordance with the election ban on candidates being seen on TV.

Much as Jackie would be jumping from one loveless marriage to another I see more of a development storywise if she marries Eli. Between Eli and JB, its Eli who has more "power" to be able to save the Madrigal's business. JB's company is losing too so whats the point of the JB-Jackie wedding it being a business agreement when it will no longer be beneficial to either and both parties.

I hope JB gives way. I see more of a conflict in him: heart vs mind. He has followed his mind before (proposing to Jackie when its Celine he loves) and not his heart. Maybe and I hope he follows his heart this time. I dont think he is THAT evil. Conflicted yes but not evil. If that happens, I dont want him and Celine to get together right away after all she is still married to Brian. I see Brian dying, I dont know why.

i hope fidel doesn't die. i know he's ruthless and all but i don't see the point as to why he needs to die, especially now that he had a change of heart. regarding the candidates not being seen on tv during the elections... i thought he wasn't running? plus, i think the crew have already shot the scenes ahead of time so yeah... i think the story will not be affected by all the election stuff. i don't want the storyline be changed just because of the elections... that would be stupid.

as for the eli-jackie vs jb-jackie wedding... :sighs: i really do hope jackie doesn't marry jb. like what rainy_summer said, there's no point in jackie marrying jb anymore since their business is also sinking. what is there to save really? their image? :sighs: that's hard.

as for jb... i think he's slowly turning back into his old self(independent, courageous, and strong). the agreement between the management and the labor group proves it.

to be honest, i'm hoping for a sad ending on MSKM (one of the major characters dying or they actually don't get back together)

IMO, it'll be an unforgettable ending - just like you said - because it'll be different from a typical pinoy drama.

i know there are previous teleseryes with bittersweet / sad endings like Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan or Hiram but they weren't as good as MSKM though

celine and bryan's wedding(they had a civil wedding) was done in a hurry so that jb wont be able to go back to celine for good. when they aired that episode, we just saw a ring on celine's finger and her saying that she's married to bryan. those were the only proof that shows they're in fact married. im pretty sure they are married cuz celine and bryan wont put up staying with each other if there's no reason to stay together.


about the ending... im sure the writers did something different on the ending(i hope it is cuz if not im really gonna be dissapointed). but i do hope it doesn't result into a really sad ending--one of the major characters dying(celine, jb, jackie, eli). im gonna be heartbroken if that happens.

omg omg omg omg GUYS! did anyone see today's episode?! This was like a really good episode today. It felt not like a drama, but a movie. The shock and emotion throughout the episode was amazing. I'm still not over the shock and i'm like omg ---SPEECHLESS--- on what has happened in todays episode. So unexpected, REALLY!!! I LOVED IT!!!!

Me too! I hope more than catering to the "loveteam/pairing" side, they will end it based on character and storywise. I actually see a bittersweet ending for this drama. I just cant seem to imagine it all being "lovey-dovey", happily ever after type of thing. I actually read somewhere that [spoiler]the writers are bent on killing a character. Just not sure if its going to be one of the lead characters but one of the characters.[/spoiler]

I only watched sporadically since it started but I am hooked now. It is really one of those rare Filipino dramas that are well written, well-executed and well directed. The casting too is better. My aunt who was complaining earlier that it was dragging now cant have enough of it.

Don't miss the episode today! It is such a doozy!

I have to agree todays episode was crazy! nakakaloka!! Just when you think you have things figured out, the writers give us somthing that pulls the rug off our feet. Last night at dinner at my aunt's house we were all pretty much convinced that the wedding of JB and Jackie pushed through only to be mistaken.

I too felt sorry for JB but he really was scared and unsure if he was doing the right thing. I think Jackie did JB a big favor. Sure Corazon would go ballistic and who knows lose her mind but maybe this is JB's chance to get out of his mom's shadow and clutches. Too bad Celine isnt with him anymore. But I really dont want Celine to just drop Brian because JB is free now. Brian was there to help her through all the hardships she went through, if she doesnt love him at least give him the respect and courtesy for picking up the pieces for her. The only way I see JB and Celine being together is if Brian dies. Brian giving way is just too cliche and predictable. Another question remains too is would JB just relent and let Eli and Jackie be or would he make life hard for them? :sigh:

I really am going to buy the dvd set of this one.

