^ Yeah, that's how I think of him sometimes too. His voice is definitely smoothing when you're in the mood for just some good, classic sounds.

John Legend has a very good singing voice, although I sometimes have to question his songwriting ability..

But his new album I would say is just as or better than his debut album.

I think overall I liked his first album better. I bought the second album when it first came out. I like the beats of his music and the quality of his voice, but his lyrics are a bit raunchy at times...

His PDA song... starts out great...
"Let's go to the Park/ I wanna kiss u underneath the stars"
but then he'll sing "Ooh, we'll take a visit to your Mama's house/ Creep to the bedroom while your Mama's is out/ Maybe she will hear it when we scream and shout/ And we will keep it rocking until she comes knocking"

That's pretty much how I feel about most of his songs... however, I still like it. I think the second album is still worth buying.

I love John Legend, he is soo good live.
& Has a nice voice, as well.

As of Robin Thicke, I only heard one song from him.
I liked it a lot, but I got sick of it fast.
cookiecutter

iamstellar!
went to his concert with corinne bailey rae...it was the best LIVE concert i've been to (only went to 3 concerts though..) his voice is soo soothing and oozing with sexyness! PDA, slow dance, stereo, maxine...basically, ALL the songs in his album are good!! it's not too late to buy it, it's worth the $!!
mofo
if i still bought cd's, i would buy it. the guy makes awesome music and he is a true artist, unlike avril lavigne or paris hilton. he's way better than those two idiots.

I LOVE HIM!
I went to go see him 2 days ago. it was excellent. he was so freakin handsome
His style cant be categorized into one genre because he does songs in different styles, so whatever suits u.
But personally, I think once again is better than get lifted because im more into those styles of songs there.

JOHN LEGEND >>>>>>>>> Robin Thicke
looks wise too.
tuttyfruit

Not a fan of this guy. .........................................

^ baddie.

His first album is my favorite from him. It had a good neo-soul vibe to it.
(Favorites: Let's Get Lifted, Used To Love U, Number One [feat. Kanye West], Ordinary People, Stay With You, So High, Refuge [When It's Cold Outside], It Don't Have to Change [feat. The Stephens Family])

Second is really good, too, but definitely feels different. Feels more fresh (though not as good as the debut record).
(Favorites: Save Room, Heaven, Show Me, Each Day Gets Better, P.D.A. [We Just Don't Care], Slow Dance, Maxine, Another Again, Coming Home)

Third, in my opinion, is kind of garbage compared to his others. Screams "manufactured".
(Favorites: Green Light [feat. Andre 3000], Everybody Knows, Quickly [feat. Brandy])

In case you couldn't tell, I really like the first two albums, but not the third so much. Heh.
