^ if u open ur bold at the spot that the charm was threaded in the phone there is actually a hook for the charms under the cover. you just hook it on rather than having to loop it in

Its the Nokia N97, you should be able to find it in most western stores. But then I dont live in america so I'm not really 100 percent sure either XD haha

I forgot the exact site where I got it from but I remember all I did was in google search I put whatever phone you have then zebra case. You can also try putting cover or skin with zebra. I hope that kinda helped. lol
