Seeing them live was the best thing.... even though I lost my contact! HAHAH but I just remember standing there and being blown away at how amazing Jesse/the rest of the band were live.

i'm so glad 'sowing season' is on their new album.
i heard the demos from before.. and it was called 'yeah'
but it was my favorite then.. i think it's gonna be their first single.
i saw them in july!!! ahhh. perfect.. except for the drunk people.

I used to listen to them a few years ago. I still like some of their songs, but I haven't heard any of their new stuff.

november 21st?? i cant wait. deja entendu was awesome. still is actually.

I went to their concert with dashboard, but they were only on set for about an hour and then dash took over for the next 10 hours (exagg.) But yeah it would've been awesome to see them play longer.

And I guess in order to like Brand New you have to appreciate the lyricism. It's odd to hear that they have more UK fans there than they do here in the US.

^they're good live? i saw some vids of them on youtube live and in my most honest opinion... i thought they weren't.. really good... well when they were performing the quiet things that no one ever knows that is. they were so off key! ::shruggs::

they were pretty good at bamboozle left. i still like them.

It's about the style and the passion that the boys have when they play.
I don't expect to hear a CD version when I go see a band live.

Otherwise just lip synch.

They do a lot of variation and he just goes CRAZY on stage.

Hmm.. anyone know where I can sample their latest cd? (Sample, as in, hear clips of it.)

I think I've heard "Deguasser" -- but when I checked the lyrics... the song didn't match. The song that I listened to was titled "Untitled 4" -- but there is no song on the cd with that title.

Anyways, links to where I coudl hear clips of the cd would be helpful. ^^ (Amazon doesn't have any.)

I'm pretty sure if you get a last.fm account, you can listen to clips, if not the whole songs. I've never actually tried using their recommendations and stuff so I don't know if that's true or not.

I saw Brand New on March 28th at the Fenix Underground (Seattle). AWESOME SHOW

i havent heard of them until juss recently. i downloaded their song "jesus christ" and i have to admit, i kinda like it. its not bad at all.

i am a bit too obsessed with brand new. they are truly amazing, saw them on the 9th and was blown away.

I liked their first cd, but their latest one didn't really hit me as hard.

I LOVE them, but I haven't listened to them in ages T_T I can't wait until I hear the latest <3 I'm so slow x.x

The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me is, for me, their greatest work. Though it is definitely a departure from Your Favorite Weapon, it headed in a (wonderful) new direction.

soco amaretto lime is still an incredibly nostalgic song for me.

fork & knife is pretty cool, kind of different but it grows on you with each listening. i like it lots.

The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me is probably one of my favorites. Then there's You Won't Know. I really enjoy that one, even though the beginning isp retty slow.