^the writers really threw a curve ball at us. you thought the wedding was really going to happen but then something unexpected happens.

i was banging my desk here and was screaming loudly when they showed jackie and eli getting married. good thing my roommate wasn't in our room when i was watching this or else i would have looked like an idiot. gosh...

as for jb... i don't think he can do much to make things hard for jackie and eli cuz what can he do? they're already married, and there's nothing he can do but to accept it(like what he did when celine got married to bryan). i mean, it's hard enough for jackie and eli. what else can there be that makes their situation even worse? well, i guess there's always mang oca and corazon who ruins everything.

I know can't believe that the wedding turned to be the fiasco of the year. Never expected that they will be the ones getting married. Poor JB, he looked so defeated when he found the car abandoned. Mang Oca I am sure will mess things up for them too. The teasers don't look like it will be life of happiness but of thorns.

Loved Dona Corazon going loco at the CHurch. SHe was fit to be tied!

hahaha Corazon looked weird in her dress. Like wat was she thinking?! I thought Monique looked really prettty all dressed up and celine too. Yea, i too felt a little bit sad for JB, but was he crying because he cant save his company or was he crying because of his ego or just plain crying because he loved jackie? I guess it's how you look at the reason on why he's crying, for me i think he cried because of his ego. He finally lost the one thing he was sure of getting, and jackie took off.

Also another thing i liked about the episode was how they showed the whole wedding entourage and erik santos is singing in the background... haha i loved the part where he sings "mahal kita pagkat mahal kita" and you hear the piano and drums giving it's dramatic sound. lolz!

Gosh... i hope that eli and jackie dont become unhappy all through their lives, the directors and writers should make them be happy again at the end of the drama.


HAHA like you guys, i'm buying this dvd set and go REWIND on all the kilig moments between eli and jackie. ^^

OMG, me and my mom were screaming all the way to the kissing scene, it was so BITIN!! ... but overall GREAT.

On the other hand i dont think Eli is gonna be "soft" with Jackie. He looks like he's gonna order her around (basing it on the teasers for tomorrow.)

nope... the drama is far from over. although the end is nearing, which means things are gonna start to be more interesting.

He may hurt her, I dont see physically though, emotionally yes. But he also tends to go soft on her even in times that he shouldnt. Thats how much Eli loves her. It would be interesting to watch Eli show all that range of emotion, the conflict when his words and actions would be different to what he really feels. His eyes and face would give him away.

vic_taebin: I agree. I think JB cried coz of his ego. I think he also saw marrying Jackie as a means to get out of his mom's shadow and clutches. He finally made a decision that was acceptable to her and this happened. Also I think marrying Jackie was JB's way of showing his independence, a way out for him of some sorts but what now. Also I think, he felt sorry for himself because he lost Celine and now Jackie. He really has no one now. I am curious to see what the effects on JB would be.

yup... i agree with what you said. but to add to that... i've been thinking. i think eli is having his sweetest revenge on fidel. how and why? he's now able to piss off fidel by controlling jackie(eli became the little fidel, just like what mamu g had warned eli). even though jackie finally got her freedom from her dad, she's now a prisoner yet again this time by eli. :sighs: although i think its gonna be different this time cuz them staying together will eventually force jackie and eli to sort their feelings out and their problems.

nofear11877: well I think Eli is in a win-win situation. He is able to seek revenge on Fidel through jackie at the same time he has the woman he loves by his side. Sure, it was out of jackie not having a choice. But having no choice is a choice in itself. somewhere deep within jackie she wanted this too. She was really resisting marrying JB who is supposed to be this guy that she loved but with Eli, it didnt seem like a hard decision to make. Well sure, he didnt give her much choice but she could still have married JB and together try to rebuild both businesses. Its not a purely business arrangement with Eli. Its funny coz Eli and Fidel have the same "achilles heel" and thats Jackie. Fidel I think held jackie so close for fear of losing her like how he lost Gloria and Monique. But eventually it was because of him that he was losing her. Eli naman can be the the most evil person but we all know that he will do everything for Jackie. He is just correcting some of the wrongs committed to him now but I dont think he will come to a "mang Oca" level.

