I have no idea. But in Fantasy Couple, i was always craving JaJangmyun!

Yea I got this question because I was watching Fantasy Couple. He was explaining that there were different types of Jajung Myun but I had never heard that before. Always thought there was only one kind of ja jang myun.

i'm not EXACTLY sure....but i think gan jajang myun is when they stir-fry the sauce so the onions and vegetables are actually still crispy...and the sauce is a little more bitter because it's been stir-fried in oil
and jen ban jajang is when they serve it on a plate instead of a bowl
and sachun jajang is when they add seafood to the sauce to make it more "chinese"
and samsung jajang is the regular, slow cooked jajang that people normally eat and are more familiar with
hopefully i gave you the right info! if not....yea...i wouldn't be surprised
