it's adorable. i love it.
and i like how it's so bulky- i have a hard time keeping track of my phones.

i had a tiny black samsung one but i got irritated cause i always lost it so..yes. sidekick's size = good.

and stateside, the only provider where you can use korean phones is verizon wireless. t-mobile and cingular are no's for sure because they use sim cards. i wouldn't recommend a korean phone to use in the states because it costs too much to re-program and unlock, and you might not even be able to use half of the features they have because they're unavailable on the US market. and if there's any tech problems with the phone you'd probably end up having to buy a regular US phone anyway, so just get a nice one from verizon.

so.. in the states, verizon is the only cdma carrier? and sprint/cingular/t-mobile are all gsm? here in canada only telus/bell are cdma and our cdma technology is so far behind verizon..

and also.. since cdma phones are sim card free, you would have to take it to your cdma carrier to reprogram/unlock?

im currently thinking about 3 phones im gonna buy next. i think im gonna change to t-mobile instead of verizon (cuz verizon sucks where i go to school). can i use t-mobile for these phones?? im kinda leaning towards the cyon, next sky, lastly, curitel. plz tell me what u think..

I'm seeing that alot of people are using korean made phones that are programmed to be compatible with T-Mobile and such... but...


Isn't this illegal? I've read in the newspaper or somewhere that this is illegal. Is it not that big of a risk?


Dam, if this method is undetectable by service providers, those phones are the better choice.