so many lies that were told(on part of jackie and eli's argument)... and pure cold-heartedness. it makes me really sad.



on the brighter side... the preview for tomorrow looks really promising. there's so much going on... so much hate... anger... rage...

the way i see it, tomorrow will be when eli slowly realizes his mistakes and consequences for his actions. and poor jackie... she's blamed for the rift of the roxas clan.

I so look forward to this show! So it means they will have a honeymoon in HELL, no lovey dovey but everyone will be against them now that it is out what happened that fateful day. Mang Oca is still a mystery what is his evil scheme in all this? I hope Eli will realize that he is dangerous and start to extricate himself from his machinations.

I hope they release the DVD right away!

I know! What is the deal with Mang Oca anyway? I get that he hates Fidel with a vengeance but why? It has to be more than what happened to his son. This drama has so many layers that is just being peeled off little by little which makes it so exciting.

some people hate Eli, I dont that much because I still see the good side. Everyone else sees the bad side of what he is doing but looking at him, each time he looks at Jackie, wow, the longing is there. The pain for her is there. He is so conflicted because he so wants to make her feel bad but you can see how much he actually just wants to be there for her, comfort her. :sigh:


I watched the episode today WOW!! Poor JB! I hope in time he finds out the reason why and maybe he will be thankful that she may have did him a favor.

Teasers: I am glad to see Celine and Brian happy. After what Celine has gone through, she deserves to be happy. I dont see a JB/Celine ending not in the "love" sense anyway but some closure would do.

Eli actually looks sad when she saw Jackie talking to the wife of Mang Simo, forgot her name.

im kinda waiting for mang oca to do something because he's a little bit too quiet. As for eli, even though his anger and hatred has hidden his love for jackie, it's still there. Like all of you, i also see the longing and the love he has for jackie from just the way he looks at jackie.

Gosh the next episode seems to be action packed. Haha... jb beating up eli, corazon and gloria fighting, and then gloria yelling at jackie. I felt bad for jackie when gloria blamed her for breaking up the roxas. Poor jackie.

I know, love the teasers for next episode. Felt really bad for Jackie she was so miserable when she was talking with Nanay Bebang. And Eli looked so sorry...I want them to be happy.

Fidel's reaction to the news of Jackie marrying Gabriel was so heart wrenching. He knows I think why she did it.

in fidel's case, its his daughter who is 'receiving the punishment'

although i dont think celine is deserving of bryan, bryan deserves someone he truly likes/loves.. ans that's celine

we'll see in the end who deserves celine's love the most. right now, i'd say its a toss-up between bryan and jb. although both somewhat doesn't deserve celine--bryan is too perfect for celine and jb has hurt celine so much.



and omg... today's episode has brought me to tears. when jb pulled the trigger... :sighs: i really didn't think he'd do it but i guess the embarassment, anger, hurt and hate pushed him to do it.

poor jb... this will be the day where everything is changed forever. he will no longer be the "spineless" and "jerk" jb but the sweet old jb that celine knew. im just glad he came to realize his own mistakes.



sam's acting really did improve a lot... crying becomes natural for him--the tears flow freely now. back then you can tell he kinda forces himself to cry, it looks very unnatural. but now... i'd say he got another acting award from me.


oh... and i can't wait to see whether celine will accept jb's apology. i guess it's about time to forgive him, right gals?

I havent watched today's episode. I am holding off after reading the synopsis of what happened and after reading people's reactions. once again the writers got the viewers good with all these twists and all. I didnt think it would come to this but it did.

