ok, if your stomach hurts, and taking medication is not an option, you've went to the washroom already, there's no gas inside you, what do you do to make yourself feel better?

Drink hot tea, eat a banana or hot rice porridge/congee, and do sit-ups!

Cold or hot milk sometimes works too. laugh.gif

I punch and pinch myself around the stomach area to distract the pain and wait it out.

are you one of those really immature guys that try to get a girl's attention by being a d*ck to them?
seems like it :) how old are you, 13?

it's not nice to be hitting on 17 year olds who have boyfriends already.

i put drink hot tea and put the mug on my tummy when i'm not drinking it. i don't take medication either per se, but a probiotic pill. it helps replenish a healthy bacteria/yeast balance in the intestines.

I'd go to the doctor unless I'm sure I know what kind of pain it is.

If it's those monthly things, I'd just put a hot pad on my stomach and make sure to rest and exercise a bit.
There's always tea and oil for other stomachaches.

If it's due to exercises and the muscles get sore, then I'll drink some tylenol and rub on those muscle cramps reliever.

I let the pain go away on it's own. I get stomach pains and aches that last 6+ months every year that aren't involved with my period or having the stomach flu. I'd say drink something warm like tea or chicken broth.
