If your applying online, does the deadline date mean that you have to send in just your online application, or does it mean that the transcript, recommendation letters, etc,(basically everything), have to be in that college before or exactly on that date?

The application must be sent before or on the deadline date. Do it before so you don't have to worry if you made it or not. As for the other stuff, it depends on the college. Email/call them and ask.
For my school, I had to turn in the transcription at the end of my Senior year in high school. I didn't have to do the other stuff but my friends that had to turn in letters of recommendation, they sent it in together because it was a must with the application.

You have to send in your app. BUT the thing is, with most of my colleges, they won't start reviewing your application UNTIL they get everything. Just don't procrastinate with college stuff.