I want Celine to forgive JB so that she can set herself free. But I dont want her to all of a sudden leave Brian and go to JB. I dont think Brian deserves that. which reminds me Ryan Eigenmann is really good. In his latest movie "The Promise", the critics said that he was the only good thing in that movie. Here, it must be tough for him and he admitted it since he is used to playing "bad guys". Brian did nothing but love Celine knowing fully well that Celine has never gotten over JB whether it be love, hate or disdain or disappointment. In their marriage, JB was still a factor which prevents her from being happy. JB caused her pain, unless JB proves he has grown a spine and would be the man that she deserves after loving him despite his weaknesses and still put aside or either Brian dies or gives way to a losing battle that Celine could not be fully his. At the start I would have wanted them to be together but now, its just going to be out of character for all 3 characters. It may not be a "happily ever after" ending for them but at least a satisfying one.

either brian is too perfect for celine and she doesnt deserve all the love he gives or jb is too messed up to deserve celine's love because he hurt her -- IN THAT CASE, i think celine should just stay single, but i still hope she stays with brian and just find some closure with jb cuz she looks like she has already been healed from the hurt. I just want jb and celine to find closure with each other because they keep on relying on the past for their present actions even though it's not obvious to both of them.

Today's episode was all right. I still don't like jb crying or mad because to me he looks constipated or something, but i guess he improved throughout the drama.

Not meant to make fun of him, but have you guys seen the way jb runs? I dont know if any of you guys notice the way he runs, but it's freakin funny. =)

it's quite obvious jb and celine still love each other. they both deny it to death but the truth is... deep down in their broken hearts, they still sincerely love and care for each other. but since a lot of things have changed, it isn't easy for them to admit it once again. i just hope both of them find closure cuz it's been a while since they were able to smile and laugh when one see the other. i seriously miss the old days(the celine-jb era). :sighs: when will i ever see them together again...

as for bryan... i think he will make the ultimate sacrifice of letting go of celine. we all know bryan is too kind and perfect for celine... that's why i think it's in his nature to let her go. plus, i dont think he's this dumb to let their marriage go on even though he knows celine will never forget jb.

Sam has shown marked improvement with his acting skills with today's episode. It was sad that he had to go down the depths in order for JB to find a semblance of redemption I think. Did not think that he had the guts to pull that trigger but the guy did it. Not that killing someone is something that is really that heroic per se. And then reality hit him, that everyone was more concerned with Eli and nobody rushed to his side. Probably if Mommy dearest was there she would have.
And is Mang OCa a stalker he seems to be conveniently on site everytime something good happens in this drama. He is creepy and wonder where he will take all these events to. Does he want everyone to kill each other off?

Hmmmm..the teasers look promising. I think JB will find closure with all this...and I hope in the long run JB will find himself. THe person that he can be comfortable with and possibly be loved in return. The way he wants to be loved. But my wish for this soap is that the ending better be good!

in today's episode... jb went to all the people hurt(eli, jackie, celine, mamu g) and begged for forgiveness. im glad celine and jackie found a closure jb. i wonder what's next for jb since he really cant go back to celine now. oh... i like how they showed the flashbacks of how celine and jb met. i loved it.


i really do hate mang oca... he will really do anything to get his revenge on fidel. and i must say stupid eli for believing mang oca all this time. he doesn't realize how he's manipulating him.



the next episode seems very intense. fidel begging eli for mercy??? it's the other way around now.

I felt touched during jb and mama g's scene, it was very well done by sam.

And for next episode, i just wish eli could realize the manipulation he's been undergoing by mang oca, but at least he didn't file a case against jb, thank goodness eli didnt listen to mang oca on that one. I hate how mang oca has alot of connections, and the things he did to pong, breaks my heart. Poor pong.

Well at least mang oca is good for one thing, he's making the drama last a little bit longer. But then again, it's kinda dragging a bit. So as much as i don't want the drama to end, i'm waiting for it to end. Like zashibear said, it better END GOOD!

i pity jackie... why does eli have to believe all what mang oca tells him. don fidel even have my sympathy now. i wanted to cry when he begged eli and mang oca not to hurt jackie
