Well I'm just curious.

Put your age please, I just want like some data.
I can bench 100. But then again I guess I shouldn't be benching that much in the first place if I want to grow more.... lol. And I'm 14.

last time i was in the gym was about 2 years ago.. lol i was able to bench about 145.. im pretty skinny and these guys didnt believe me.. until my fitness trainer asked me to show them lol

I benched 170 when I was 16. I dunno about now. There's an asian dude that benches 335 and he only weighs about 150 I believe. He has the video to prove it. He does not look like he could be able to do that seriously. But damn how the john tesh ??!! Strong mofo for sure. ohmy.gif

in HS my max was at 220 when I played football , lacrosse , baseball and etc.

Now I bench about 190

My prime I benched 205 or so when I was around 155lbs. Now Im only like 145 and can only bench 195 );

honestly its not that hard to get to high weight when you have the right workout plan. most people have workout plans that help them get cut rather than build mass.

Max bench is 135 and I weigh 120. I also squat 135, hang clean 135, and dead lift 155. Pretty good for my weight class. My friend weighs 130 and benches 205, squats 275, hang cleans 215. He's strong as hell and he looks exactly like me (size wise)

Man I benched today without a spot (big mistake) and on my last rep of the last set I couldn't put it up so I got it to the safety catch but only on one side and was stuck haha. it was embarrassing. i got out of it, but still that sucked. never bench without a spot haha.
