Ok... I sometimes get confused by this but....
Should you sleep with your bra on or off? I sleep with it on. I'm just comfortable that way. But some people say they don't. and I'm guessing that... i'm the weirdo of this??? Because I sleep with it on....
Is there a difference between sleeping with it on and off? If you sleep with it on will your boobs get bigger? Or if you sleep with it off will they get bigger? Ehhh I dunno......
Because... don't you just feel NAKED without it on? o__________o

98% of the time I have mine on......
I can't stand the feeling of being bra-less...I need that support lol.
But uhm...I highly doubt your boobs will grow bigger whether or not you have a bra on.

I think you should stick to a sports bra though...or one that doesn't have the wire.
My P.E. teacher told me that wearing a wire bra all the time is bad...She said it makes you more likely to have brest cancer but I dunno if that's true...

Eh I sleep with mine off simply because I'm too lazy to put a bra on under my PJs after my night-time shower... Haha. I do feel a lil naked without my bra on but then I realise, well I'm the only one in my room, it's not like anyone can see me whilst I'm sleeping. I don't think wearing or not wearing a bra to sleep will restrict it's growth... =_=

i can't sleep with a bra on. It's just MUCH more comfortable with it off. Plus i don't have any boobs so the support not being there doesn't bother me at all.

I sleep with it off..cause it feels weird for me with it on. And like what others said, i don't have big boobs so the bra not being there doens't realy bother me.
But i think its true that you shouldn't wear wire bras to much becuase it can cause breast cancer.

seriously, what does wearing a wired bra while sleeping have to do with breast cancer.

it's like saying kissing could make you pregnant LOL.
anyway, i sleep with mine off, always. i wear wire bras all the time and they're uncomfortable to sleep with. >.<; i used to wear them when i was younger though (like...7~8th grade?), but they weren't wired.

Haha ... experts say that you CAN'T get breast cancer from sleeping with your bra on! The reason why its good to sleep w/o your bra is for good circulation and easy breathing! It's also not true that by sleeping with a bra, it gives it a certain shape or prevents saggyness.

don't sleep with the bra that has the wire though. The wire's not good. Cuz it'll like.. I don't know. one of my old bras, back when i was in 9th grade, right... the wire happened to come out and it just started poking me. It was reallyyy uncomfortable X___X;;

^I think that only applies if your bra's really tight? Because it prevents proper blood circulation I think? That's what my mom said anyway...
I sleep with it on because I don't have a problem with it.
